Decided to pop in for some BBQ and it was delicious! It’s been a long time since having this so the staff was very helpful with our menu choices and how to cook the food! Pretty clean place, aside from the (fly sized) cockroach that scurried from under my bench, which I squished and enjoyed the rest of my lunch. Maybe a few sticky pads to catch the stray bug or two? Either way, really good food and friendly staff!

If you are looking for authentic Korean BBQ place in Toronto, this is one of the places to be. I and friends and families come here pretty often, not only for the food and drinks but also to enjoy the atmostphere together. As expected, you get great side dishes while waiting for the food to come (could ask for refill too). Tteok-bokki and fried rice with seaweed are my favorites here. Prices are reasonable too. Might be a wait during the weekends and holidays. And might be worthwhile if you are from out of town

Visited a week ago and had the worst dining experience of my life, the core product was just inedible and it was a complete waste of time. Once seated by the host at one of the available tables with the built in grills on the patio, I was told to move to one of the plastic tables on the road because another customer would take this table (nobody else was there until 20 minutes later). The diners later seated at that table seemed to be friends with the server. My table was literally on the road, cars drove by directly beside us as you can see in the picture attached. A weak portable propane grill was provided to cook our orders, and the wind produced by cars driving by blew away what little heat the grill produced. The picture is of the meat that had been cooking for THIRTY MINUTES. The pork was still raw after the 1.5 hours we were there. I appreciate that one server said sorry that the grill situation was "sad". Unfortunately we weren't offered any other options, like taking the meat inside to cook for us, or to give us one of the normal tables with a real grill that was available at that time, or swap the inedible food with anything else. Any of these options would have been appreciated to show they care. The positive parts of the experience was that the side dishes were good and the female server was very friendly and kind. All the angry diners at the other plastic tables quit after an hour of trying, leaving their raw meats on the grill. I wish I had left sooner. Never going back again.

Great Korean bbq experience. The meat was of a high quality, very yummy dipping sauce options to accompany it. The sides were all delicious and fresh, free refills on most as per usual practice. The servers were super friendly and helpful, this really stood out to us during our visit. Prices were fair and portions were filling. Would highly recommend to others.

Have returned, would recommend. Great service with amazing sides with fresh meat always. Prices are much higher in 2022 so it's harder to recommend, but the value is still there. Thick cut pork belly, thick cut ribeye steak (removed as of July), beef rib, beef flap and more. Sides include soy onions, kimchi, radish, corn, marinated spring onions, lettuce, steamed egg, spicy bean soup, 4 kinds of dipping sauces including wasabi mayo. So the sides are plenty! The only issue is their alcohol is not cheap. $9 for 335ml Sapporo makes it tough to say it's a good BBQ spot. Expect $30-$40pp excl drinks but you'll leave full and fulfilled. Takes AMEX.

The bbq tastes very good and the quality is high. The side fishes are delicious. There are quite a few varieties of dipping sauce. Service is good and they help us cut and place the food.. We spent 90 dollars for 5 people. The pork taste samples are recommended.

Our group of four sat at one of 9 indoor dining room tables and there was no wait. We came here because there was a much longer wait for a table at our Finch/Yonge Korean eatery. People make odd decisions when hungry. From the Korean BBQ menu, our group selected the marinated shoulder butt and the sirloin AAA meats. The meal came with Korean style steamed egg and beef soybean paste soup. A patio special kimchi fried rice was an addition to our dinner. The KBBQ menu options are disappointingly very limited and the price high for what we deemed average meat quality. Simply, it was an okay meal. Table service was good. Street Toronto P parking is close by, if you can find an open spot.

Updated based on the recent visit on Aug13 I remember having a great time in my previous visit and this time I was very disappointed. Beef was very dry and the options for the sauce had cut down. I wasn't very happy with the service neither as it seemed like the servers were not capable of keeping up. Plus the rice not at its best and no explanation on which part of meat was being served was a big minus. ---- Lots of choices with different sauce for the meat. Ordered 6 portions for 2 and had 2 portions left over. Due to my low-expectation on meat portions in Kbbq places, I was satisfied.

The ventilation is great here so you won't get smoke in your eyes as you cook the meat. They use a non-stick grill so they don't have to constantly change the grilling tray like some Korean BBQ places. The cuts of meat was pretty good, especially the rib eye. The side of steamed eggs was fluffy and light. Love the 6 different types of dipping sauce/seasoning!

Very friendly and cozy place to eat. There's a black storage box under the seat next to the wall which you can store your bags or jacket. We ordered the pork sampler which is suppose to feed a group of 3-4 but it was only two of us which was just fine and didn't feel too bloated. The grill seems to be a non stick grill which didn't need to be changed at all unlike other places. Thus, no burnt meats or veggies! Ventilation at the store seems adequate no complaints there. Washroom cleaniness is always a plus and looks well taken care of. Quality of service was great but no gesture when leaving the place...perhaps it was a bit busy by then. Condiments took awhile to reorder and there should be more lettuce provided as we ordered 4 times but I can understand not over-providing as some customers may not finish it all. The quality of the food was great and fresh along with the condiments and sauces.

Amazing food. Even though it's a small menu every item is delicious. If you order 2 meat items they give you steam egg and soup for free! I was skeptical to see the quality of one order of beef sirloin (which was really 1 steak) and one order of pork shoulder butt (2 think strips of majority fatty bacon) however, after grilling them it was just enough for the two of us; also because of the soup and steam egg completed the our tummy. The lettuce is also free to refill. We love multiple seasonings they provide on the side which gives every bit a different flavour! The price wasn't too bad compared to other Korean bbq places. With kpop Big Bang playing in the background completed the whole experience.

This is my favourite Korean BBQ place in Toronto. I’m so glad ( sincerely happy ) that they survived through the toughest time so that I can still come & enjoy this beautiful food. Staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly. I can’t thank them enough for how many times they enlightened my mood after 12 hours shift work. We always order Makgeolli( Korean Ricewine), pork belly and cold noodle.

On yet another Korean bbq adventure again. This time to Pujukan by Yonge and Sheppard. There are lots of paid parkings around, and it's also a convenient location with the subway stop close by. The bbq menu is pretty good. You can choose single meat items, or there are sample platters (beef or pork) for $69.99. My table went with the pork samplers that consisted of belly, shoulder, shirt and jowl. It came with a lot of different kinds of pastes and sauces. Lettuce for wrapping is unlimited. My favourite wrap that I made was with sesame and garlic paste, along with a touch of wasabi, which apparently is the trend these days for bbq meat. The platter of meat was fresh and of great quality. The owner of the restaurant told me that they always order their meat daily. We also tried the steamed egg ($5.95). I loved it very much. It was bubbling hot when it came out. It was seasoned with nice flavour. If you don't want to select the platter, you can choose 2 meat dishes and get this egg dish as complimentary. We also shared a bowl of cold noodles for $6.95. The noodles are thin, the soup is tasty, and there's half an egg to go with it. There were 4 of us, and we happily finished everything and were content with the quantity of food served. The service was good. Everything came out fast, and the server was friendly. The environment was clean, which I appreciated. Up to today, my friends and I keep saying to each other we want to eat there again lol

Pujukan is our FAVOURITE KBBQ restaurant in Toronto! The meat is so fresh and high quality - we reccommend the pork belly and ribeye! So tender and flavourful! The sides (love the fluffy steamed egg) are so yummy too! The service was so attentive and we loved how they cooked kimchi fried rice on the grill for us after our meal!! (It even comes with cheese!) The vibe is so nice here especially when paired with a drink or two!

The food was good and everything but it’s definitely more expensive compared to Mapo bbq, if you think about what and how much food you are getting.

Meat were incredibly chewy. I had to forcefully swallow some or I couldnt swallow them at all. It was pretty disappointing in that regard. We live nearby and wanted to make it our go-to kbbq, but I’m sure if I want to risk it again. The side dishes were very good though; I especially enjoy the complimentary soup! The service were also very good, friendly and attentive.

The photos in Google are all looking like dark dishes, even the pictures on the menu in the store, the red meat is really unappetizing. In fact, according to the price of 20cad per serving, this shop is really not cheap, even a bit expensive But it’s the old way of Korean barbecue. After ordering, there are a bunch of side dishes. What is amazing is that they have four kinds of sauces. They have never heard of sauce, including mustard mayo, garlic sesame oil, and 2 kinds of 9-flavored sauces, and they are not unpalatable! ! ! There will also be egg custard and bean sprout soup. Blessed are the friends who like lettuce wrapped meat, so many different sauces and side dishes🥬 Needless to say, Korean barbecue must order yyds, just look at the picture to know how delicious it is (I grilled it, I took it)! Ribeye beef short ribs look at the lines and you know that the meat is extremely fresh, super juicy, very tender, and absolutely 👍🏻 They must have some spicy rice cakes! ! Unlike other Korean food, they also have sweet potato flour in their spicy rice cakes! And there are fish tofu, fish balls, and egg rice cakes! ! ! The wife is invincible and amazingly delicious! ! This may be the most delicious and most amazing rice cake I have ever eaten! ! Rice cakes are not very spicy, so those who don’t know how to eat spicy food can order it!
