.Food is really good; i like this Chinese food style, but the service is poor if you cannot speak Mandarin. The server has no idea of English. If you want same amazing food with a better service go to the restaurant they have in Chinatown.

Have been a loyal customer for 4+ years. Lately, the experience was really bad. Once our chicken wing tip was spoiled (funky smell) after one night in the fridge! Found out some were smelly and some were fresh. That means old and new were just mixed together. Our last time 14 July 7.30pm, the aunty was just full of attitude and impatient. Duck head had been out of stock for 3 weeks. So we ordered chicken wing tips and chicken frame. The same night we both had diarrhoea that lasted till the next day. Sad that the price and taste is good but quality control is terrible. May 2023 update: taste has gone downhill. Not as flavorful to the bone as it was before

Watch out, I noticed that server adds 15%tips for takeout. Make you you look at what he/she is doing.... Given how often I come, this is like getting scammed. Food is good, nice and spicy. Staff is friendly... Though I do admit I have never spoken English to the staff... And they may not be good English speakers.... Quality of food and price is all that matters to me.

Rude, long wait time. I asked for $5 duck neck and she gave me $9.55 without explanation and refuse to take back extra. Smells bad.

I went there twice today. The food is good, but the service is inconsistent. In the morning, she treated me like a human being. In the evening around 9pm, she looked like she didn't want customers there. She turns her back against me as soon as I opened up my mouth.

Amazing duck neck and very good value for the price. (We were surprised at how much we got!) It's fun to see her cut up the duck neck as well with a giant meat cleaver.

i've been a customer since many years ago when the original male owner was there. I think he either sold it or people are working for him now. Quality of food really went downhill but I was okay with it for the price but since pandemic, the prices are ridiculous for what your getting. I can't recommend this place anymore.

Food was on par, good take out option if you ran out of ideas and in this area! 3 stars!

Make sure you check the price, I think she overcharged me. The menu says 4.99, she charged me 5.99 plus tax.

i think maybe the owner changed? i ordered the same thing the spicy duck neck and but its no taste at all. Have to re cook myself at home otherwise its a waste.

I ordered the soup and it’s really good. And has a perfect spiciness to it. Very tasty. Of course there is a bit of a language barrier but that’s not biggy.

My frd bought the pig ear for me before in the Scarborough location which was good. So I tried it here, it smells weird and tastes so different. I bought a little box and it costed me almost $15
