Amazing food, service was excellent. We ordered quite a few things but as a first timer I would say go for the pupusas. Grab a few and some sides and you will have a whale of a time. Give some el salvadorian drinks a try as well. Very curious note that a Kolashanpan tastes remarkably similar to a Scottish Irn Bru, this is a very good thing. Quality stuff overall, shall return in future.

Small, family-run restaurant with delicious El Salvadoran food. We went on a Sunday afternoon, around 1pm, and the place was packed with local patrons. I really enjoyed the plato mixto, with its flavourful rice, sweet plaintains, avocado, beans, greens, and protein from shrimps to a mussel. The chicken was a bit too salty, and the beef a bit dry and too tough. We got two pupusas - the cheese one, and the pork and cheese. The cheese one was a bit bland, and I enjoyed the pork and cheese pupusa more. Good coleslaw (to go on top of the papusas). Drinkwise, I got the Tamarindo, which was a delightful mix of sweet and sour. Very refreshing. The service was kind and lovely, if a bit forgetful because of the high volume of customers. We split each dish in half, so the bill was split in half, and each person paid around $24, tip and tax included - we were both full and satisfied. Would totally bring my family here to try such good food. Muchas gracias!

We came here on the recommendation of someone. I don't live in the area but happened to be close by. I was craving pupusas and this place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was drab but we just got takeout. The pupusas were absolutely delicious and we got a lot of food for the price.

This place is really good. The food has great flavour. Its a little on the expensive side but you get really large portions. Highly recommended

The food was really good, but I gave it 3 stars because of the service. We ordered breakfast with coffee and the order took very long to be served and even though it was worth the wait, I think they could have at least serve the coffee right away. The woman taking the orders was snapping at several customers there. She was not very friendly.

All be honest, i thought it was gonna be better then pupusa Loka however the taste wasn't there the pupusas had no flavor at all. And there over priced, I ordered some yuca con chicharon the yuca was the only thing that was crispy and barely got chicharon. The horchata and Tamarindo drinks were amazing.

Great food. Portions are great. Service abit slow due to demand. Don't go if you're in a rush. Family relaxed atmosphere.

I've been eating pupusas for a long time from the establishment on the same street further east. Decided to try this place on a friend's recommendation and was thoroughly impressed. Pupusas are delicious and pack more filling than the other place. They seem bigger as well. The filling is tasty, abundance of cheese, the cortido is delicious and balanced. Not so impressed with chicharon with Yuka. The dish was mainly yuca, with 5 pieces of meat.

Food is always great. Service is slow like any typical latino restaurant. Not fancy yet comforting ambience and friendly staff.

Went on a Saturday evening and place was packed. The lady who took my order advised me about the wait times. It took them about 25 mins to get my Beef Tacos ready and 4 pcs of their popular pork & cheese and Cheese & Zucchini Pupusas. The Pupusas came with cole slaw and salsa sauce. The service was great and lady was courteous. The Tacos were freshly done and the tortillas were fresh and delicious. I am more used to Mexican tacos so I believe the Salvadorians tacos are bit less seasoned and don’t come with the same toppings as the Mexican. But overall I enjoyed my food. Veg Pupusas were really good and you have to eat fresh or heat them up if doing a take out. Pork pupusas were bit greasy and also you dont feel the pork that much. My 5/5 review is basically the value and the type of food you get for the price. Also, the food was freshly prepared with home ingredients and I didn’t have any complaints with their service.

First time of many visits to come. I was pleasantly surprised because I am picky and biased towards Jamaican foods. However, this food was flavourful, plenty and of very high quality 👌. The variety was amazing, and the service was great. The price was very reasonable, and I like it alot a lot a lot 😁. This is my new spot 👌 keep it up ladies . Thank you 😊

Ordered some pupusas to go and upon pickup had a horrible customer service experience with an older small spanish lady that works there. She gave me so much attitude and spoke to me in a very condescending tone when all I asked was if she could simply add a little more red tomatoe sauce to my order of 8 pupusas (mind you.. I asked very politely). NEVER EVER ordering from there again simply because of how unprofessional she was.

I tried this new place, and so far, I love it. Ordered Pupusas (cheese/pork & cheese/loroco), horchata & quesadilla. Pupusas are larger than the palms of your hand and have great seasoning. In the cheese/port pupusas, you can see the cheese and pork mixture. Cheese/loroco Pupusa can use a few more buds. Prefer the pork/cheese pupusa. Horchata is delicious and refreshing; if you take it out, there are about two more glasses than you may get sitting in. The real star is the quesadilla, so good, so moist. It tasted homemade. So delicious! Definitely going back for more.

Food is amazing, always get pupusas my favorite. I tried the Nachos con Carne, give it a try its good but you'll need someone else to help you out, especially if you don't eat a lot.

I love the food here although the papusas tend to be a bit greasier than other places. I still recommend

This hole in the wall is an amazing place to taste food from South America. Authentic food from Salvador. Large menu. Food is so good that I took the balance home. This is a first for me. But this food is so fresh the homies fill this restaurant completely. Will come again. Prices are great and service is outstanding. If you into trying new tasty food this this is your destination without the fluff

It took 40 min for 3 pupusas to be served for my husband. I ordered te breakfast and got it immediately but had to wait 40 min to eat it until my husbands door came out. Eggs were over cooked when I asked for sunny side up. Better off ordering just pupusas to go. .

The service through me off as soon as I arrived the lady was rude because I asked when is a good day to come get tamales. (They did not have what was on the menu even though it was only noon). I ended up eating an overpriced greasy soup. I heard their tamales are good but with that kind of service I would rather try other places
