Although my friend and I thought it was nice that we were seated quickly & even got a private booth… ultimately the service was terrible, simply terrible. Whenever we rang the service bell, nobody came so we had to wave someone down each time - we were basically forgotten about throughout our visit. Their Korean food wasn’t the best, especially for such high prices. Their Banchan could’ve been better, it was on the basic side. They didn’t accommodate for simple requests such as adding ramen to their Spicy Rice Cakes (which tasted mediocre and wasn’t really spicy). My friend ordered their Kimchi Pancake as well, but they served it burnt on the bottom side! My friend also wanted Gimbap but it wasn’t available for some reason so she ordered their Bulgogi Gimbap instead (those at least tasted decent). However, referring back to their poor service, they had forgotten that my friend had ordered the Bulgogi Gimbap! By the time we noticed, we were already full and completed our meals… my friend mentioned to our server that if it hasn’t already been made, then just cancel it but they ended up bringing it out right after her mentioning to cancel. I had their Galbi Dinner, it was marinated well with nice grill marks served on a sizzling hot plate, but they didn’t even make the plate hot - just used it for plating so the meat wasn’t kept warm throughout the meal and unfortunately wasn’t served at a good hot temperature either. At the end of our visit, an older lady brought our bills and expected tips! lol… the lady asked my friend three times for tips then had the audacity to ask me to pay for my friend’s tip! After I had paid for my meal with an undeserved tip, she rudely and aggressively tore the printed receipt from the terminal then whipped it downwards in the air like a kid throwing a tantrum and walked away with a grunt. There’s plenty of free parking available when we went, floors were sticky and washrooms we averagely clean. We are definitely certain that we will not be returning. You’re better off getting Korean food elsewhere with much better service.

The lady asked for a tip 3 times! 3 times! And then asked if my friend would pay for my tip. THE AUDACITY. This made me and my friend very uncomfortable. Management needs to have a talk with their staff about what is appropriate behaviour with their customers. With this experience alone I will not be returning to Seoul Restaurant. The food was ok, the kimchi pancake was burnt from the bottom. I asked for ramen in the tteoboki but they couldn’t accommodate for a simple request. They forgot to bring one of the dishes and when I reminded the server, she brought it at the end of our meal. A tip is something extra and is a reflection on the quality of service. With this sort of service, how do you expect a tip?? 👎🏽

Absolutely loved the spicy squid and chicken with cheese! Such a huge portion, can easily feed 4-6 people. We ordered BBQ grill as well (pork belly and pork shoulder), it was a lot of food!! Friendly staff, generous portions, lively atmosphere, and was also given egg and Korean miso soup on the house. Overall, would recommend and definitely try out the different dishes.

Pretty good bibimbap and galbi, good service. Lots to choose from on the menu. Restaurant also has Korean BBQ, will have to try that next. I do think next time will go to Korea Town downtown as more flavour.

Average food and service. The staffs are impatient. Not a wise decision to go to this restaurant for authentic Korean food. There’s more options.

My wife and I ordered take out for the first time from Seoul House and it was absolutely great! My wife had the bulgogi bibimbap and had the chicken teriyaki bibimbap. It was fantastic! We both strongly recommend this restaurant for anyone that likes or is interested in trying Korean food for the first time.

This is the OG Korean restaurant I know, been going here since 2004. Delicious food in big servings and nice clean ambience. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic Korean cuisines.

This restaurant was so unexpectedly great; when we saw it we thought we'd have some decent Korean food, but this place superseded our expectations. Not only were the workers super sweet when we didn't understand some of the menu, but the food was so fresh and the sushi was made to order. Also the sheer number of sides that we got with our meals surprised us and they were all delicious (especially the honeyed peanuts, which we got two plates of, they were that good).

Pretty good restaurant! Nice atmosphere, music was all over the place genre wise but my friends and I enjoyed it 🤷🏿‍♂️. I got the Bulgogi stone pot bibimbap which I thought was okay - I didn’t find it exceptional but internet was well made and tasty after adding sauces. Also got the spicy rice cake (forgot to take a pic) but I enjoyed that greatly . Overall good experience, 8/10 would come again.

We keep going back to this place. I find the price is still more reasonable. We are always go at lunch time. The lunch special has mmay variety, even has sushi sashimi for $21. The service is not too slow but only two. The interior is dark seats that I don't quite like, but has ton of day light.

Each meal comes with hot barley water and various side dishes (we had five). I brought three people to Seoul House to try some of the food I ate when I lived in Korea over 20 years ago. We each ordered different dishes: bulgogi bento box, sushi bento box with only salmon, sashimi bento box, and fried chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. The food was great tasting, arrived promptly, and the server was pleasant.

Went there for a birthday and the provided their party room with 2 options for food. A set menu for $45 or you can order off the menu. Their were hiccups but it all worked out in the end.

They have a variety of food options and so far all great. I love that they bring out the complimentary kimchi dishes before your meal. We always get a variety of dishes to split amongst us and the price is so great. Highly recommend the spicy pork dumplings. Service is always friendly.

My friend and I ordered stirred fried spicy pork on Uber. The price was $23.99 but Meat quantity was so less. Mostly it was only onion chunks under the meat. Highly disappointed.

I haven't tried the bbq yet but sundubu soup with dumplings are really nice. I got one that is too spicy for me so I couldn't enjoy much but every thing in that bowl of soup is amazing. Service wise i don't feel super welcoming, it was 9pm on a Monday so I get it is close to closing time, still expect a little bit of enthusiasm I guess. Definitely want to come back and try the kbbq. Also I don't see a drink menu for the restaurant so I can't tell if there is anything there thats good

Our favorite local Korean and Japanese Resturant. We love the barbecue at this place and the Bento boxes. The service is always stellar, the waiter and waitresses always treat us with respect and check up on us. If you're busy talking and don't have time they'll actually come by and barbecue and cut your food for you they'll offer to do this I guess as long as it's not too busy but even when it's busy someone usually comes along and asks us everything's okay and if we want them to cook for us. They give you plenty of side dishes an offer to refill them for you when it's starting to look empty I've been coming here for a while and will continue to do so.

Went there weekday, place is not that busy. We tried there grill and other variety of food. It was good. Soup are okay. We ordered 3 different kind( seafood, pork and plain) but soup base all taste the same, like kimchi, still taste good though. We are group of 5, paid less than 200 and everybody are full and still have food to take home.

One of the best Korean restaurants ! I’ve ordered 갈비탕. The staff is very nice and friendly. They kept checking time to time and kept asking, if you need refills. I’ll definitely recommend and revisit.
