This place was great! The pizza tasted great and the wings did too! All of the games I tried worked. The stage brought back memories from when I was a kid! I love that giant statue in the showroom!

Nice place to take the kids for some fun. Plenty of games to choose from and gaming prices are fair. Nice large area for Birthday parties as well. Food is not good though and needs a lot of work to improve. I remember they used to have some pretty good Pizza back in the day and now it’s no good at all unfortunately.

Had a great time here with my family. It was not busy, we did go on a weekday, so it was great. I like the fact that there are no more tokens and everything is virtual on a card. For play time we spent roughly $40 for an hour and a half. Great deal!

I've always loved coming to Chuck E. Cheese. The games are fun and the show stage is very entertaining.

Today I hosted my son's birthday party at Chuck e cheese and let me say this by far was the worst experience I have ever had. I've spoken to the manager Brianna on the phone numerous times discussing packages and everything she had told me was a lie. When I went in on the day of the party I'm being told completely different prices. There's never anyone there to help. I am told so many different things on the phone and in person they're telling me complete opposite. They literally managed to ruin my son's first birthday. I had put so much effort into making this party a blast for myself and my guess and they managed to ruin everything. They didn't honor anything that was spoken about over the phone with the manager. And conveniently the manager Brianna fell sick that day so she couldn't even come and speak for her actions. I will highly highly never recommend hosting a party at any Chuck e cheese locations they are providing misleading and false information on their website, over the phone and in person.

Great place for children to have safe fun and food for birthdays. Prices are flat-out exorbitant. If it weren't for the fact that we only go once a year, I would protest the Loan Shark level pricing. Customer Service is a coin-toss. Sometimes, good. Sometimes, it seems like all the staff are sharing a bad day. The latter seems greater than the former. At the end of the day/in summation; I would return to this location of Chuck E Cheese gladly.. as long as it is less than 3 times per year.

The kids liked the games. It's not as much fun without getting actual tickets, all card based. A number of the games were not working. The card readers are finicky, and it's not very clear what points you earned. You get very little points on each game and children really don't earn enough for any prizes. We tried a pizza, it was not good and very overpriced. The bathrooms were not maintained, multiple stalls clogged and no paper towels. It is what it is, a place for kids to run around and hit buttons on games.

The only place in town where your kids will have fun. No question!! My opinion is don't order food. It's better to take your kids for a Happy Meal at McDonald's. There they will be happy. Chucky Cheese is a money grabber. Everything is overpriced. They have no discounts . No promotions. If they do, I didn't experience that.

Visited as Birthday Party. They have many interesting games that attracted kids and kept them busy for 2hours. Staffs are nice and place is clean. Unfortunately the party 🎉 was delayed that we had to wait for a long time for chuck e to sing a song and take photos for Birthday stars. Other than that it was a good experience.

My son and his friend shared a birthday party there. It was truly amazing experience for my son's first time. Was a little crazy busy at times but perfect for our kids to let loose and enjoy. Thank you Chucky Cheese for making my son's 5th birthday and his friend's 4th birthday party a smash!!!

I would have given it 5 star for fun specially during birthday parties but they should have more staff during events to take care of the vending machine

I celebrated my son’s bday with 13 friends of his and it was seemless. From confirmation to party it was all so much fun and well managed. Kids love it there. Unlimited game time for 2 hrs with food and drinks. You just need to be there with cake(you could also order cake there in case you want). Would definitely recommend to most parents who would like the experience to be stress free and fun alike specially for the bday boy/girl and their friends.

I've waited 15 years to go to Chuck E Cheese and I was not disappointed! The food amazing... The animatronics... Fantastic 😂 the games great... But! Reham was the highlight of the night, she's friendly and kind and very professional I can foresee a future manager in her 100% we will definitely be coming back and it's because of her 🩷

I went here yesterday for my friends son bday. Our waitress was very cool, but it was just their recycled pizza. When I got back I had bad diarrhea. If the pizza slices are uneven and hard. Please don’t eat it.

I visited the Victoria park and Sheppard location on August 9th 2022. I was very disappointed because the game times were very short. However I am giving this review 5 stars because of the manager who took every opportunity to make us feel welcome from the time that we entered to the time that we left. Great costumer service always trumps everything else for me. Great job to this manager we were there from 3:30-5:45 pm. I hope he will be recognized as we didn’t get his name.

It is fine if you charge more for everything but you need to pay attention to the sanitation as well. You can see bugs flying everywhere. Also the pizza was awful!

Absolutely loved it. You can amuse yourself and your kids for sure :) We also had pizza there and the taste was good. Dont forget to pause your card if you are busy with a party or meal or else your times counts.

We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday this past Saturday and we had a great time. This was the day when there was a severe thunderstorm warning and sure enough, there was a power outage in the Chuck E Cheese. I think that despite of what happened and despite of the opinion of the other guests involved in this particular situation, I think it was managed accordingly. Nobody asks for these types of situation and the staff made a difference. When the power came back on, the staff constantly reassured us that the kitchen was working hard in making the food. Great job Chuck E Cheese in making up for what happened even though it was out of your control: 1) We got an extra 30 min of play time for the games since the power was out during the time our card was active. 2)Pizzas and fries all came out hot and very tasty (I'm not sure if all locations are like this, but this one had some awesome tasting pizzas). 3) Staff was organized during our daughter's party ensuring the kids got their designated pizzas and loot bags. 4)Staff was organized in gathering all guests (since there were other kids celebrating their birthdays) to ensure that the kids were present during the happy birthday song with Chuck E Cheese mascot. 5) Washrooms were clean and well equipped. 6) Manager was pleasant and you can tell his staff were happy working there (makes a huge difference when you're dealing with children). 7) ALL games were actually working and clean!!! 8) Overall, the staff were energetic despite of the thunderstorm and power outage mishap. You can tell they were all working together and really hard. THANK YOU! I can only imagine how stressful it can get. I would recommend this location again because of the condition of the place and the staff.

Iconic, liminal, nostalgic, free to get in. Go during the middle of the day on a weekday.

It has been more than 20 years since I last went to this location. It was a very nostalgic feeling. I was impressed with the staff and how well the operations were running to keep pace with all the kids parties going on. Setup, arrival of food, and cleanup of benches was on point. Some of the game machines were a little worn out but kids still have fun.

Perfect place for hosting birthday party for my children from 3 to 11yrs old, with plenty of games suitable for different age groups (good for adults too). Trusha was so good to take care of us and provide sound suggestions to serve my group. Only drawback is 2 hrs being too short for kids playing games and having food/celebration at the same time. My family really enjoyed the night and we'll be back again.

Location is Sheppard and Victoria Park beside winners. Lots of parking and spacious disable parking. Monday is not busy so my kids enjoy the place. Before you enter the premises you need to take selfie on your phone with your family instead of stamps. They have new arcade games and some classic like alley roller. Minutes work for my kids since they do love playing arcades. Clean washroom and friendly staffs. Many options on their menu. Recommend combo #4 stuffed crust pizza. Our favourite is app sampler. (order a deal to get 10%discount) Wednesday is much cheaper check their website for coupons if you want to save and have fun. They have awesome chuck e cheese mascot appearance and dance. Also backstage has all the animatronics characters playing on a band. Play with your kids to get more tickets they have lots of cool toys to exchange before going home. Fresh cotton candy is a must to my kids and dippin dots for desserts. Overall I do recommend this place to have fun and for birthday celebration.

Haven't been to Chuck e cheese in a long time! I appreciate the screening process for kids safety. Remember to bring a cellphone because they will ask you to take a selfie with your child or kids before you enter and re check as you exit. My kid is a FNAF fan and loves the vibes she gets from the animatronics. Not sure if CECs likes the affiliation but they spook out my kids and they love it. The game system is great I feel, I love the card and timed play system instead of using the tokens. I feel you get a lot more affordable play for the games especially with very little kids. I remember how quickly I blew through a handful of tokens as a kid so as an adult I appreciate the tap and play! Ordered the mix platter and got more food that I thought we would. Very hot and the table timer was helpful. Very clean as well considering the amount of kids in the space. Seating was always available as well. Hats off to the staff and mouse suit dancer your jobs cannot be the easiest. Prizes are fun and easy to get, always have the option to trade up or pay a penny/point for something you are a bit short on. My kid was able to leave with the rainbow slinky 🌈 that they ogled at behind the prize counter glass for just 30 cents more when we were short a few points. Lots of fun. Happy they still have the bowling too!

The games were very reasonably priced. 2 or 3 games were not working and took our money. Overall its had nice variety for children. All the staff were very pleased and friendly except for one person, not smiling in return, felt like she don't want us to be there. Apart from that. Great experience will definitely return to a different location.

Joined a party birthday, all the games are free play during party time! Kids were so happy. However, its an open area, kids don't want to come back to table for cut cake😅😂

Very busy place during peak times, but some of the games are not working at times, and maybe needs to upgrade. Pizza and wings are good. Just the cashiers should be more efficient and if they see that there is a long lineup, should add more people to service the customers. I like the kid safety protocol where you have to take a photo with your child at the front on entry, and show that photo on your way out so they know that the child came in with you.

Games were great for the ones that worked. Service is pretty good. Kids can but in either intentionally or not at the bowling game so it helps to be on guard. 🛡️ A photo was taken of the group was taken upon entry for safety reasons which was checked upon exit. Chuck did not fail to please when he came out for a dance. The kids went ga ga. Some lost their minds as they joined in on the dance. A good time was had by all. ☺️ Thx

We had my child's birthday there recently and it was such a great experience! Our server Zoe was on top of everything and very accommodating. The kids had a blast. Food was great. It's been renovated and the games are pretty updated and clean.

I had the best experience when coming here! The staff were very friendly, especially Elizabeth. She made sure the experience was very fun for my children and I, and even recommended the stuffed crust, which was so good. We also purchased the unlimited drinking cups. Would definitely recommend this Chuck e Cheese over any other one's that I have went to. Worth the drive :)

We enjoy having birthday parties here. Video games, challenge games for tickets, and the pizza here is pretty good to go with the all-you-can-drink pop. Great way to let the kids run riot for a couple of hours. They have staff at the entrance to prevent your kids from running away or being taken by someone else. All in all, a nice place for a couple hours for the kids.

We celebrated our son's 7th birthday at Chuck -e Cheese on 4th February 2024.It was a perfect place for a fun filled celebration. Party packages were well priced and the overall atmosphere was lively. The gaming arcade provided a safe and supervised environment, allowing parents to relax while their kids enjoyed various games. Birthday star got to enjoy ticket blaster experience which made him feel special. The highlight was watching the children's faces light up with joy as they played their favorite games and won tickets. We were told that one waiter would be exclusively at our service till the party lasts. (2 hours). Our waiter had to manage multiple tables and navigate between them efficiently. Mr. Shine demonstrated good multitasking skills, taking orders, delivering food, and addressing requests with a commendable level of organization. Birthday show was interactive and lively. Kids enjoyed dancing and singing with the staff. There were 2 other parties happening at the same time, so kids didn’t really get a chance to interact with chuk e and click pictures. Unfortunately, this fell below our expectations. Anyone looking to host a stress free and enjoyable birthday party, I would surely recommend Chuk-e-cheese.

Totally enjoyed our time here with my family. My son loves the arcade - There are so many things to choose from! We all loved the pizza after playing all those games. The staff are just so welcoming! Definitely will come back!

We have been invited for the birthday party at this location. It was more crowded than other places we usually go in the same neighbourhood. Great staff, lots of tables for dining in. One important thing is a great safety system in place at the entrance which gives parents peace of mind that you child will not run out of the premises to a busy parking lot. Kudos to a manager who was present at all times and was aware of what is going on to keep operations smooth. Another great thing is fresh cotton candy they have available for purchase. It was a great experience.

Chuck E Cheese didn't come out at all the 1.5 hours that we were there. They need to bring the slides and kids play area back. The toddler area kept my nephew busy but the place definitely didn't bring the same old memories from my childhood. It just wasn't the same without the coins and tickets. Some games not working added to the dullness of that evening. I do want to add though that service was amazing!

One of our go-to Chuck E. Cheese locations, mainly due to proximity, but also because there's a good variety and number of game machines. The place is decently maintained, with staff on hand to sanitize the tables, help with machines, etc. It's also rare for machines to be broken down, and most are in working order. We've previously also had our son's birthday party at this location, and everything was as expected, with staff on hand to guide us through the party.

First time ever going to a Chuck e cheese for an early birthday dinner for my son. The food and games were awesome- good selection for the little kids too! My husband lost his phone and wallet and realized as we were leaving. The very helpful staff (Edson) and the amazing woman who just came from Regina (sorry forget her name!!) helped us search and find both items. They were literally crawling under tables searching! I am so impressed with the customer service and overall great experience! We will definitely go again!
