Long lines and packages everywhere, the place looks like a warehouse. The staff seems to do their best but they must be understaffed for this time of the season. They should know that Canada Post doesn't deliver parcels, just letters, so everything else goes to be picked up by customers. Maybe they are just lazy and leave a note saying they couldn't deliver the package but they can't explain why.

Yonge Sheppard Centre. Located in YCC Variety, lower level near food court. Consistently good service over 5 years. Whether sending out packages or picking up parcels, including passport photo. They are typically busy most of the time, many moving parts to post offices these days. I prefer their service and like having them in the area. Always helpful and personable in a sometimes hectic environment as I watch them expertly balance a number of different requests from customers as I wait in line. They do their best, always on their feet with long hours to serve then to sort packages afterwards. I appreciate their knowledgeable service. Also had my photo taken for Visa travelling abroad. Great to have everything in one place. Life is Good! :)

If I could have rated them zero star! I dropped a prepaid parcel in this office for mailing out. They took and accepted the parcel from my hands. But they didn't put any data of the parcel into system. The result is, even you have a shipping tracking number for your parcel, you still don't know where your package is. Also the service manner in this office is very unconcerned and irresponsibility, which made me feel they don't care about your mail/parcel at all, they just want money.

Terrible customer service! The Asian lady work there seems like she is the boss and all customers work for her. Avoid this location, I always have great customer experience with all other locations. If I have any choice I will never go there. Easy thing make difficult and try her best to put customers in a pickle.

I wanted to ship a package to US. The lady asked if I wanted express delivery which she told is $120, and I said no. Clearly she was going to take the money for herself. She said regular charge is $30 and that's what I chose. After a week I saw that my package was sent to PAKISTAN. I called the head office, almost no help. After i got the package back after 3 months, i tried another location and I was charged only $30 for express delivery. At this location, they try to scam you and steal your information. Don't trust these thieves.

The lady is rude. Worst customer service ever. The lady didn’t explain the options properly, overcharged me and wouldn’t refund. Go somewhere else

I was in rush and needed to print black and white of a 4-page .pdf file. He charged me $2.50 for only 4 pages. At Staples for example, they charge $0.14 per page. When I complained, the guy said this is North York price! Stay away from this place.

Very poor customer service, they don’t even know how to scan a canada post QR code, we take it to another branch and they easily scan it! Gonna report this to canada post. The lady who is in charge is so rude and impolite and doesn’t know how to take care of the customers.

worst experience ever, they required lots of documentation and there has NO cellular (due to the building structure or what idk) and you will have to pay for their computer internet service and pay for their printing services to get your package. REMEMBER come fully prepared, you might want to bring your birth certificate ALSO, otherwise you need to pay a lot extra FEE

I don’t recommend going to this location. They charge a lot just to print a few pages. Also the young guy working there at the front is very rude and provides poor customer service. It’s such a sketchy place that I’m worried my debit card info was stolen there as the tap didn’t work on my card and had to insert it to work. Also the guy just threw my card onto the counter rather than hand it to me for me to insert it to complete the payment. Something sketchy about that place. Also the guy doesn’t finish helping one customer before taking to the next one.

Just AVOID this Canada Post location at all cost! The staff lied to my face, TWICE! I was doing a drop-off for a prepaid package and was the only customer at that time. The lady at the counter took over my package and then started to chat with another staff (not related to work) instead of processing my package. After 2-3 mins, another staff reminded her that there was a customer in front of her, so she finally scanned my item and said I can go. I then asked for a receipt, as the receiver asked for it, but she refused to do it and said that they don't offer receipt for such packages. I usually do the same drop-off at another Canada Post location and that one proactively offers me receipts so I knew this is not true. I hence asked her again, saying that this is required for me. With her eyebrow frown, she printed the receipt for me very unwillingly, and said that they usually don't do this but she was giving me an one-time exception... I know Canada Post locations usualy don't get good reviews and some poeple just ignore the low review scores, I was like this as well. But from now on, this place will be an exception for me, as I really don't trust the staff here with my packages. Couldn't even think of a reason why she did that, maybe she was trying to save some priniting cost?

I wish that I could give this branch 0 star or minus 0, the lady who works here ( black hair wearing eye glassess black and silver frame ) is super rude, impolite, unprofessional, super unhelpful and aggressive ) , I needed to do a return a pachage and asked her to help me with attaching the barcode on my package as I did not know how to do it and she said this is your job to do it and she did not help me at all, her coworker Prince tried help me and he was not able to do it and did it wrong , she started arguing with him infront of me which is really unprofessional, I asked again to at least show me how to do it and she refused to help me , I even told her that your team member was not able to do it as its a little difficult and she said “ no its because he does not work at this section ) this is horrible customer support , I asked Price to tell me the lady’s name and the lady called her and spoke another language with him as soon as she noticed I am talking to him , I would like to escalate this to Canada post’s upper management , this behaviour is not acceptable and I am not wondering when I see the google review for this location is 1.7 which is awful, I also suggest you to ask your team members to wear a badge showing their names

Canada post return my package back to China only because I miss a unit number 🤬but there are name, phone number, address, post code on my package are all correct. Is there any body can explain why your process is so stupid

I had a great experience at this Canada Post outlet. Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable employees, also careful and attentive. They noticed I Ieft one envelope open and sealed it for me. Thank you for such a great level of service and positive attitude.

Horrible place. Most overpriced store in the city. Its absured what they charge here and they play dumb when you question them. Also, they do not do refunds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Anywhere else is better than this place.

Horrible customer service from the lady at the counter who thinks she's doing a favour by standing at the counter. I would give negative stars if it was possible. Extremely rude personality. Just the thought of going to that post office makes me upset as I have to experience that kind of behaviour. Unfortunately that's the only post office closer to my home.

I had a terrible experience at this place. I had to return a package following Amazon special instructions. However, the guy at the front desk didn’t know how to help me out. He called his manager talking in their own language I believe from India. Suddenly, his manager showed up, a lady who was very rude at me. She was yelling at me in front of the customers. She was upset at some point due to She had to explain the procedure but also because She finally ended up doing it although I suppose to do it by myself. I apologized for that but she must be more friendly and patient with customers. I won’t recommend this place.

Just an FYI - this post office doesn't offer receipts for pre-paid return packages. If you need a receipt for your return package(s) - I would recommend trying the Rexall down the street. Unfortunately, they also don't open on Sundays (which would be a plus if they started to!).

Terrible service, pathetic owners, the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Canada Post should cut ties. Don’t even both going to their photo studio for a passport photo, the office will reject their amateur photos and these bozos will promise full refund but won’t give it to you if their photos fail.

Consistently one of the slowest Canada Post outlets. May be convenient to get to but if you have the option, you're better off going somewhere else.

She charged me $4 just for 2 black and white prints. And normally for Amazon return we should not pay anything but she charged me $3.

The workers here are rude for nothing. Awful customer service. I shipped a letter mail, asked for a picture of the package after i paid & he just threw it on the table. Next time maybe hire someone more friendly at least.

I come here regularly for Canada Post, and their service is always reliable and I've not yet encountered any issues. The line ups are relatively fast paced, compared to a lot of other CPs I've been to. They do their jobs well, and I just don't see why this place has such a low rating for the hard work they do

Much improved since they relocated downstairs. The post office staff is courteous and efficient. Canada post once sent me the wrong pickup card, and the staff kindly found my package anyways by looking up my name and address. The staff would also make suggestions on using alternative shipping methods to save money. I never used their internet or printing facilities, but bought lottery tickets from them with no complaints.

The official work hours between 9 AM - 7 p.m, Monday to Friday. Today’s Thursday, Oct.12,2023. I was at 9:15, however office was closed without any notice. The guard of Sheppard centre said that the staff will be close to 10 AM. It’s fantastic to work with so flexible schedule and doesn’t matter that you have official work hours. I guess such service should be rated as 0.

They didn't do anything I showed up there with my ID I told her an air mail doesn't come to me in 3weeks usually its coming one week Then she mentioned about card and tracking number it's not package it's just mail smh
