Disrespectful management always has a bad attitude, She keeps pricing everything up higher then online prices either due to skimming money off the top of the sale or just because she doesn't want curators and pickers to make money. This leads to everyone including the regular shopper spending less here and just leaving with nothing or one item, When they would buy more and spend more money if things were not priced up extremely high. I wouldn't donate anything here it will be sold for more then you probably paid for it. I really hope this place closes soon or changes its management. You shouldn't be allowed to keep doing this to people in this area making them pay so much... If your looking for clothes go to thrift by the pound on Orfus rd or the one in Mississauga.... Don't waste your money here

I stop by this thrift store on my way to work so I didn’t get to go through all the sections. I went through the home decor, and book section. There wasn’t much in these sections so I ended up going through them pretty quickly. I did find a few books but some of the books had different pricing and I didn’t like that. I went through the shoe section and there wasn’t much there either. This thrift store is good for the clothes. I went through the dress section and found some nice pieces. I love the color selection and the mixture of old and new. I couldn’t go through all the clothing because I had to go to work. Next time I will be sure to look through everything. I did find a nice braided leather belt for $3.99, love it. Their prices are a combination off V.V. & S.T.S.

Similar to Value Village store with similar price . Nice and clean place to buy second-hand and new clothes. Tons of very used ,old-fashion or low quality contemporary ones. But if you come 2-3 time per week some gems are available. New items with tags cost 20-30 Cad. Used lululemon leggings 20 Cad, tna leggings 15 Cad. Barely any big designer names mostly Shein, Old Navy, Winners brands, etc. Not much handbags, toys or household items. * Huge bonus for open Fitting Rooms. *Every day some sort of clothing 50% off (like long-sleeve blouses, kids tops).

I have been coming here for years since it has opened. They always have great clothes at awesome prices. The store manager has been here since the store opened aswell and management team and rest of the staff are awesome aswell, always greets me at the door. They truly care about there customers, the regular customers staff know by name not just another client walking threw the door. Working in retail is extremely hard now during COVID however they are definitely on top of things when it comes to the by laws and rules. I can't tell you how many times I hear please keep your mask on, please don't try on the close, no drinking in the store.... Extremely responsible, respectful, polite and professional.. All I can say is I recommend this store to EVERYONE I know... 😊😊 Thank you NATIONAL THRIFT @Keele

The store is very nice! I came here to shop not too long ago and I can say the clothes there are very good with a lot of clothes to choose. I can also say the staff are very kind! Anyways, I would recommend this place if you'd like to go shopping for affordable clothing!! I'm sure I'll return here soon to shop again!

Just stopped in today August 20th. They just received 50,000 items. Check this 3 pairs of jeans (one are Kenneth Cole) 8 t-shirts, 1 pair of shorts and a Roots sweatshirt --- $82. Awesome deals. Get yours! Amazing deals, great staff, clean and doesnt smell like a stuffy second hand shop. Easy to get to as well with ttc stops directly across the road.

A nice clean store with lots of options. They have everything organized by item and size. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and well priced compared to some other local thrift stores.

I was going to give it only 2 stars, as I was not impressed on my first visit. I went on March 31st. It was my birthday and decided to splurge on myself. The clothes are good but I found them overpriced, especially if they had tags on them. I found the staff unhelpful and dismissive. I had asked for a further discount on a jacket that had pulls and stains. They just said "NO". They were charging $9.99 for a hoodie with multiple visible pulls and stains the employee said I could just wash out. I like to ask the staff what they think of some of the items I'm considering purchases. These young employees were not open to that. At the end of the night I had a huge cart full, and needed some help deciding on a jacket. I guess she was the manager. She was pleasant and helpful and honest in her opinion. I didn't get the coat and I'm glad she helped me decide. The store was having a 50% off the entire store on Apr 1st, but I spent 200.00 anyway. This is where I change my rating from a 2 to a 4. I wasn't going to go to the sale, as I figured it would be crazy in there. But there happened to be a headboard and footboard there that I really liked. So I waited until 3 pm to go and was surprised that hardly anybody was in there. Bonus! I even left my service dog at home because of the crowd I thought would be there. So I was surprised to see a lot of what I had put back the previous evening, was still there. I did good Michael Kors, Alfred Sung, Vera Wang, Jones New York. All the brands I wear. So after only 3 hrs of shopping, they announce the store is closing. The website said 9pm and it was only 6pm. Lucky me I had the manager from last night cash me out and I asked her why 6pm. Sale Days they close early. The website times should be adjusted to show that. I am an avid thrifter, and will and have, spent 8+ hrs shopping. So now I was losing 3 hrs of shopping time. πŸ› So I haven't had time to look at the outfits in the mirror and see if I like them. She helped me decide on about 7 or 8 outfits. Honesty, not just saying it's nice so I will buy it. I appreciate her help. I will be back, but only because of her. I guess I should ask her name. Oh, and I got the bed, but it doesn't have the bed frame. Now I have find/free/thrift a queen bedframe, so I can set up my new bed. Thank you!

Not too bad but the prices are too high . It's second hand clothes that were donated . So maybe let's help those In need and make things affordable. The price for a new shirt at Walmart is same price for a used one there. Not fair

Can't beat the prices. Super friendly employees. Selection is newer items from brands like H&M and Ardene and Forever 21. A few hidden gem finds if you look. Got an awesome camo Adidas tee and some cool Nike + Puma tees.

My experoence there is bad. The manager at the national thrift store on keele street is mean, rude, very impolite, disrespectful and very very unproffessional..She dosnt care if the customer leaves the store unhappy...She is needs training , better orientation on how to deal with customers. Or be changed as soon as possible otherwe that branch will loose more i customers due to her bad character...

I Love this thrift store, its mostly clothes but there is like 2 or 3 small racks of household ect items. I've scored some pretty good shirts, shorts, tops and bikinis! similar prices to Value.Village. I'd say it's worth checking out for clothes!

Variety of clothing styles to choose from, entertainment section, housewares and bed & bath section. Most of the items found are brand new and not as damaged or dusty like Value Village; quality is great and shopable. Many discounts such as the everyday-senior discount which is 10% off. There’s also a daily-store special when a certain clothing section is 50% off for the day. Loyalty cards are also provided and when reached a certain amount 25% or 50% is granted your entire store purchase. Clothing is not allowed to be tried on while changerooms are also unavailable due to COVID-19. National thrift wants to provide exceptional service with store cleanliness without risking the spread of COVID, accommodated with an extended 14 day exchange policy. The workers here are great and do provide excellent customer service.

The management on this location are horrible. There was an incident where the assistant manager broke the Commission deals with complaints related to discrimination and harassment based on grounds protected under the Ontario Human Rights Code, such as race, gender, disability, and more. I will take further action because my family member got hurt. I want to speak to the owner/district manager. A medical report has been reported from this incident
