Update: Just to clarify this, i managed to go to another Tommy Hilfiger in another mall to buy the clothes i wanted to buy in this store just because i was discriminated against and treated horribly. What happened: the cashier was empty, a guy with his wife grabbed a jacket and went to the cash, i stood behind them to wait my turn. In that time there was no line at all for people waiting at the cash and there were 3 cashiers. Each cashier had a customer. Then all of a sudden a family came and waited behind a cashier other than the one i was waiting for. The manager came and wanted me to stand behind that family even though i was before them waiting for my turn, and it was almost my turn. He was very rude and disrespectful, non communicative, i told him its not fair he did not care , and when i told him its either i pay or leave he said he doesnt care and i can leave. What a disrespectful man, wanted to humiliate me infront of people. I have posted a receipt Proving that on the same day and time i seeked another tommy Hilfiger and went and bought the clothes i wanted. I will never go to this tommy hilfiger anymore ever.

Great environment and a decent collection of denims as well as shirts. Professional and kind staff with hygienic changing rooms. Highly recommended for finding some classic color tan and off white denims in a classy fit.

Sales associate called Akshek is unbelievably rude. I lost my sunglass case and called the store and asked if they sell cases. The lady who answered checked with manager and said, they don’t sell cases, but come by today and they’ll give me one. I go all the way to the mall a couple hours later, that manager is on lunch break. Instead there’s a rude associate called Akshek who said they can’t give it to me, come back on Monday to talk to store manager. When I said I talked to another manager, he says she’s at lunch. I say can I have her name so I can ask for her later, he says I can’t tell you her name??? What a waste of time. Please train your associates better.

There is nothing in this store I would choose to wear. Very outdated fashion - their clothing line hasnt changed since the 90s. Inflated prices for absolutely no reason. I would avoid this store as there are better options in the mall.

Went when they had a 70% off sale as some items were priced really well. Tommy Hilfiger sweaters, shirts, bras 60% off and the items that were 70% were Pride Day hats. This Shoppe could do much better if it priced articles we could all use at 70% like shirts, pants etc anything instead of its old stock.

I really loved the customer service. An associate named Sandra helped me find the perfect outfit that I ended up wearing on my birthday and I loved it!

If there is zero star I would check that ! I have never seen any store asking the customer to leave their purses and coats before getting into the fitting room. Just dropped by this location tonight and the issue started when I wanted to try the clothes on. An Indian guy staff there asked me to leave my jacket and my small purse on the bench that located right at the fitting room entrance. Who the hell will leave their personal belongings there and I never see any more expensive stores than tommy would ever do that?? Then I saw he allowed his own race people walk into the fitting room without asking them to leave their belongings out there so I screamed at the staff and asked why he didn't ask that customer to do so. He then asked him to do the same. Will never come to this location again - Very discriminated customer service!
