    Horrible costumer service. Went into the store looking to buy a few items for my self. As I need help for sizing and taking stuff down from higher up no one came to ask if we needed assistance or if we are finding anything we need. All of the employees working on Monday, January 24th, 2022 at 2pm completely ignored my self and the other potential paying customers. Pure lack of communication with customers and need to be retrained on how to greet and speak with customers. Very disappointing coming from this Champs location would have expected better for being in such a high end mall

    This Champs has horrible customer service skills. Their manager Kevin has no floor leading presence and allows their employees to check their personal phones for Instagram, while processing a return with the customer at the register. I was quite disappointed that I wasn’t even greeted or pleasantly spoken to during the entire duration of my 15 minute wasted break time visit. There was no direction or managing of the bottle necking at the cash register. There were maybe 6 employees dilly dallying on the floor, not even attempting to look busy- while the employees at the cash register had no urgency and looked lifeless. I will never shop at this location again. This is definitely a place where young people work just to make pocket money or take advantage of the employee discount, and not at all a place to grow and learn from.

    I love this store. The staffs in my opinion, are respectful and helpful. They never fail me. I highly recommend more than footlocker as their staffing can be obnoxious.

    Giving 2 stars is me being nice. I don't understand why the people that work here have such big attitudes. i've worked retail 10 years and i never acted this way towards customers. Asked for help they stood there stared at us. asked the same question 3 times, and still came back with the wrong thing. when talking to us they just talked as if it was an inconvenience. The staff was too busy having their own conversations to even say a decent "Hi" to people that walked in. I'm not sure why everyone in this location is this way but it's very disrespectful. Fix the staff.

    I had such a positive experience at the Champs in the Yorkdale Mall. I asked to speak to the manager (Peter) as I wasn't getting anywhere with the employees over a return that I had to make. Peter listened to the rationale behind the return and he totally took care of his customer. He was really easy to talk to and was very pleasant in his approach. I will certainly continue shopping at that location.

    I purchased uggs slippers from here! They are so cute and I love them! But they were cheaper at footlocker. It’s a bit on they pricey side here.

    I had a fantastic experience buying my running shoes at Champs yesterday. The atmosphere was pleasant and my sales rep Josh was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and patient as we navigated through the myriad of brands and styles. Josh helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my specified needs. I settled on a pair of Puma Future Rider Twofold. The cashier girls were efficient and courteous. I'll definitely be a return customer.

    Online customer service is BAD!! One item is missing in my order . Tracking info show that 2 items were delivered. So I call because shoes are missing and they told me to wait 4 days because he has to open an investigation. I ask for a ticket number for the investigation and he said. No number and if we don’t call you, you call us and ask again for the product. I asked him what if my shoes don’t appear. What will happen with my order and my money. He said , I don’t know. REALLY! This is the customer service we have now!! Do you really care about your customers. I am a regular at CHAMPS because I have 4 Daughters and if they don’t give me a proper solution I will never buy anything from here again. I never had problem before for my orders. This time I can e the problem Was from the place that prepared my package. When I received my package was untouched. Properly sealed a tiny box with only one of my items I just went to customer service online and is worst. They put me to wait until next customer service representative is available and after 50 minutes nothing! This is ridiculous. I end up leaving.

    Absolute scammers. Never gave me an online receipt even though I put my information in and everything. Couldn’t even return my stuff. Even emailed customer service for some advice but no answer. Scammers

    5 Star for the saleslady Joy she is very helpful and patient with us. Monica was seems upset all the time :) She’s very pretty but I think she needs to smile more.

    Amazing customer service with Champs Yorkdale. The employees here actually knew the materials of a shoe and how the materials affect how you walk/run/step. ( I would of added your name here but I forgot it. Sorry! ) After trying on a couple of shoes, I went with the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2. I bought these shoes months ago and I haven't stopped running in them! I have so many shoes to choose from but I chose the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 that I purchased here at Champs Yorkdale!

    The shoe release or whatever it was was a mess. No organization, I had online pickup and was told to wait in line for 30mins. Youngin staff just assumed I was picking up shoes. What’s waste of my time.

    WORSE customer service ever at Champs Yorkdale mall. VERY RUDE and angry staff. Champs’ manager should review their hiring policy for the staff I never go back to Champs again😑

    I went to Champs and unfortunately, I had an encounter with Noah that left a sour taste in my mouth. He was really rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. Hopefully, the management at Champs can address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness.

    So I usually shop a lot to this store and really good stock they have Everytime. But this time i am giving only 2 ratings because the one of the staff member was really really rude to me the only thing was we were checking the t shirts and i think i only touch 2 shirts and even i fold after that but i was about to leave he was like please call me you guys were ripping off the t shirts and creating mess that was his words . I said u can’t talk to customers like this he replied that I DONT CARE AT ALL . So love the store and stock but that guys need to teach some manner name Tommy . Everyone else in the staff was so good and really helpful.

    Worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help, they all just stared at me while they were on their phones and gossiping to one another. I decided to ask this black girl with a slicked back hairdo who was on her phone for some reason who was working on Thursday, March 24, 2022 in the afternoon around 12-2 for my size in a specific shoe I saw which I thought was a women’s shoe since the display shoe was a women’s 8.5 but the girl rolled her eyes when I started talking to her, looked me up and down and said “thats not even a womens shoe? thats a kids shoe” with an extremely disgusting tone and attitude as if I was supposed to know that. How was I supposed to know? Do they not train the employees to have basic customer service and were they not raised with the BASIC manners you should have when you speak to another person. Like why the attitude? I was planning on buying a few pairs of shoes but the attitude just totally turned me off so I decided to go to the Nike yd store where I received better customer service. I’m not being asked to be treated like a princess or anything because I don’t care about that when i’m spending my money, I would like to spend it somewhere I am respected and not treated like a piece of garbage. I will never go to the Champs yd store again. They are just weird…

    Disgusting customer service. I just called to check a size and see if a can put on hold because the associate checked that they have that size in stock. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and they said they don’t have it, how come you guys don’t have it when the associate checked that you have it in stock!!! I was telling the lady on the phone that I can give the code so she can check she didn’t want the code. I have to ask many times if she can grab the code.
