Wow,
where
to
start:
I
placed
an
online
order
at
the
middle
part
of
July,
and
the
order
is
STILL
incomplete
!!
First
they
try
and
place
the
blame
on
my
data
entry
at
the
website
with
"the
billing
address
zip
and
the
shipping
address
zip
are
the
same"
SO
????
That
was
correct
on
my
part,
and
I
explained
to
the
"CSR"
Matthew
several
times
over,
that
if
a
required
field
is
not
filled
out
correctly
the
site
will
not
allow
the
user
to
go
to
that
next
page',
so
his
accusation
is
and
was
invalid
!!
This
has
been
a
TOTAL
nightmare
!
Then,
they
hold
the
order
for
TWO
WEEKS
in
lieu
of
what
they
describe
as
a
"hiccup",
telling
me
that
the
left
hand
does
not
know
what
the
right
hand
is
doing
AT
ANY
RATE
!!!
Then,
after
15
days,
they
finally
ship
the
order,
in
two
boxes
(VERY
foolish
of
me
to
try
and
add
a
fl
bulb
to
the
order),
I
was
given
20%
off
my
order
total,
ok
that
is
fair,
but
they
PROMISED
2nd
or
3rd
day
select
shipping
because
this
order
was
so
poorly
done,
and
even
that
got
yanked
away
at
the
last
minute
"because
it
had
already
shipped"
!!!
Wow
!!
As
an
added
bonus;
the
filter
THAT
SHOULD
HAVE
BEEN
pulled
and
shipped,
initially,
was
on
backorder
(because
the
order
sat
and
sat
because
of
all
of
this
!!)
Had
the
order
been
filled
when
the
order
was
placed,
or
even
the
next
day,
it
would
have
been
fine,
but
no,
everything
was
NOT
fine,
and
I
can
clearly
see
where
these
reviews
of
the
shipping
center
and
ALL
OTHER
RETAIL
STORES
are
mostly
poor,
it
is
no
wonder
this
was
handled
so
poorly.
In
addition
to
this,
this
csr
has
started
to
act
very
rude
on
the
phone,
when
not
one
curseword
was
even
used
(I
wanted
to,
believe
me)
and
he
was
still
rude,
defiant,
belligerent
and
would
not
let
me
speak
to
his
superior
!!
PLEASE
SAVE
YOUR
HARD
EARNED
$$$
FOLKS
AND
SHOP
ONLINE
OR
AT
RETAIL
ELSEWHERE
!!
THIS
COMPANY
IS
A
JOKE
!!!!
