I come here for often on business from the US and I usually stay at other spas but last week I found Muse, the spa is beautiful.. the ladies are gorgeous (even the managers) and I was treated so well with great conversation and I did not feel rushed compared to other places I have visited when I'm in the city. All the ladies enjoy their job and will make you feel welcome.

It is the first time I went to Muse and I got to say it was an unforgettable experience! The place is well organised and clean. The front desk lady was friendly and will guide you what to do to avoid awkwardness. I did not book an appointment so the front desk just brought me into a room and she brought the ladies in to let me choose who I wanted to be with. I had the lady named Faye. She is a very sweet girl and will sweet talk with you the whole time. She was amazing with her skills. Her hands, her lips, her body are just perfect! I had an hour session with her and I forgot all my problems in that hour. Faye was just fabulous! :) *When I come out from my session, I saw there was a queue waiting outside so I suggest you to book an appointment before you go there!

While am still new to the "sensual massage" experience, I must say, I liked Muse because it was more clean and sophisticated looking to other spas of this kind that I have been to and it actually looked open and welcoming when most of them have dark gloomy lobbies. My session was fun and the girl I booked with was playful and gave a relaxing treatment. However, one setback is the lack of workers, when I went there were only 2 girls available when most have usually 3-6 or so but despite the low number they were still amazing choices so that was a plus

As a first timer I was really nervous about the whole experience. I had the amazing pleasure of having Ashley as my attendant and she really helped me relax. I appreciated the fact that she was patient with me taking the time to talk and make sure I was comfortable before moving on. She gave an amazing massage that was based on passion for the job and it really showed. I would definitely book another session with her in a heartbeat.

Place is clean, receptionists are friendly, welcoming, and non pressuring.Much better atmosphere than the places surrounding it. The girls...where do I start...the girls. I wish I had more than 2 hands and more cash. They have tons of winners. I'm not sure what other people mean by "They have no brown girls" because my first visit was with this curvy brown chick name Jett. I would go back to play with her anytime! This place is not FS, but if you prefer sensual and physical attention like I do, you will not care!

The only thing I can say is wow amazing ❤️ pure delight. From the moment you are greeted at the door by the the amazing front of house staff,to the treatment by the beautiful muses.The rooms are well appointed fresh towels and such. Muse really is the top spa in my opinion. If you are in the neighbourhood and feel like some pampering Lexi is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to coin a phrase.❤️❤️

This was our first experience and an amazing one. They were so accommodating!! The place was absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean. We were treated incredibly! I strongly suggest if you have not already get there! You won’t regret it!

Came here after a super bad experience next door. My attendant was Ava. Had a fantastic time. Not only is she beautiful but she is smart and a great and comfortable person to talk to and made me feel very welcome. Would recommend her to anyone! I hope to be back when I am back in Toronto for work

Great spa! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable! Had an amazing session with Nicole.. She's a beauty inside and out. I will be back

Not a good experience at all. Girls weren't any good at anything and wouldn't do anything. Very ignorant rude and disrespectful. I essentially ended up paying over 150$ For a shower and a bottle of water. I can get better action from my hand. Don't waste your time here boys. You can do better.

Amazing staff and attendants. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. You won’t be disappointed gents!

No ideas why rates increased from $120 to $150. Other surrounding spas didn't increase the rates. This increase will impact customers. As customers are also affected due to inflation

I have never visited an establishment like this before and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcomed they made me feel. Then, I was so, so, fortunate to have Lexi, be my muse! Lexi is fun, and drop dead, stunningly beautiful 😍 with her cherry red hair cascading, and seductive green eyes. I was truly in awe of her. Lexi made me feel comfortable as I think she could tell I was a newbie to all of this. Lexi gave me a great massage with her ever so soft hands; I have never been touched like I was when Lexi touched me, instant chill bumps. She is so talented, warm, and just all around delight. I will definitely be back, because I'm a Lexi stan forever now. Until we meet again, sweet Lexi, you will be on my mind.

Mostly taken care of. Staff are good communicators and always smiling. I enjoy! Place isn’t as upscale looking when walking in and rooms are ok! Stayed with majority. Most well lit and happy to give good treatment! Some not so much. But still a good experience.

I made a stop here on my B-day just to end the night and had a great time with Lexi. I should visit more often but that depends on my schedule

Whenever I go there they do great service and make my day. I've done all waxing and body & Facial massage. My facial skin got better. In addition, I had a pain in my shoulder, since I got a massage from spa muse, my shoulder got so much better. Highly recommend when someone has back or shoulder pain.

Very nice and clean place, Been with Chloe there and She is an angel fell from the sky, definitely go for her.

I recommend MUSE Massage spa if you feel that an establishment that cares equally both for its patron and its staff is important. Love it.

I had many good experience in this joint, many of them good,some of amazing and one terrible.Since the person gave me a horrible experience is not working there any more, I change my review to 4 star. Although the front desk didn't care about my complaint but I had couple good experiences since then. So here is my 4 star for you guys again.

Save your time and just go elsewhere. Wasted 2 hours to come here on a Saturday to get turned away as they had only 1 girl working. Not the first time this happened either. This place tries to act upscale and advertise premium treatments that they can rarely offer. Ended up going to the competition where it’s cheaper, they have a large selection of hot girls and can basically get anything you want! Not sure if I’ll ever try muse again after my last 2 experiences. Only reason I’ve tried going back was because the first visit was great. Just save the hassle and go to seductions instead.

Horrible spa to visit. Horrible service from all aspects. Spa is ran by a previous parlour attendant who couldn’t make it in the industry due to her poor attitude and service skills. Now she try’s to run a spa with the same failing attitude. Emily maybe it’s time you realize what adult massage actually is and hire girls with the drive and attitude to suffer in the industry and make men happy instead of treating them like garbage. Atleast other competitors in the area have girls who offer good service.

I came with my husband for a couple session. It was fantastic ! The spa is very clean and beautiful, they’re currently doing some upgrades so I’m excited to see the new and improved Muse ! The girls are beautiful, open minded, and give very good service. I’ve gone to many other spas and I was very disappointed with quality of girls and how the spa looks itself. Not once did I have an issue coming to Muse, it’s definitely somewhere to try !
