Truly 5 star cosmetic clinic. Lovely and extremely professional team and management, they make you feel comfortable. I have had Botox treatment , microdermabrasion and facial with lovely Dr.Behnaz who always understands my concerns and pampers me during my treatment. I’m so happy and now her regular customer. The Botox I got worked fine. The laser vein removal didn’t. The lost stars are because I arrived to get two face treatments and the guy who performed them looked at my natural legs and said “have you considered laser hair removal?”. I understand that some men get up in arms about how women grow body hair and I anticipate negative reactions but he must also make these comments to clients who are insecure about their body hair. Imagine going for a facial treatment and a guy comments on your insecurity to try to make a sale. Weird. Unprofessional. Distasteful.

I did 3 PRP sessions with Dr. Karimi. He is very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. He cares a lot about his patients. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I don't normally post, but the service provided at North York Cosmetic Clinic really deserves one. The office is clean and organized. The team is very professional and accommodating. Ladan, working front desk, is very responsive and friendly. She greets you kindly, asks you if you are doing well or would like something during your procedure, and leaves you with a smile as you leave the office. Dr. Karimi is a very professional and respectful individual. He makes you feel welcome and does what it takes to make you feel at ease. He is attentive to your needs during your procedure and keeps you entertained with his interesting conversations and great sense of humor. I have done what will soon be my 5th prp, for hair, session with them, and I totally recommend it. I was skeptical about the results before doing prp, but I am very happy. My hair has thickened up a lot, and I recommend you to get the prp done sooner than later as it really works! Dr. Karimi walks you through the process and is very honest and transparent about the expectations you should have from the procedure. I also like that he pays close attention to medical hygiene during the entire prp process, using clean tools and proper procedures. I want to thank the team for their effort and hope they always maintain it.

Behnaz did an amazing job with my Botox other places I go to charge me more units for the same spot and it doesn’t freeze fully the way I’d like it to. But behnaz knows exactly where to inject. I’m very happy with her work
