My doctor booked me a colonoscopy appointment at this clinic on Friday last week at 12.30PM. My first impression was not too positive. There was a lady seated on the right side at the reception desk (I did not get her name, but she looked like she was of middle eastern ethnicity) who was very harsh and unpleasant with the patients coming in. My procedure was started later than it was supposed to be, but the nurses inside were much nicer. After the procedure was done, one of the nurses took good care of me, offering me orange juice and oatmeal cookies while I waited to speak to the doctor about the results of the procedure. I was not happy about the near hour long wait for the doctor to discuss my results. My wife had come to pick me up from the clinic and luckily, she was allowed to come inside and wait with me. I am only removing one star because of the receptionist and the unnecessarily long wait for the doctor.

1 star is too much for them, no customer service, doctor is only seeing for you within a minute to go for the next customer ($). trying to call their receptionist to ask questions related to your surgery, but no call until the night before of your surgery, have had cancel my surgery with them already due to that lack of communication. never go there if you need your health care not theirs.

Stay away, stay very, very, far away from this place. Staff is incredibly disorganized, I sent two emails and heard nothing back from the doctor. if something goes wrong. Good luck getting a hold of someone or getting any attention. Also, they are definitely just on the take. They just want your money. Another pleasure of their service was, I was always greeted with contempt after I would re-schedule.

Not really organized staff in here ,specifically in reception. Once I got the time off , came here for operation and they had no clue that I book for an appointment and they made a big hassel for me. Anyway, everytime I come here I have to wait at least an hour that maybe the reception do me a favor and let me be visited by doctor. Different specialist in here. Dr. Abraham was the best so far , Dr. chaklader is attentive , Dr. Amin Azadeh is fast. Procedures are done in good order but again this is a busy place and needs lots of patient and waiting.

Dr Hazrati is great himself, respectful friendly and knowledgeable. BUT receptionists are extremely unhelpful and rude. On the day of appointment something happened to my finger and I needed to go to hospital emergency. I called and explained the situation but staff who picked up said " you canceled before which I never did, and said it's same day cancellation so I get charged". So they made me go with a broken finger.

Loved it. So smooth. Didn't even realize how it was done my endoscopy and colonoscopy!! Very very professional and it was so smooth loved the doc and nurses. I slept at 8 am and woke at 9am and have no recollection. Slept like a baby and it was done !!! Sweet nurses. Good place. I will highly recommend !!

If there is a 0 star option, I would definitely give a 0 to this place. They are so rude, and the reception entered every information wrong even though I passed her my ID. Did these guys educate? Go find a job like cleaners or even stay at home if you cannot enter the information right while being rude to the patients.

Last week I was trying to help my mom to reschedule her appointment, I reached out the front desk, the receptionist named Jacqueline was extremely rude and inpatient. When we had conversation, she has absolutely no manners, no "please" no "thanks". After I asked her name, she he hung up my call immediately. While I understand that everyone has bad days, I believe that Jacqueline's behaviour towards me was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She should be retrained.

Waiting time is terrible, we had appointment by 4 pm, but seen the doctor at 6 pm. While waiting in reception, I find there were two more patients that were given same appointment time by 4 pm. The Dr himself is knowledgeable and an experienced person.

disorganized. My wife colonoscopy appointments was booked through you people in the Scarborough birch-mount hospital and no one knows here that the appointment was booked. My wife had to buy a medicine $40 and prepare 24 hours prior empty stomach procedures day before and she is suffering hunger and we are diabetic. Horrible and shame on you. Such a disorganized dynamic medical centre. They are not educate people.

This review is namely directed to nurse Elizabeth, she is the most energetic, compassionate nurse I’ve ever met! She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and helps those that are both young and old. Pursue your dreams!

The only thing about this place that was done right was the actual procedure. Everything else starting from parking, rude staff, over two hours of waiting to get called up, to the non-existing bedside manners and the quick wrap-up. TL;DR: medical procedure 5 stars, experience 1 star.

The staff are terrible. They are far away from minimum Canadian standards and don't do anything right. It always looks like they're not being paid, they don't want to work in this clinic, and they just want to scare patients away. The only advantage is the doctors. I recommend the doctors, but not in at this location.
