I went there on December, 2016. I had to drink a lot of water for my Ultrasound. The Reception lady was quite nice but the Tech should go back to whatever country she is from as she is primitive, cold and rude. She immediately did not want to take me because I was 5 minutes late. She made every excuse that I was not full. I had to drive a half hour to get to this place and I didn't leave until half an hour after drinking water so I was pretty full. When I told her that I would not wait, she took me in regrettably. She was mean, did not ask me to put a robe on and told me to go on the table and pull my pants down. Then she said that I was not full. Well she was definitely full of it and I don't need to be ridiculed because she wants to use her childish tricks to go to the other people in the waiting room and I had an appointment. I told her to give me my paperwork and I will NEVER EVER come back to this place. I asked the front desk if there was another person other than this cold calculating warrior and she said No. I see why you are not busy because you hire garbage to work there!

The staff are nothing short of horrible. Jessica, if you become ill I hope you are treated just as badly elsewhere. Arrogant and insulting.

I cant comment on how skilled they are here but they get a 0 for compassion. Of course where in canadas health care system do you ever find it? I had just seen the doctor next door at earl bales walk in. I received a requisition for xrays on my pelvis which was suspected as being fractured. As I painfully limped with my crutches to the xray place a woman tech working there closed amd locked the door saying closed. This was at 1256h. I knocked and she told me to come back at 2pm. I asked her if she could take me now as the doctor had a rush written on the requisition and she made a big fuss saying no no this is alot of work i cannot take you come back in an hr. Being seriously injured and in pain I wasn't going to wait around for an hr so I left and went to another place up on leslie st. As of 1342h I had driven to the new place. Hobbled my way in. Checked in. Waited. Got my xrays done which literally took less than 10 mins and I was on my way. Thank god I didn't wait an hour for someone too lazy and uncompassionate to give me 10 mins. It's not like I had some minor injury it's quite serious but she coldly turned me away. Dont waste your time there are better places to go to.

My wife came in tears from there. Rude nurse, unprofessional and wrong results (have been verified by specialist). Run for life far away from this lab!

Lazy staff, no patients and refused doing my X-ray at 4:45pm when they close at 5pm. Went to walk in next door just because they had X-rays in same building. Now at emergency, ready to drop with pneumonia. Hope you never go through this you lazy jerks!. Zero stars!!!

I rushed in at 3:50 pm to see if they can x-ray my son’s arm to make sure there is fracture. The kid was in pain. They said it closes at 4:00 pm and would not do it. So don’t bother to try them if you really need help.

AVoid at all costs The operator is rude, rough, and yelled at my wife. This place should be avoided unless you like having someone who is aggressive, inappropriate, and borderline abusive.

Both the receptionist and x-ray technician were polite and friendly. The technician took her time, I never felt rushed, and I was taken in on time. The experience was very, very positive.

Been here twice in the last two weeks to get ultrasounds for my right hand/wrist and elbow. Unfortunately, they were only allowed to scan one part of my arm at a time (OHIP restrictions). I was seen close to my appointment times and the staff I interacted with were amicable and friendly. Would recommend!

Yes ,I went to that clinic this morning, am telling you don't ever attempt to go there. The technician are very rude specifically the one in ultrasound ( VERY RUDE). be carefully if you going there.... Very poor service
