I never write reviews, but I had to warn people after my horrible experience. Please do not waste your time coming here, as the doctors are so over worked that they either dont care about patients, and/or misdiagnose. I came here after having blood work done and missing my period, to be told I had a miscarriage. I was heartbroken. They sent me to do an ultrasound to which they never called me back for my results. I called them, booked a phone call appointment, again the doctor didn't call. I called again the next day and they tell me he will call me later that day. I called again after a full day, and they now tell me he wont speak with me because my health card is expired, unless i pay $50… Just for them to give me my results! I decided to find a new doctor at green clinic (highly recommend). My new doctor tells me its very rare and almost impossible to diagnose a miscarriage after 1 blood test, and multiple blood work should have been done. Turns out I am still pregnant, baby is healthy and this place put me through hell believing i miscarried. The stress they put me through was horrible enough for my pregnancy but thankfully i found a doctor who really cares and has been amazing. Please do yourself a favour and find another clinic.

My family doctor is really sweet and caring, I am very happy to work with him, but the people at the reception cannot manage patient admission. If you go with an appointment, they make you wait at least two hours. If you do not have an appointment, this takes more than 3-4 hours. This is really very disturbing. Something should be done to encourage people to make an appointment. You have no right to keep anyone waiting that long.

Not a real walk-in clinic. You might be next in line but you will have to wait for a bunch of appointments first. They also only have 1 doctor working so be prepared to wait. They have no regard for prioritizing patients based on significance of health issue. You can have severe asthma related breathing problems or want a prescription refill, it will be considered as the same priority.

The doctors are absolutely fantastic, the best family doctors I have seen in Toronto in the last 15 years given how many aweful and indifferent family doctors I have seen. It's a walk in and at the same time family practice. The reception should manage this better by always making sure permanent patients are given their assigned reserved time while walk-ins are treated in queue and not ahead of patients with appointments.

Dr. Ade is extremely rude and not interested in helping patients. He is even rude to his own receptionists, barking orders at them. They look like they are scared of him. Doesn’t listen to you whatsoever. Didn’t even get up from behind the desk to examine me or look at what the problem was. Honestly I would not trust this doctor with the care of my goldfish. Horrible. There are plenty of other walk in clinics with caring doctors. Stay away!!!

Very disappointing. I called yesterday to get a virtual appointment, sent them my information on email and the receptionist said she will call me back shortly after putting my information in their system. Nobody called me back! I called them back and now the new person said I need to come to the clinic since it is my first time, and I cannot do it since I have high fever and now they cannot do the virtual appointment either as per her. I could have tried to find another doctor all this while. So much waste of time and energy for a sick person.

I would not recommend this walk in-clinic. I’m sorry to say but Doctor Adebajo is extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He does not care about his patient and is very offensive about mental health issues. This doctor is very judgmental, and does not seem to care about what his patient are going through. He’s always in a rush and wants to kick you off right away without accessing properly your condition and providing you the help that you need. There was also one patient who has a kid, and the mom wanted to talk to him for few minutes, and Dr. Adebajo was already kicking her off and told her to get out of the room. Very impolite and disrespectful. The kid was also traumatized and does not want to come back for this doctor due to his attitude and unprofessional acts. Additionally, I booked an appointment and they told me I have to wait as there is a delay. (I understood that, and waited). I waited 1.5 hours even if I already booked my appointment. Very unorganized system.

Don’t go to this clinic if you are in pain. I had to wait 3 hours and maybe more if i stayed.Line is not moving, been told 7 patients ahead of me, after 2 hrs of waiting, still had maybe more 7 patients ahead of me. Receptionists don’t know how to manage time and their patients, if the situation goes like that and you have only one doctor. Just do appointments and not walk in. You keep patients waiting forever in which care should be given instead of stress of waiting for a lot of time. I also work in a clinic, maybe you should tell patients to just go home and call them if its their turn instead of having them wait there, giving them false hopes they will be seen soon.

This clinic is ridiculous, amazing doctors but you see the front staff workers or nurses they are the worse ever. Someone needs to educate them on appointment booking, how can you book 4 patients for same doctor at the same time, just to get the patient off your face. service is zero.

Don’t waste your time! Find another medical clinic. You wait so long in line and when its your turn, the doctor is always in a hurry. This clinic does not take your vitals... I can’t recall how many times I went to this clinic and the doctor or assistant did not even take my blood pressure... 1 star for me!

I would definitely not recommend a health center that doesn't respect you. Even though I made an appointment twice, they canceled the appointment I came on time and postponed it by saying that they had urgent business. In addition, it is played according to people's time and respect without giving any information. first of all they have disrespectful behavior and humiliate you. I found this very disrespectful and insulting to myself.

The receptionist at this walk in that’s not really a walk in has the ugliest attitude! It was barely 10 am and the woman made it seemed as though she had been there all day slaving at the keys and papers! zero ppl skills she has zero sympathy for a person who’s seeking medical aid. The huge sign on the windows saying it’s a walk in is very misleading and a complete waste of people’s time. Even one star is too much it’s a 0 for me! Sick ugly woman at the front desk Go learn Some people skills!!

Actually a pretty cool doctor, I wrote a negative review before and I decided to give this clinic another chance. Sometimes when they are really busy (which is most of the time) it can feel like they don't care.. I found that it is nothing personal and the doctors are actually pretty good for what its worth.

I ended up walking out - this is NOT truly a walk-in clinic. It was clear from the huffing and puffing if the receptionist when I said I was a walk-in that she wasn’t happy. I waited for almost 2 hours while others came in, some without appointments, and went in ahead of me. I believe because I have a family Dr that they really weren’t interested in seeing me. Save your time. Find somewhere else.

Dr. Ade is a great doctor, however the receptionists are incredibly careless in telling patients how long they need to wait. I understand having to wait a little over an hour if I come first thing in the morning but telling me I have to wait about an hour and then having me sit and wait for three hours just to see the doctor is ridiculous. Even when I received a call from the doctor on the phone, I was called and told him he was about to see me and then put on an 18 minute hold. Working with the doctor usually only takes about 10 minutes so it’s really stressful to have to deal with all this extra waiting for nothing.

Receptionist unorganized and unprofessional, not honest with time slots for walk-in services , 30 minutes turns into 2-3 hrs , people are frustrated in waiting room and staff not attending to patients concerns or questions. If this place is the only place close to you , then prepare yourself for a long wait and unprofessionalism.

One of the worst !! 3 weeks ago I gave my disability paperwork to the doctor who need to fill it out, and he told and promised me that it is going to be ready on next week. I was disappointed that it is going to take that long however he promised me that it will be ready on next Tuesday. It has been 3 weeks. Nothing has been done. On top of that right now they can not find my paperwork and they are saying that “ probably we lost your paperwork”. They are telling me that call us back in 2 hours. For what ?? You have lost my paperwork which needed to be done 2 weeks ago !!

Terrible management. Gave me the appointment for 10 am but kept the doors locked till 11 am. About 20 sick and seniors waiting outside the door but no place to sit. Both the receptionists sitting inside but refused to open the door for people to sit inside. She was rude and gave me the reason that it is doctor policy to open the door only when he is in.

Absolutely horrible experience. This walk in clinic does not respect people's time. I came in to see the doctor at 930am sharp. I was told 3 people would be infront of me before i get the chance to see the doctor. 3 hours passed and 3 people were already seen before me. Another hour passed and 3 more people went before me. Thats 6 in total while i was waiting 4 hours plus. They werent being honest with me. It is clearly obvious the people at the front desk have favoritism with some patients. They clearly know eachother and have a friendship. They are having long conversations laughing and everything. These people get to go first befofe anybody else. Thats discrimination. Its not right. Just because im not Filipino? I saw this happen 4 times infront of me even other patients who were here the 1st time clearly witnessed this. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The front desk has favorites that they allow to go see the doctor before the patients who have been waiting patiently for 4 hours plus. Absolutely terrible. Marlee Walk In Clinc is 10x better than this place. They respect peoples time no matter what nationality you are. I will make sure to let others know about this injustice. This was so wrong.

I have been going to this medical clinic for the past few years now . My doctor , ( Dr. Davoodi MD) is caring, warm and extremely professional. His staff are equally accomodating as well . They always treat me as well as the rest of the patients there with the utmost respect and dignity . I would recommend their medical services without hesitation . Exemplary in every way .

This is the first time I am visiting a doctor in canada and the experience is horrible.. the health management at this place is very poor. Been waiting here since 10am(appointment) and is almost 1:30pm and havent seen the doctor yet. And you know what they actually scheduled me for two weeks later when I checked into the hospital, which actuallh was supposed to be this week. Personally I dont recommend this clinic. Worst management.

Waste of time. Spoke to the Dr Adejabo for all of 30 seconds, he took one look at my issue and made a determination. I asked him his reasoning and it didn't add up to my experience. Then he immediately got defensive and said that I can be the doctor and make up my own diagnosis or take his and ended the conversation. Literally a 2 minute appointment. Can't express how unprofessional the doctor was and how useless he was at explaining his reasoning.

We have had a very good experience with Dr Adebajo. He is our family doctor. Before family doctor, I used to walkin. The clinic that I went to was always in hurry to get the patient out of the door without ensuring that patient understood the instructions. Whereas Dr Adebajo listens to the patients, never rushes the discussions. Also there is good enough sitting area in the clinic and a pharmacy within the clinic premise that provides medicine at reasonable rates. I never had a problem with the receptionist either.

I am not sure what these disgruntled people are talking about. I have only had excellent experiences at this clinic. The Pharmacy is outstanding. As far as parking, it's free.

Doctor Adebajou has the worst bed side manners . Often yells when he talks to the patient and prioritizes taking as many patients during the day over listening to the patient and actually prescribing the right methods of diagnosis . I have been asking him for two years to refer me to an Obgyn but he refuses mostly judged me on how good I looked ( was also noted in his reports when released that I was well dressed ) .finally after three years he agrees to prescribe an ultrasound only to find out that all along I had serious polyps in my uterus which by time can turn into cancer . And he has been insisting the whole time it was anxiety that caused my symptoms . I am now waiting for the biopsy and planning to Sue for negligence in case this turns out to be uterine cancer

It’s an extremely busy medical center! For this number of ppl there should be 3 to 4 receptionists instead of 1! I just feel terrible for her and I think she is doing great given the situation. I’ve seen 2 doctors here and they both have been excellent.

  • 1/5 Jordan J. 1 year ago on Google

The doctors here are excellent and professional and are quality! Zero stars for the front desk “ people” who are racist and prejudice and consistently speak in another language and put their own same language speaking patients first despite appointments. They have no customer service skills or knowledge. It is a travesty to see how they speak to people and treat people as second class citizens. It’s appalling to see this in a setting when people are feeling ill and coming to seek help. I will change my doctor based on the treatment I experience as well as how I see others being treated.

This place is great clinic lovely to see black doctors on staff and wonderful well mannered and friendly receptionist. Yes there is await, like any other doctors offices; especially clinics get the over flow of patients that don’t have family doctors etc however going before they open and or booking an appointment will save you much time. If you find yourself waiting and other patients are getting in before you, even if you come in before them, that just mean they booked an appointment. Best to book an appointment.

  • 1/5 Emily N. 5 months ago on Google • 2 reviews
I went here this morning at 10 am and found around 10 people waiting outside, even though the clinic was supposed to open at 10 am. When trying to call to get some answers, no one inside the clinic would answer the phone. When we knocked on the door to ask if the clinic was open today, the staff inside ignored us. When somebody did finally come over, they were rude and arrogant, looking at us like we had the audacity to simply ask why the clinic still wasn’t open 30 minutes after opening time. We were told that they could not open until the doctor showed up, even though we could clearly see that the doctor was inside of the clinic. Completely unprofessional and inhumane. There were elderly people waiting outside and a man who had a scheduled appointment for 10 am.

I had the worst experience at this clinic . Waiting is longer than two hours even when you had booked an appointment . It seems that the goal is to see as many people during the day without any regards to how much care does each patient get . Doctor Adebajou is always in a rush, and never gives you the impression that he actually was listening or able to retain any of the patients complaints . It is all completely mechanical , taking notes on the computer and charging as much money as possible for paper work . As someone who worked in the medical field as a pharmacist for decades I could always tell that He always goes for the most obvious explanation without thoroughly investigating the issue . This amount of negligence has lead to serious complications and deterioration in my health and quality of life especially when it has not been easy to find other family doctors . Doctor Adebajou has been insisting for two years that my symptoms were caused by anxiety and never listened . Only to end up being diagnosed with a life threatening issue .

I saw Dr Adebajo he was so rude, the medical review was very rushed and he told me to get up and go in the rudest way, all because I didn’t agree with his diagnosis and wanted a second opinion. The reason why I didn’t agree because I have been pumped with medication for months now and my symptoms are still persisting if not, getting worse. And he wanted to give me more medication. He said he would refer me to a specialist but my appointment was so bad and he was so rude, I asked the receptionist to take me off the registration for this medical centre. Do not go here and if you do, do not request to see Dr Adebajo
