This is the best place in Toronto to get your laser treatments done. Soraya is an absolute professional, and on top of that, very fair and reasonable. I've been coming here for around 9 months (Covid gave a 3 month gap - so I've currently had 4 sessions) and the results are amazing. I used to have thick, curly, dark leg hair and after undergoing laser treatments (which, take note, are not complete yet), the hair that has grown back between sessions is very fine and sparse. I have since added my arms and my torso to my laser treatment and Soraya was kind enough to give me a reasonable price as I only have a few hair on my torso. Unlike other laser clinics who you KNOW are just using you for money, Soraya did what was best for ME. She did not trap me into being stuck with treatment with her by availing a package, unlike other laser clinics that hard pressure sell you to buy their whole package for a number of sessions (for more than a thousand dollars!) and be stuck with them even if you dislike the service. Best service for the best price - what more can you ask for!

I don't usually leave for reviews, but for years I've been very satisfied with the services from here. The owner and the main person that treats people at the clinic is so kind and welcoming. I always enjoy coming here. One major thing too, is that they can do laser on dark skin, I was hesitant to try laser for this reason, because I've heard of people getting their skin burnt that have dark skin like myself, but they do a great job for me and I think for others as well to my knowledge. They try to set up a calming, peaceful, environment for their clients and also their prices are really good.

I had a gift card from eight years ago worth $100, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted it without any issues. Despite my short availability, they accommodated me in their schedule very quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Soraya, the technician, provided me with some helpful hints that I really appreciated. The calming music in the background added to the positive atmosphere. Overall, it was a super positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

I was a little nervous about attending my first appointment. But I was pleasantly surprised that they did not over sell me to do anything they didn't think I needed. In fact, some of the suggestions that I gave, she said were unnecessary. The price for the service that they provide is very fair. Soraya is the best. Very unprofessional with male customers. First, I came a little late because of the traffic, and as soon as I walked in, the lady started poking my head with her fingers and saying be on time next time!!! Second, When the hair removal started, she was constantly complaining how she doesn’t like lasering men because it makes her nervous and uncomfortable!! Third, when I wanted to pay, the desk lady kept mocking me about getting a Brazilian laser!! Who are these people?
