Here she was treated for several important procedures by Doctor Camila Villarreal. After my mother had her first treatment my mother said that she wanted to be treated by Dr Villarreal for all future appointments. During all procedures my mother was treated with great care, kindness, and respect. Special requirements in respect to my mother’s special needs were followed by the Doctor and her team to assure my mother was comfortable prior to, during, and after all procedures. The Doctor concisely shared all details with both myself and my mother for each procedure before and after and outlined any follow-up requirements. I wanted to share my experience as a healthcare professional. To all the people who are reading this review, I had dental fracture many years ago and many dental surgeries on the root of my tooth, which had led to the reason that I lost the root and the bone around my tooth. Dr. Safari, exactly during the first visit, diagnosed the vertical fracture on my tooth and he recommended a procedure, where they removed my tooth and started a bone graft with a professional PGRF technique. They took my blood and separated the GF from it. Then, they mixed it with artificial bone and they made a bone graft. And he made one membrane and sutures on top of that bone graft. Eventually, my bone has gotten ready for the implant, and we continued on with the procedure. The case ended up being a perfect success. Dr. Safari did an amazing job on my case. I have been with Newton Brook Dental for five/six years and I used to like them a lot. But I became more and more disappointed. First, I had my hygiene service + yearly exam on Jan 17, 2024. I booked my appointment on 5 pm, and before that they asked me whether I could have it changed to 4:30 pm and I agreed. But on the same day, they called me again multiple times and asked me whether I could change it to 3 pm and I have to refused serval times because I have other appointment and that’s bothered me a lot. Secondly, few weeks after, a lady called me and accused me of not paying my copayment for the Jan 17th service with arrogant attitude, I had paid $99 on the same day of the services with my insurance would cover the rest 80%. I always paid my bill on time and never asked for the explanation of the amount on the bill for the last 5/6 years, and under this circumstances, instead of checking their account logging error first, they chose to ask me for the duplicate payment first with really disrespectful manner. Lastly, they did not even did the complete hygiene!!! The uncleaned stone on my teeth caused the swelling of my gum!!! It’s been painful since I had the hygiene service. At the beginning, I did not even realize that my pain was due to the failed hygiene because I trusted Newton Brook!!! I am too disappointed and I won’t come back after so many years. Good luck for the unprofessional services going on.

My experience at Newtonbrook has been absolutely amazing! My dentist, Dr.Camila Villarreal, is always extremely professional, is very detailed in her work, always answers any questions I have, and explains things in such a way that I am always able to understand. As well, the place is always kept extremely clean and sanitized. Especially during the pandemic, they have really made me feel extremely safe and well taken care of. Dr. Safari and Dr. Faranak are amazing at what they do. I went to Dr. Faranak to find a solution for my missing lateral teeth, she was able to able to make space for my implants despite me having a small jaw. Once I was close to finishing my ortho, I first went to get a consultation with a different dentist for my Implants, however they told me that I wouldn’t qualify for them since I didn’t have enough bone for the implants to be placed. I was devastated hearing that because I had spent so much time with my braces. Luckily, Dr. Faranak referred me to Dr. Safari. He did 2 successful bone graft surgeries and was able to place the implants! And I’m so happy with the results. Being in the dental field myself, the aesthetic of my teeth are important to me as that’s what we look at everyday! I just want to say thank you to the entire office from front desk Giulia, who is always so kind to all my requests, management, Dr. Safari and Dr. Faranak.

Had to a canal procedure, the staff was amazing and certainly the dentist who was just perfect and understandable. I really recommend it also if ur a student like me !

Be careful they make tricks with you. First their prices are not the same they change from one patient to another. The second trick they try to work on more than the teeth you are coming to do thus to make you pay more. Third, they give you an appointment with someone then when you come to their location they change the appointment and then you have see someone else, which means you have no other choice. When you come to the office you feel they are respectable people but later on you feel the opposite.

Dr. Faranak and Dr. Safari are amazing. Every time I got to them, I always leave feeling satisfied and assured that they did a magnificent job. The quality of their service and care is perfect. They are very responsible, respectful, organized, friendly, and compassionate.

Needed some major dental work done including a few implants, I had consulted with two other dentists already and had not felt comfortable to go with them. Met Dr. Safari for the third consultation. His level of professionalism and attention to details told me left me no choice. I was provided with a written treatment plan and cost within 48 hours and I approved it immediately. The whole process took almost a year and a half and I went through a lot of surgeries without any infection or issues. Dr. Safari and his staff were available whenever needed and Talia who coordinated the whole treatment was great to deal with. The office staff were friendly as well. What I noticed about Dr. Safari is that he goes the extra mile. He has all the high-tech equipment the other dentists don't invest in to help patients experience an outstanding experience. Very clean and welcoming. They were quick with their accommodations and services as well. 2 years after my appt, I requested for the X-ray copy and it was so easy to talk to them. If only I didnt move, I would still visit this dentist office.
