    My teen daughter and I both love EZiPilates! Eli and Michelle are fantastic instructors. We have done semi-privates as well as group classes, and really appreciate the individual attention given the intimate studio setting. Strongly recommend!

    Literally the best Pilates studio and instructor! I’ve always had trouble motivating myself to workout and be active but since I’ve been attending Eli’s classes I feel motivated to keep coming, I see results and she’s great about motivating with ease and at your level. Not only have these classes improved my physical activity and strength, but I no longer have back pain. As someone who works at a desk daily, my back used to hurt often and since I’ve done Pilates with Eli, I have not needed to go for a massage at all! Highly recommend!

    Eli and Michelle have been AMAZING! They are so sweet and motivating and they give you one hell of a workout every class. I started with my mom and sister because we all had different problems (posture, back pain, etc.) and we wanted to start being more active. From our initial assessment to our most recent class, the environment and experience have me coming back every week. It’s always something new and challenging every class so you never have to worry about getting bored of a routine and I always feel so accomplished and energised. I’ve been doing it regularly for about 2 months and I’ve already noticed a big difference in my posture overall and my lower back pain is almost completely gone! 10/10 would recommend!

    I've been doing Pilates with Eli since October 2023. I came across it by chance as my daughter has her dancing classes in the same building so at first, it was a great opportunity to spend time productively while waiting for my daughter but I am so glad I found this place. Eli is a very experienced and creative instructor - each session always has a different set of exercises, targeting different sets of muscles and combining pull and push sets. The groups are small, there are only 3 people in each session and each participant gets a lot of attention from the instructor, making sure that that posture is correct and we are getting the maximum benefit from each exercise. I think my leg and arms muscles became more defined (though I might be flattering myself a little bit :-) and I look forward to each session. Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants a good Pilates workout with a nice ambiance in a small circle of like-minded people.

    Eli is a super knowledgeable and motivating instructor. She always pays attention to your form, which is so important when you do Pilates. Each class is different and brings a new challenge to your work out routine. I always look forward to my Pilates classes with Eli, ad I know that in addition to my toned muscles, I will come out with better mood and energy. Run, don’t walk to sign up for a class with Eli.

    I attended about 3 trial sessions with several other places and as a result I am currently with Eli at EZipilates for over 5 month and will be with her as long as I can! What made me decide instantly was Eli's professionalism within her classes. She identifies the most unbalanced/weak body parts very quickly and resolves them throughout sessions. Love her enthusiasm and small but fun work out environment with other members. Highly recommended for anyone looking into pilates!

    I have been coming to Ezipilates for 4 months. Eli and Michelle are amazing. I have not had hip pain since coming and my body is so much healthier.     I have been practicing with Eli for almost a year. I found her just through google since I am a gym dog and my right knee was giving me a lot trouble. I’ve heard that Pilate can help to relief posture caused pain so I decided to give it a try. I simply phoned her and she said first session is assessing of my posture and a tryout, Pilate is for sure not for everyone you have to understand that you like it and enjoy it. I found that her explanation is very sincere and professional. It is an expensive activity, making sure the purpose of you trying and the passion to keep going is important. I fell in love with this exercise and Eli’s coaching since day one. The progress amazed me session by session. She doesn’t put you in any exercise set, she observes your body and designs the exercise for you, and most important is she walks you through the process with the speed you can handle. If you are a gym person and your body is sending pain alert, most probably your posture is not 100% correct and that will stop you going to the next level, even will make your body more vulnerable. Really should give it a try and Pilate just corporate weight training perfectly. I have been doing private with Eli since day one and in the recent month I started jointing the group class just because how much I love this exercise and how much I trust Eli, and how much result I can see when I’m doing weight training painless and when I see my abs getting more defined. You will never find out if you don’t try it.

    I definitely recommend Elham to anybody who cares about her/his/ their body and also mind. It is fair to say she is a game changer because she is totally capable of rectifying and improving your life quality by diagnosing any little or subtle miss functions in your posture and she is absolutely meticulous and creative to design a perfect exercise plan for you and this is only the beginning! It’s been 4 years that I’m doing Pilates with Elham as my private instructor ( online and in her studio) and I’m still amazed with her translation of human body! Her cues and way to make you engage with your body and use your potentials to the fullest is her strongest suit and finally not only she is a wonderful coach but she’s also a very sweet and kind person who dedicates all her love and energy to you.

    Eli has been my trainer for two magical years, she is the only trainer I can trust because of her flawless knowledge of Pilates and how the human body works and the fact that she always keeps herself up to date. She always pays attention to my physical problems during full training so that my broblems do not get any worse.

    Before I started doing Pilates with Eli, I was struggling with extreme core weakness, back and neck pain after having 4 kids. I often had muscle spasms and wouldn’t be able to move my neck for days. I continue my practise with Eli because I am getting stronger. My posture is better and I have much less back and neck pain. I feel taller and stronger. Eli motivates and pushes me. Before sessions sometimes I’m tired from a long day but after each session I have a clear head and loads of energy. I love Eli’s passion for Pilates! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about how to target certain muscles and can modify any exercise. She always keeps the workouts different and engaging. I’m much stronger now and have much better endurance. I have greater core stability and I feel the difference it’s made for my body and posture. If you have a chance take her classes! She’s knowledgeable and so fun! She will listen to your concerns and tailor a program just for you.

    Eli is such a professional, passionate and caring instructor that I would recommend to everyone who wants to try Pilates, even if you’re a beginner!!! I started practice with Eli several months ago, knowing nothing about Pilates or Reformers that time, but Eli is so good with beginners like me I started to love this exercise. I’m taking private session with Eli every week and its become my biggest excitement.

    I've been practicing Pilates with Eli and Michelle for the past several months and I can say that it's been an effective way of significantly reducing lower back pain (if you are consistent) while improving posture and increasing core strength. The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and fun. They will keep your conditions in mind during each session while pushing you to grow and progress physically. I started with private lessons which were more versatile but now do group lessons and get the regular workout/stretch that I need. Highly recommend Pilates with Eli and her team to anyone interested.

    I looked at several studios before choosing EZiPilates. The class sizes are small so I know I’m getting personalized instruction. The assessment identifies the areas I need to work on and Eli and Michelle structure the session accordingly. I look forward to every session and finish feeling like I have achieved a goal. I definitely am more flexible and can see my muscles becoming more toned and stronger. I would recommend EZiPilates to anyone looking for a complete and personalized workout.

    Before pilates I heavily struggled with my flexibility, balance and core strength. Now I'm 3 months in and I LOVE it! I can touch my toes!!! 18 years of no toe touching and by the second class I could touch my toes! I've also noticed growth in everything I struggled with, plus my posture has gotten better and my muscles have become more defined and toned. After the first session I knew I was coming back. I love how energised and alive I feel after classes, the place is always clean, and the instructors, Eli and Michelle, are so lovely, some of the most patient and kind people I've met. They push me to my limits while encouraging me every step of the way. The flexibility and availability in their schedule is amazing. Every session feels curated to each person's development and touches on every part of the body for a full-body workout. Words cant express how much I love this place and how much they've made me love pilates, working out, and my body. 100% I would and already have recommended it to multiple people! If you're looking for a pilates class, strongly consider this place! It's worth every second.

    Over 6 months ago I began private training with Eli with the goal to eliminate aches/pains in my body that had reach a point of debilitation. Upon beginning classes with Eli she catered exactly to my needs by developing a personalized program that would help me reach my goals. Eli has helped me establish a routine that’s broken my bodies pain cycle by improving my core strength to a level it’s never been to. Starting training with Eli was the best decision for my body. I highly recommended anyone who experiences body stiffness/pain or anyone who simply wants to enhance their motor functions to begin Pilates with Eli.     I was looking to establish my workout routine to build up strength, improve posture and flexibility. I tested a few pilates studios and started my sessions at Ezipilates since last September. Till today, I have been doing at least two sessions per week, and this has become an essential part of my routine. I enjoyed all the sessions with Haley, Eli and Mina. They always make the classes interesting and challenging but not too overwhelming. There are always some new moves in each class. I feel strong and relaxed after the class, like an active massage for myself. Overall, I am achieving my goals - more muscle strength and better posture. I slouch a lot when I'm working at my desk, but taking pilates classes helped straighten my back. I would recommend EziPilates to anyone who wants to have a health life style!

    I was new to Pilates practice before meeting Eli. I was looking for an instructor or studio who can provide a personal experience and is able to fix my neck-shoulder soreness from spending too much time on the computer as well as lower back stiffness from sports. Eli assessed my posture and pointed out the weakness of my body on day 1. She spent the next few sessions help me strengthening those weak muscles. Her instructions are always very clear and encouraging. As a new Pilates practitioner, I find it very easy to follow and find each session very effective addressing my pain points. Her attentiveness to my posture during practices has helped me more aware of my postures in everyday life. After 8 private sessions, my neck-shoulder and lower back is pain free! I will recommend Eli to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging Pilates instructor.

    After a single humbling mat-Pilates experience in my university years, I had decided Pilates was not for me. Decades later, I got curious about Pilates again when I learned it could help with postural alignment and core strengthening. Why was this important? Because my on-again, off-again lower back pain had returned, accompanied by sciatica (again). I had looked up many studios and narrowed it down to two, including EZiPilates. Eli's experience really stood out to me when she did my posture analysis at our first session together. Contrast this with the other studio I had tried out, where it was clear that the instructor there had less experience AND I came out of the class with more pain than when I started! After that experience, I decided to go through with two sessions weekly for 4 weeks to try it out at EZiPilates. Fast forward to now: I've been doing private sessions with Eli for 3 months :) My lower back pain and sciatica have gone away, and my body is getting stronger. I was able to move 6 bags of 30L soil all by myself, without throwing out my back this time! Eli starts each session checking in to see how my body is feeling. She then tailors the workout to accommodate and or address what feels off. I come away from each class feeling like I've had a good workout; I feel tired (in a good way) but happy. Eli's years of experience and extensive knowledge of the human body really shines through in each session. I'm actually quite prone to injury - I've hurt myself in sports and in yoga - but working with Eli has given me the confidence that I CAN have consistent workouts without hurting myself. I'm starting to trust my body again, and this is all thanks to Eli. I highly recommend EZiPilates to anyone who's looking to feel stronger and more confident in their body's abilities.

    I met Eli 5 months ago quite by chance as she opened her studio close to where I live. Pilates was unknown to me, but I heard from relatives who had injuries that healed with the help of Pilates exercises. I was impressed with Eli’s extensive training in human anatomy and exercise techniques. She is caring and is dedicated to help her clients heal, and become stronger in the process. After 5 months of training, I feel stronger and more confident with my stability while walking.     I love working out with Eli so much! After working from home for a couple years and having 2 kids my lower back and legs were really irritating me. Eli has helped with my flexibility and strength but even more important my well-being. If I'm feeling sluggish or down i feel so much better after seeing Eli. She is kind, passionate, friendly but tough - always expecting the best from her clients!     It has been over 2 years since I have started training with Eli . Her workout routine had become important part of my weekly exercise. She always seems to come up with new and challenging workout to keep me motivated but not discouraged .     I used to struggle with wrong posture and working long hours on my feet. My friend suggested me to take Pilates classes and Eli was the perfect person with experience and knowledge to help me out. I like how attentive Eli is, especially when she personalizes each session to my body condition. I feel much more relaxed, flexible and energized after each session.     Eli is a great Pilates instructor. I have been taking her classes for awhile now & the maximum students can be 5, but honestly you think you are in a private class with her. She is aware of each person in the class and their specific strengths and weaknesses. She is very attentive on how we complete the exercise, our movement and our form and will help make proper corrections. My core strength has gotten much better because of her & more importantly so has my posture. Thanks Eli for doing what you do so well and paying attention to each of us.
