I
absolutely
love,
respect
and
appreciate
what
Reverence
(Amando
and
Jay)
have
done
for
me.
I've
been
with
them
for
several
months
and
feel
that
me
joining
them
for
regular
scheduled
weekly
programs
has
been
one
of
the
best,
smartest
and
healthiest
things
I've
ever
done.
I
initially
wanted
to
train
for
endurance
biking.
Then
I
just
stayed
on.
I
never
really
cared
to
work
out
but
now
it's
a
rewarding
lifestyle
with
sincere
support
from
these
gentlemen
who
know
what
they're
doing
and
really
care
about
your
well-being.
It's
not
just
about
building
muscles
or
losing
weight
(what
ever
you
think
you
want),
but
it's
about
strength
training
for
what
you
want
and
what
they
think
you
need,
what
to
eat,
drink,
sleep,
etc.
I
can
go
on
Google
if
just
want
to
learn
how
to
build
muscles.
But
having
a
personal
experienced
trainer
that
is
there
for
you
and
keeps
pushing
you
is
second
to
none.
And,
with
the
wrong
person
or
with
no
trainer,
you
risk
doing
more
damage
and
injuring
yourself.
These
gentlemen
have
done
more
for
me
and
are
more
important
to
me
than
my
family
doctor.
Really.
Does
your
family
MD
really
tell
you
how
to
stay
healthy,
what
exactly
to
eat,
how
to
prevent
injury
(ie
back,
neck,
etc),
strengthen
your
body,
how
much
to
sleep,
how
to
stretch
and
breathe,
how
to
work
out?
No.
My
family
MD
just
takes
my
blood
pressure
and
does
blood
work
and
then
tells
me
to
eat
better.
What
ever
that
exactly
means.
For
the
cost
of
a
dinner
in
downtown
Toronto,
you
get
to
change
your
life.
I
know
it
sounds
cheesy
but
it's
true.
These
great
guys
will
be
there
every
step
of
the
way,
as
much
or
little
as
you
wish.
Absolutely
worth
every
penny.
Period.
Thank
you
so
much
gentlemen
/
Reverence.
