    I have been speaking with the owner Natalie and known her for a while. She only focus on making money, you can not imagine what she is thinking in her mind and what kind of person she is.     Been going to Nat for a little while now and she is incredible. Trained with her throughout my pregnancy…Nat took the time to modify the class for me to ensure every move was safe, while still feeling like I was getting a workout in. She is creative and really takes the time to make things fun. Nat is knowledgeable and her passion for what she does is evident.

    I had originally contacted Nat to speak with her about training my 87 year old Father who was residing in a Retirement Home. Prior to finding Nat, I had called numerous trainers who were not interested in either going to my Dad's Retirement Home, or, who did not wish to train a senior. I was pleasantly surprised when Natalie agreed to help me out. She was AMAZING with Dad and he looked forward to her weekly visits! I then started to use Nat as I was interested in learning how to box. I cannot say enough about Natalie. She is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Her classes are never boring as she mixes things up for every class. I find a lot of trainers it is the same thing each time but not with Nat. If you are looking for a trainer who is very experienced and kind, you need to go to Natalie! Run, don't walk!!! Highly recommend,.,.,.,.,.,.,.I promise you will not be dissappointed.

    I’ve been training with Nat for close to two years now, and I look forward to attending her classes every week. I can always count on getting in a great workout with her, and she pushes us to give 110% every time. Even in a group class setting, she is able to spend one-on-one time with each individual, and is always giving helpful feedback on how to improve your form, strength, stamina, and more. Something I really appreciate with Nat’s classes is that she’ll always switch up the type of exercises we’re doing, so you’ll never get bored of the same routine. She is very dedicated to her work, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to better their health and fitness!

    I've had the chance to train with Natalie through 1:1 personal training sessions, and now through virtual personal training and both experiences have been great. Natalie is knowledgeable and experienced with a wide range of workouts. And this keeps you on your toes when you're training with her. No two sessions are the same, and so you get the chance to learn a lot and pick up tips for working out with or without equipment. Plus she adds creative spins on the typical types of workouts. And she's just all around positive and motivating, from how she interacts during sessions to check-in betweens. With the challenges we're all dealing with during the pandemic, it makes a big difference to work out with someone like Natalie. Even when I'm not feeling the most motivated or energized, the virtual workouts have been keeping me going.

    I have been training with nat since Oct 2018 and it has been the best experience with a personal trainer. Nat is professional, kind and knows her stuff! She has helped me between 2 pregnancies bounce back and give me an insane amount of confidence! I went from a size 12 to size 7! She pushes you and keeps your workouts always intense! The best part for me is the boxing its challenging and keeps you waiting to warn more! Last but not least it is a friendly non judgemental environment and the cleanest. Nat is always cleaning after each session and making us feel comfortable. Thank you so much nat! You changed my life 💞

    I've had several Boxing Trainers over the years and Nat is by far the best of the bunch. Each session is calculated and energized, delivering increased levels of intensity and measured difficulty. No two workouts are the same. There is a heavy emphasis on stretching/mobility, conditioning and technique, while always learning something new and perfecting what was already taught. I highly recommend Coach Nat if you are looking to add some variety to your workouts with someone who cares deeply about her clients!

    Training with Natalie has been such a great experience! I never thought I could enjoy regularly working out until I joined the fun and supportive environment she cultivates for her clients. The other gym goers are all so friendly and welcoming of new people in the space. Natalie's classes themselves are always challenging but manageable and you can feel yourself progressing and getting stronger. Of Natalie's many services I chose to do small group training which has helped me reach my fitness goals and set new goals so I can continue to progress. I have to mention her flexibility in terms of scheduling - she provides the opportunity to join other small groups at those times when you cannot make your own session which has made all the difference, allowing me to consistently attend for over 8 months. I highly recommend attending a sessions to see what it's all about.

    Great place that offers small yet personalized classes. The boxing classes are high energy and super fun. The strength training classes are challenging and give you that satisfaction of a great workout. Nat is very personable and truly cares about her members. Highly recommend!

    There's nobody better than Nat when it comes to bringing out your best. Whether you are a high performance athlete, like many MMA athletes are in my gym, or you're someone who is trying to get back into shape, like I was, Nat tailors the personal or group sessions to each and every person. Workouts are varied and never, ever boring. You leave with a great sense of self-satisfaction that you not only did your best but that you were pushed past what you perceived to be your best. That is the true hallmark of what a great personal trainer leaves their clients. Try her out and you'll reap the rewards.

    Two and a half years ago I stepped into Grants Gym and met Natalie Yip for the first time. Her passion and determination to improve my boxing skills is what drove me to continue attending her classes. She introduced me to a diet; fitness and conditioning program that allowed me to train into becoming the best boxer I could be. The drills are always fun and exciting and each member of her class always has a great time. Working out with Nat is contagious and an adrenaline rush. Nat continues to teach classes that are not only competitive but warm and friendly: suitable for all ages.

Natalie puts her clients’ fitness first and provides workouts that are always fresh and challenging.
