Walked in last night (12th June 2022, 11PM) to buy some wings to go along with my drink. The guy at the desk was not super helpful. I was given 15 mins before my wings are ready. After 25 minutes of waiting i lost patience and went and enquired at the desk. In a couple of minutes they called me to give what I ordered. Once I received them there was a strong charred smell. I opened the box and saw that the wings were burnt. I asked the guy who gave it to me about this and he said that’s the way they cook it after seasoning. With no option i walked out. When i took the first bite it wasn’t edible and had a bitter taste due to charring. I called customer support and sent the pics to them. They confirmed that the wings are burnt and the cook at the place has lied to me. They gave the complete amount of order as store credit and said it cannot be reversed on my original payment method. Mistakes will happen while cooking. Once they saw that the food was burnt they could have replaced. Or when I enquired they could have took it back and either replaced or refunded me. They spoiled my Saturday night. I now agree with the reviews that talk about the rude behaviour of the staff at this location and inconsistent food quality and taste. Its true. Pizza nova is one of the better pizza chain restaurants. Good crust good sauce good cheese. In genera it's higher quality than its competitors. I usually get the large pick up one topping special and add a couple ingredients to save money. This location makes a good pie and are reasonably quick.

I buy pizza slice every Sat and Sunday, pizza is good most of the times but the customer service is bad. There is an employee working on 03rd October 2021, at 04.00pm (young boy) he was rude to me every time I face him, he barely kept the pizza slice in oven for 10 sec and the slice was not even hot, it’s uncooked and I attached the picture of the pizza. It happened to me every single time I faced that employee, I never complained but this is getting continued and I have to report this now.

I want to say nice things because the owner is very nice, but the last two times I came here, I was over charged by the same person. He claims it was a mistake but it seems that everytime I come here, a mistake is made that ends up costing me more than it should. The reason for over charging me was at first they said "it's taxes". After proving them wrong and doing the math for them, they said "it's the drink you picked". After showing them THEIR own prices for their drinks they said " oh, I made a mistake". It didn't help that both times I had to ask for my receipt to show them they made an error. Otherwise I would of never known. It's funny how every mistake so far leaves them with 25-35% more profits, and never the other way around. Makes me feel that it is intentional , especially when I'm being told lies. A mistake is a mistake, but a lie is a lie. Never coming back here due to this malpractice.

I ordered goat cheese on my pizza and they barely put any! Their pizza is the most expensive compared to anywhere else. And overall stingy with the toppings, which is ridicous as they charge about $2.50 PER topping. Most slices didn't even have the goat cheese. I will never order from this place again! Ordered walk in special pepperoni pizza. We received the pizza without a pepperoni. Also the pizza was raw. Seems like they put it in the oven for 5mins and took it out. I had to cook it myself to be able to eat it. Good luck if I get sick from this.

Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza from them through Uber. They put white onion instead of the red onion I chose. Called them and they refused to send the correct pizza. I will never order from them again. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!

Worst place to buy food when you are genuinely hungry. Not recommended at all. Food quality is Zero and the service is pathetic. After ordering I had to remind him that to give us what you paid for. Never coming back again. Wasted my valuable time and hard earned money.

Worst pizza. We have this pizza place next to our building but it's so bad even on snowy day I have to drive or walk to other pizza places ... not even little talent in making food

A premade pizza crust that had no flavor. A bland pizza taste which will not entice me to spend $25 for a large 14 " Uber delivered pizza. A freshly baked pizza from the local grocery store freezer has more flavor. Not looking like it's photo. I expected better from a chain

** Pizza nova Customer care followed up with me to say they will be speaking with district Managers to address issues. review updated Quality gone down . Cook making pizza wasn't wearing masks at all .not even trying to hide it. Delivery drivers in back not wearing the mask either. based of other reviews sounds like its a regular problem... I see responses on google from the store but they obviously haven't done anything to fix the problem. Pizza was under cooked and wedges last 2 times cooked in old oil. The mis-management is obvious. ask for a bag for drinks and dip they give you a pizza Slice bag, . Order wedges and they give you a small portion in a large box. I think that's me done patronizing this business.

Way too expensive. $20 for a small, undercooked pizza is definitely not worth it. Poor quality and awful customer service. There are far better options in the area.

very inconsistent. most times its a soggy undercooked mess. has been very burned in the past as well. they often mess up toppings too, eg regular olives instead of sundried. And they charge a premium for it... Pizza Nova is overall good but this location they do not care. At all.

They ask the customers to wear a mask, but none of the people working here is doing so. Customer service is not great, they don't even bother talking to you.

Closest pizza joint in the area, so I gave it a shot a few times and was honestly disappointed each time. Pizzas from this location are disgusting.

The old guy who was working there tonight was a complete moron. He gave attitude to my girlfriend and messed up her order multiple times without apologizing. The guy shouldn’t even have a job

I was there to get a slice but I saw the owner was super rude to another customer yelling to them and taking too long so I left. Learn how to talk to your guests. Also look at all those reviews complaining rude customer services. Please hire decent human beings who knows how to be nice to other people.

Billy and the boys always knock it out the park. I love the pizzas at this location. And their customer service is truly great! Thanks guys

Website didn't record my order properly, and the quality of this pizza nova seems to be lower than others I've been to.

worst place to order from go to pizza hut they are unreliable they lie and say your order on the way but it actually was not delivered try getting your money back forget it, they rip you off save your self and avoid pizza nova, and Skip the dish bad combo use Uber Eats

Pizza not that good. especially compared to the other pizza places nearby. rather get pizza pizza or anything else. nothing special about pizza nova. wouldn’t recommend it

They changed the recipe of their Italian wings. Very disgusting. Customer service says they didnt change their recipe, so its likely this location on its own thats changing it without head office approval.

I usually go here every time to get my pizza since I live close by. Most of the time I am served quality pizza that tastes delicious. Except one downfall could be the efficiency or time it takes for one of the employees to make or serve you a pizza.
