There's a big and sharp plastic debris in the Sausage Fiesta Farmer's Breakfast Wrap i bought this morning....... I got lucky that i chewed slowly. Otherwise, my teeth, my tongue, even my throat and stomach would be cut by it and it will cause serious injury. I don't know the food is prepared in this store or it's packed already from the delivery centres but this is a food safty issue!!! So disappointed and unhappy about it. What if i have swallowed some of the plastic debris without noticing?! I feel sick already

I went into the Tim Hortons inside metro this morning like usual to get my sandwich in my coffee there’s two ladies that work in there I believe one is the Spanish lady and the other one Guyanese Trini lady from what I could see it looks like they hate their jobs they don’t like being there they don’t like being told anything not even your order they give you the nastiest attitude they look at you like with disgust and they don’t listen when you put it when you place your order do the training or Guyanese lady hasn’t dirtiest mouth starts Using vulgar language and yelling at you the Spanish lady has nasty attitude again if they don’t like the jobs they should get a better one because they’re there to serve the public not to give them attitude and this is the type of food that they serve the people kind of nastiness is this place should either close down or change the staff with all the bad reviews they have . I don’t recommend anybody to attend this place their food is nasty and the baked goods not baked are not even baked there so they’re cold and hard even the coffee taste cold from what it looks like these ladies are doing whatever they want in this place the only good employee there that’s nice and attentive and does what she supposed to be doing it’s a Filipino lady Employee she’s always smiling treating you with respect but the other two they should attend some classes of manners and language or find a new job Look at the sandwich it’s a mess the egg is not cooked right and I asked them for bacon egg and cheese and they gave me bacon egg sausage and cheese and that’s what I mean

Equivalent to a gas station Tim Hortons, without that personal touch

This timmies perhaps the worst possible location you can go to. Like aside from the fact that they don’t have 60% of the menu, today I open up my bagel and I see only tomatoes in it! Like how can you forget to put cream cheese? All that after waiting 15 min for my coffee cause she also forget to serve me that as well. Couldn’t be worse!

I would not recommend this location whatsoever. The staff working here have the worst attitude and snap at you unnecessarily even for stopping by and ordering. I always order through mobile pick up to skip the line, but even if you stop by after a while since you made the order, it is not ready for pickup and they make it only when you're physically there. One of the staff members working there has the worst attitude and is always rude.

I have had wrong order given several times. The only reason I go there is because it’s the closest location to me. I understand you are busy and it can happen sometimes but several times it’s just negligence.

I ordered a breakfast egg sandwich and specifically mentioned to the rep that I wanted just a tiny bit of mayonnaise and butter. I received my order and made my way home only to notice that the sandwiche was soaked with butter and mayonnaise. The bag itself was dripping. I went back, and at this point I've already wasted 20 minutes of my time and complained. I couldn't believe just how disgusting this sandwich was.

I guess telling customers that they are out of an item or don't stock it is not common practice. Didn't have my very first item and continued with the rest of the order after waiting for 20 mins they tell me this location doesn't have it but its on the menu

Worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. I’ve not been informed they don’t have the product I ordered in App until I spent half an hour getting there and they wouldn’t give me refund. I got nothing but wasting my time and money. In addition, very rude attitude. Extremely disappointed.

I went there in middle of my shift because I wanted coffe and they gave me steep tea. why would I order coffee if Ineed tea. and yeah I was only customer there

One employee working at 5:45pm. Lack of customer service. Hockey cards not available.

So far you will either get a woman who starts trying to make your drinks before ringing them up like she's in some bush rush even if you're the only one in line. Gets it wrong 50% of the time. They got rid of a guy that worked here and the new girl skips mobile food orders and wont dare go back to check unless told too. I have had no less than a 10 minute wait every time and one time my food was left on the press and burned which was hid and just quickly wrapped and handed to me. Done with this location its not worth the wait. They did a whole training thing here but neither of these women had been present for it and it shows. Only good for a single drink which by right is made and given before you even pay so just think about that.....

I ordered the week special from the store, but when check out there an error, I couldn’t use the week special coupon, so I ask one of the employees if she can still give me the same price. Since there’s a line up and she’s not in the mood to wait for me, I decided to seek help with online service. The online customer service said the store manager would contact me soon, and that was one month ago.

Very slow service at the drive through. Not busy but took 15 minutes to get a coffee. No cut out where you can escape the drive through so stuck there.

Nice outside patio. Bike shop near by. GOOD coffee. Nice location near lake shore! You can walk there. There is nice modern rail transit there. GOOD place to relax!

I don't think they actually cook their own baked goods but they can heat them up for you. It's located inside the metro. They are able to do everything including sandwiches so it's a fully metro. They may run out of material late in the day do be aware.

Fast and friendly service, the young lady who work mostly afternon shift is always smiley and friendly. :)The only down side is they don't carry as much items as the other timmies.

Must in Canadá. You have to try it!

This is a small timmies. They have a small selection of items. Gets the job done when you need your dose of caffeine, donuts or breakfast.

I will never buy food at this store again...the food caused me sick.

Unfriendly staff. Food/drink selection is limited. Their app needs to be upgraded to prevent people from ordering out of stock items. Because when you order something they don't have, they will just offer you some random item that won't even cover the cost of your order.
