Couldn't resist this place everytime I pass by. Love the creativity of some of the menu items and they are also always very photogenic. The only minor thing I feel could be better would be the inside of the hotdog was a bit cold compared to the very hot exterior and I think it would taste even better if the temperature of the entire hotdog was consistent. Would love to go back again to try everything on the menu.

So excited this new location opened up! Steps from work and always a great snack or even meal! Consistent regardless of location! Seems like they are just popping up more and more locations! With Yonge and finch location of chung chun always jam packed with people, this one is just perfect! Close enough but alleviating a lot of traffic! If you haven’t tried them already, this is the perfect location to fulfill that trial as they have yet to experience the long lines and wait times like the yonge and finch location! Service was on point and even had a quick little convo with the staff, which was really nice! Totally gotta check out the new location and as always they are definitely a recommend! Been to chung chun many times amd this is going to be the new location for me to stick to! Now, I think the next would be having locations in richmond hill and Markham? Congrats on this new location opening and welcome to the yonge and sheppard area! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics and more amazing content!

Amazing lunch, yes I ate them all, for the experience! I had to try this place before we left Toronto. I grabbed the variety pack and chowed down. The doing sauces were perfect and how could they not be with the variety. The staff behind the counter were great to deal with. I hope the chain expands to where I'm going.

This place is great. I just tried the original chungchun (beef) dog and topped it with spicy mayo and sweet chili sauce but can't wait to come back and try more. It was made to order so it was fresh and piping hot. The rice batter gets nice and crispy and the hot dog inside is a good size and flavourful. It was delicious!

I tried the whole mozzarella topped with spicy mayo and sweet & spicy sauce and liked in. The shop is fairly small with limited seating options. Definitely one of the better korean hotdogs that I have tried. The staff is also super friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend it if you are craving a korean hotdog.

First time trying after seeing/hearing all the hype and refusing to wait in line @ their Finch location. Didn’t have to wait after I ordered pick-up with Ritual. The mozzarella cheese hot dog was delicious and the service was great. Excited to try all the other hot dogs at this new location.

One of the best rice corn dog in the area, less crowded than Finch’s. Noodle crisp is definitely a great add-on!

Definitely the best Korean style hotdog in the city. I ordered Ramen chips hotdog and Chocolate hotdog and they were both super delicious with good quality ingredients. Sauces and toppings are flavorful. Quick service and everyone working here is so friendly. Definitely would go back again! Highly recommend.

It was fun visiting this place with my friends to order some hot dogs. I specifically ordered the mozzarella and hot dog meal with potatoes. The first half is mozzarella and the second half is the hot dog. It's not bad and more of a snack. Nonetheless, I have to come back to try the other hot dogs. There's a ton to choose from. For now, this is a solid 4 stars for me.

One of my favourite street foods, such a fun, delicious and filling snack! Friendly service and great packaging to have on the go or in the car. Always made fresh to order with your choice of unlimited condiments. I had the sweet potato hotdog drizzled with honey chipotle - a winning combination. With so many locations around the GTA it's definitely worth a try!

Korean street food..... Basically deep fried a sausage with breading and adds on. Is like a North America corn dog with extra breading. They make to order so it can take a while (15mins or more) before your order is ready Staffs are friendly during my visit. It is pretty good as a snack. You have to like it to like it!!!!!! This place is in a food court and usually this food court is not busy. Parking is not bad here.....

Passed by this place after having some dessert at daigyo next door. Saw they now have fried chicken and waffle fries on the menu, and decided to get an order of fries for $4. Order came out at a good pace, probably less than 5 minutes to fry them up. Although they give it in a big paper bag, there's probably only a dozen pieces. I mean, maybe that's just the cost of getting your fries waffled gourmet, I certainly don't know what the market price is for a serving of restaurant fries. They were good though: chewy on the inside, crisp on the outside. Like how McCain comes out of your oven. While I was taking some pictures of the product and store, the staff said they don't do dine in so we will have to take our stuff outside. There were only two other customers in the store and the store certainly is larger than the alley near Yonge and Finch. Maybe they were annoyed by my not-so-subtle disappointment at the portion sizes, if I owned the business I'd probably want whiners like me out as well for not appreciating the cost of running a restaurant. But reading another review, they got 6 pieces for $5, so I guess the store has been adjusting things.

Great location! Unlike the spot on Byng, this location has a much larger interior and a smaller line (perhaps people just haven’t discovered it yet). I was super glad to see that there is now a veggie dog on the menu. The flavour of the “hot dog” is quite good but I’d put it more in the category of a sausage. I also tried out the chocolate rice dog which appears to be a Mars bar with the rice dog coating. It also was quite delicious. In terms of access, there is some street parking available nearby, but the easiest way to get here would be on foot. I will definitely be grabbing takeout here again!

I recently tried the Half Mozzarella Cheese Hotdog and it was delicious! The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and kind, making the overall experience very pleasant. However, my only objection is the lack of information about the calories in the menu. Despite this, I still highly recommend giving this hotdog a try. The taste alone is worth it

The lady who works there was very nice. I asked for her recommendation. "Gamsung!" And she helped me choose the sauce and topping. It tastes really good! I would recommend this place. And if you have never been here before, ask the lady who works there for her recommendation.

The batter is raw, you can actually taste the batter still sticky ....I tried to finish it, but ...it's weird , I end up just ate the hot dog !

I wanted to try them for quite long time. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I asked them for suggestions as I was trying them for first time and they were kind enough to provide them. I went for chicken rice dog and cheese option. I tried them as such without toppings based on the suggestion from staff and I wasn't disappointed. I tired all the sauces that were available, just for the taste of it and surprisingly they were all tasty. But my personal favorite was sweet chilli sauce with a slight kick chilli 🌶 Overall good food round by the corner and for quick bite on the go. I would definitely be visiting again for more toppings. 😋

This location has the best Korean hot dog I've tried! E.g. Oh K-Dog and Twohands Seoul. They also have more flavours plus the staff are super friendly. Definitely a great treat that deserves to make me feel guilty from my usual healthy diet!

First time tasting a rice hotdog, I loved it! I tried the Marble Cheese and it was a lot of cheese, totally worth it. It's a shame you have to zoom-in a lot the Google Maps to find the place

I bought gamsung hotdog around 1 today. I found out the dough was not cook fully. Be careful when you get ur hotdogs. The cook does not know how to cook!

Went for hot dogs originally but ended up buying 2 flavours of wings! A must try! So fresh and seasoned well. Friendly staff and appreciate the kindness.

I had two. One half mozzarella and one potato corn dog. Both delicious and fresh. I would suggest to have some kind of sauce and seasoning for the potato as it’s very blend.

Cute shop for Korean style rice corn dogs. A great selection to choose from, as well as the toppings. Cashier was really nice and friendly. We got 2 of the potato rice dogs and added the honey butter dust for the kids. Outside there are 2 tables to enjoy your food since there isn't seating on the inside.

Been to Chungchun twice. The first time, I got the ramen chip hotdog, which was just ok. I didn't rush to go back. Eventually I did and I got the gamsung (potato) hotdog, which is covered in little potato chunks before being deep fried, which was a lot better. The batter is a little excessive but it's to be expected. There is a variety of sauce and seasoning selections. I went for chipotle, teriyaki and honey mustard, and cheddar cheese for the seasoning. There was a lot going on, but it was enjoyable. A bit messy, but again, was expected. The price is nice, as 2 gamsungs cost around $11. Parking is best found on a sidestreet. Overall, it was nice the second time around, but once again, not rushing back too often, because I don't think it's anything too special, but definitely not bad.

Day by day quality is getting bad i remember when they started in the pandemic the taste was on the top of the game and thhere were no complaint even though the number of customers were 5 times compare to present but the quality was good. The toppings were always fully coated on the sausage the oil never smelled but now its not like that at all.

This is a fun place to grab a snack. There's lots of varieties to choose from and also the sauces you can easily mix and match to your preference or choose one of their combos. Service was fairly quick and there wasn't a line. They also have a points system that lets you redeem for a bunch of freebies. I got the ramen rice dog with the honey chipotle sauce. I loved the crunch from the ramen noodles, the batter wasn't too heavy either. However, I thought my sauce was too sweet so I'll probably have to stick to something more simple next time like ketchup.

Ordered on Ritual and easy pickup. Less busy location compared to the Yonge and Finch one. Service was friendly. Enjoyed everything we ordered. Wish they provided the sugar on the side too instead of having to choose which rice dog to sprinkle it on.

Small shop on yonge, very clean and the server is super helpful with recommendations. We ordered the chocolate dog with flakes and half mozzarella - both done well, not greasy at all. There are multiple toppings and sauces to choose from. Would definitely recommend the chocolate dog!

I come by here often! It’s really yummy and the workers are nice. Can’t go wrong with deep fried food on a stick lol My favourite toppings are the potato cubes, sweet chili, honey butter(?), and cheddar cheese powder.

I believe it's a fairly new location. It's super clean and usually not much of a lineup. I think my favourite is the cheese, it's got such a good cheese pull! I usually ask for my sauces on the side cause I like dipping! EDIT: i think my new fav is the sweet potato topping with chipotle, sweet mayo sauce and garlic butter as seasoning. The poutine is also a really good contender! Comes with a good portion of gravy (beef base) or BBQ sauce (veggie)

Very friendly and fast. They were really nice. I got a whole mozzarella (which is really good) and the mozzarella was a slightly bigger size than usual. Today was my lucky dayyyy! 😆😆😆
