Very poor service. Customers are waiting for almost 20 minutes or so for their order. The crews are very unorganized and keep touching their hair while fixing fries and burgers. very unhygienic. The place is filthy, the tables and floors are not cleaned and it is just really disappointing.

I noticed the visa tap didn’t work for the car ahead of me. When I went to pay it didn’t work either. I was told to use the terminal. I didn’t want to touch it, seeing it wasn’t disinfected. Cashier said it was disinfected and I told him I saw it wasn’t between the person ahead and me. He said “you’re right, I’m sorry.” So your equipment doesn’t work, you don’t follow hygiene protocols, and your employees lie. Now I have to clean the car surfaces I touched, food containers etc. You are horribly unprofessional. And look at the photo of the garbage you serve!

No stars at all for this mcd. staff is extremely rude. Paying money and not getting proper food plus getting disrespected is absolutely not fair. You are working in food industry u have to be polite and satisfy customer. Such happened twice today. Need a strike action.

As a former employee over 18 years ago, my sense of pride to Miller's stores is gone. lately I can't even get a single order without frustration (ONE HAPPY MEAL). last time I waited 12 mins just for an Orange Juice. TODAY I didn't even get my son's OJ at all. I don't like writing bad reviews but this new management needs to clean house.

I received my uber eats order just now. As usual they mixed up my order with somebody else's order. Whenever I order food from here they either cancel my order or make inaccurate order . The owner should hire more of other ethnicities instead of hiring ‘philipinos’ only. I think if people get paid more and other ethnicities being hired , the restaurant's quality of service and accuracy of order soar .

I like this Mcdonalds, its pretty close to my place. Staff are super nice and friendly, pretty fast with orders as well. The place is usually clean and has lots of sitting space.

Compared to most McDonald’s, this place has quite a nice atmosphere. Although it seemingly hasn’t been renovated since the 70s, it is well kept and clean. The staff were actually helpful and pleasant, and the place was packed. The food was the standard McDonald’s fare.

The crispy chicken combo I ordered today came with a nice side of a moldy bun and cold fries. Also I had to have one of the employees go back and grab a drink that they forgot to include with one of the other combos. You would think being such a huge franchise you would have quality control on point.

This branch needs to do better. every time we do a drive through it is either something is missing or they gave us a wrong order. Today my children went to their and the drink was half of the cup; getting home we tasted the sprite and it tastes like water. this was not a ten dollar order and it is sad that we had to throw the drink away. We may not be going to this branch again or stay with Wendy's. Please train your staff especially in this pandemic where many are scared of eating out. One of the receipts is attached because my one of them threw her receipt in the garbage there.

Went to this location at around 3:41 pm. I ordered a happy meal with a burger. I asked for the burger with just cheese. The person taking the order then proceeds to tell me everything that I don’t want. Ketchup mustard etc. then asks me if I don’t want the burger ??? Why would I drive all the way there for just bread with cheese??? On top of the incompetence of the person taking my order, I Ordered a small French fries which I never received but was charged for it. I’ve been going to this location for many years but I’ve given them too many chances. Will never return.

Slightly disappointed there was no peanuts for my sundae today but that is OK. Almost forgot the fudge on my caramel sundae as well but issue was resolved before I left. The staff were friendly and provided good service, they also tackled the line quite well! Thank you guys!!

Tried to use the $4.00 special for a coffee and a McMuffin sandwich and they wouldn't let me get a tea instead of a coffee. No substitutions. But I don't drink coffee. What's the big deal? Tim Hortons lets me do this all the time. I guess I'll just go there from now on.

Hiring manager called Jennifer is absolutely rediculous and rude. Asked for an experience letter and she got mad for no reason. I suggest her to learn to control her temper and be respectful to their employer. Absolutely rediculous employer. Who hired her anyways ? Also the McDonald's is all racially bias towards Filipino. Really the worst place to go in.

I walked in here a few minutes before midnight to get iced coffee, baked apple pies, and a cheese burger. The service was okay.

Yall playing jokes? No carbonation in drinks chicken looks a day old, burger stale. Thrown into the box not made at all properly. $27 for this? Been eating here since high-school never had this. What the hell is going on?

It is a Mac Donald too crowded by all kinds of people, only one recommendation: customer service within the establishment has to be just as important as the drive-tru They have to clean the place a little more often because the garbage begins to collect and then there is no place to dispose of the garbage The employees have to be a little more friendly, they have to convey a good attitude to the customer

UPDATE FROM 08 May 2023: the place is still garbage and people who work there are absolutely disrespectful and they’re not in a hurry at all. They don’t care about the people who are buying inside the store, they served 5 large fries for Mac Auto meanwhile they where lying me that they don’t have any fries made yet. I caught them on their lies, pointed on the person who would carry those for Mac auto section, but stuff who works there would just ignore me, show no respect, would keep me waiting still for 10 more minutes. I’ll attach the pics to support my words. AVOID THIS PLACE! REVIEW FRO A YEAR AGO: I got a coffee there this morning. And that was the worse coffee I ever tried. It had the flavour of fried burgers. Stuff is unfriendly as well.

The food was alright but the fries wasn't seasoned with some salt. The person who took the fries out from the fryer forgot to seasoned them with some salt. The food for the Happy meal taste better at the Hilda location.

The guy that was working on January 1st,2024 at 4 am in the drive-thru is very incompetent, has a bad customer service, is lazy and does not have a proper training of how the mobile order works . I ordered using the Mc Donald’s app and he does not know how that works because he told me that they just received orders from Uber , I get out of the drive thru because was many cars behind me and maybe I was wrong , I checked and everything was fine on my order , so I entered again on the drive thru, I repeated him the situation and he told me that my order is wrong because I order lunch ( it is impossible to order lunch at that time ) , I repeated everything again and he mentioned that he was not checking the order that I told him and when he checked he mentioned to me that he cannot give me my order because I did not pay ( the charged the order on my credit card and I would not have the code unless I paid under the app ) I repeated everything again to see if he understands and after that told me that he cannot give me my order because it is not under my name. Of course, this took us a long time and was too many cars behind us because he does not know listening and was lazy to see my order from the beginning , so I got out of the drive thru again, I knock the front door because I needed my order and a nice lady told me that it was ready long time ago. The guy from the drive thru took the order and call my name ( the ticket had my name and the code that I told him ) and when I asked him why he did not give me my order from the beginning, he just ignored me and asked me if I want my ice coffee with the rest of my order jajaja this guy should not be working on customer service. They need to hire people with good English and provide them a good training about their mobile orders.

It sucks cause this is the only place I can get coffee on my walk to work in the morning and the coffee here is AWFUL idk what they're doing here but I've poured one too many of them down the drain. Plus their food always sucks here too lol

Honest opinion - Mc Donald's coffee is miles better than Tim Hortons. I can debate endlessly on this.. The place is in a prime location, love their food ... The Indian cashier that I interacted can be kinder.. but I enjoy visiting this place a lot!

This place is always busy and very crowded at times but the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The food is of the quality one would expect from McDonald's

I ordered Bacon Dulexe McCrispy mobile order And they gave me just regular McCrispy No tomato, No Bacon, and took the deluxe price. The chicken was dark brown was very dry. Never gonna order McCrispy here again

Considering how busy this location was, I expected fresh hot food but unfortunately the Big Mac i received seemed to have been cooked this morning. Meat was semi-warm, bun was hard and tasted like it was reheated 5 times. I am hoping this is a one-time thing as I have always enjoyed McDonald's food but I have not had a Mac in a while. Hopefully my next visit to this location will be better.

Young manager with black hair was communicated by his co worker, in front of me that I asked for no onions on my sandwich. He goes in the back, and I get the double amount of onions.. Also order took longer than expected and other orders were coming in and out.. Purchase was around 5:25PM, 01-10-2023

It's a decent location. However the employees here are rude and don't like when you modify your orders. Instead of following your order they just punch it in the way they want and leave you to contemplate whether or not it's worth turning your car around to go back and have them correct your order. Most times it's not worth it, however this has happened almost every time I've visited this location. I recommend customers beware and McDonald's regional managers to take notice of what I've stated above.

Big mac was missing a patty!! Missing the dipping sauce for nuggets and the fries were all so cold. Waited 20 minutes for a curbside pick up order.

I enjoy this location. The drive through is always a long wait. However, if you go in and use the touchscreen to order its always less than 5minutes! Friendly staff too.

Busy location, been on this corner for many years. Someone made big bank when they chose this nothing spot all that time ago. Now it's just pure profit, I'm certain. Good for them. You can also purchase mediocre take-out here as well.

McDonalds is a goto for us because of their kids meal options as my daughter loves collecting the toys. We all are aware of the quality of McDonald's food but if eaten once in while it isn't bad.

Around 11 pm today went through the drive thru, the worker at the first window( Lidia, sorry if I misspelled or misheard your name ) was extremely nice, welcoming and for once a fast food location made me feel the want to come back! Keep it up!

It’s not a good spot. Dinner time and they are serving cold burgers. Not cold as in fridge cold but the meat is not hot and buns not toasty. McDonald’s burger or any burger is only enjoyable if it’s hot. I was hungry and I drove away from the spot that I couldn’t return it back.

The food is just average you have to specify that you need a freshly cooked meal but not the one sitting there from last 10 minutes. The place is not clean the table are always dirty everytime i go there.

Always has errors in drive thru. Make sure u ask for a reciept when u get ur food in the drive thru because they never give it and odds are there's something off with your order

Do you wish to see cracked out people while you eat a soggy burger? Then boy, have you ever come to the right place. This McDonald's attracts the scummiest and sketchiest individuals in the area, literally nothing good happens here. Do yourself a solid favour and go half a block east to the Hilda and Steeles location instead and maintain your safety as well as your sanity.

Today I made an order with you (bathurst and steels) they didn’t put a tube for the sprite. instead of a sprite, they poured spring water. I have never seen such service.

The drive-thru at this location (Bathurst and Steeles) is really good, in my opinion. The drive-thru service is pretty fast, unless they get really busy. Even when they are busy though, they still get your food slow-but-steady. I've never had one single problem at this location, ever. This Bathurst/Steeles location is light years better than the nearby Hilda/Steeles location.

I ordered a Mc-chicken combo and a double cheeseburger at the drive-thru. The person working at the window was not paying attention instead she was chatting with her co-worker, she handed my order incomplete, and she didn't give my Mc-chicken, I had to come back and pick it up again and When my daughter opened the Doublecheese burger this is what we got, a single burger and no cheese. No words to say what kind of customer service. This is what we got, for what we paid. I think not acceptable. October 12, 2023 between 6:45-7:00pm

I ordered a 2, 6 piece chicken nuggets combo and a junior chicken. The thing is, I recieved the wrong order. They gave me 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a McRib.
