SCAM ALERT. You might end up getting a letter in the mail 3 years later claiming "outstanding balance that the insurance company refused to cover". They tried to scam my mom, good thing I was aware of what was going on and had a chat with a guy named Alex. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place should be shut down for unethical practices!

Horrible. Been trying to get in touch with the Scarborough location for over a month now, they never answer their phone. They have incorrectly billed me and will never return my calls. I even left them voicemails to return my call URGENTLY which has not yet happened. Do not ever go to this place, super shady place. They definitely do not follow ethical practicing regulations

Doctors are amazing very well organized and hassle free. Came here after an accident. They have been helping out in every possible way to make sure I’m well taken care of

Alex the guy that manages this “clinic” will tell you when you come in for evaluation to exaggerate your soft tissue damages and headaches because your insurance will pay them more for your treatment. They are scammers and want you to come in for treatment way more than you need to. They are hoping you do unnecessary treatment so they can rack up a bill for you. They tell you to keep coming for treatment that’s not approved by your insurance. Their front desk girl will harass and call you telling you that you HAVE to come in for treatment. Even when you ask for your file to be closed they do not close it keep it open and try and charge you a storage fee for your file.

Extreamly Disgusted with them , they LIED to me and told me that the (3 minute) ride from my house to there office was going to be paid for by the Insurance..... Have I known that it would cost me from my settlement + $300 each way I would not of agreed ..even told them my uncle would drive me. But they insisted!!!! Driver was always late always. Only had 12 visits and end up having to pay over $5,000 in car rides. .. Also was asked by another hurt person there if I received a envelope with cash yet ..??? From Alex. What kind of Illegal stuff is going on there ...

Thieves, we are a group of people who attended this place more than 6 years ago. The lawyers took our money and this place sends letters to many of us asking for fake payments saying we are owing them money. Those who are going to have this place CLOSED is you, for being liars, scammers. STOP sending fake letters You will regret

Toronto Medical has provided me with physio for the past 2 years. I have tried several different facilities but this one was best by far. I highly recommend this physiotherapy centre. Not to mention the staff is beyond incredible and always provides me with impeccable service.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff at Toronto medical centre are super professional, pleasant and friendly. They take their time to really walk you through all your treatment plans. I’m so happy I was able to come here and get the help I needed, after an accident it so stressful, but the staff at this clinic really help relieve the stress and help put you back on your feet.

I cannot praise this rehab enough I had a case that went on for over 4 years with endless examinations and tests, my insurance company did not want to pay for any of my treatments and it was a constant battle to get them to authorize any therapy. The staff at the clinic dealt more with my insurance company then my own lawyer did, from getting the hospital to send over my xrays to insurance to making sure i get reimbursed for my pills. When my case finally settled I was left with a hefty bill for my treatments, but after talking to the clinic's manager I got a big discount and I couldn't be happier with my settlement after that. The staff really goes above and beyond for their clients.

I got referred to this place from a friend after I was involved in a car accident. The claims coordinator (Alex) has set time aside for me every time I had any questions regarding any letters or calls from my insurance company. They made the whole process so flawless from beginning to end. It’s been a long 2 years and I’m super thankful I ended up there care. I will forever proceed to support and refer friends to this wonderful establishment.

My daughter and I absolutely love it here. From the doctor, to the staff.. Most importantly the cleanliness!! We feel extremely comfortable there and everything fits our needs. Thank you TMC for always going above and beyond. I highly recommend it :)

The best treatment center for MVA and rehabilitation services.... they walked me through everything explained everything in detail they have a in-house lawyers that took care of all the paperwork for my case.... and the staff is very friendly and treatment is fast and painless im so happy I found this place very chill atmosphere and honestly a blessing love everyone that works there feels like family n at home!:)

Kedia is an exceptional & excellent massage therapist. She is extremely Professional in her work. I highly recommend her for your massages. She is a great asset to Toronto medical Center!

I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves one. From start to finish these guys were amazing. I was in a lot of pain before doing my treatments and now I can say I’m healed. They have great customer service and there great people to work with. I would highly recommend Toronto medical clinic.

Toronto Medical Centre helped me more than I can imagine. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and helped me with my recovery. They went above and beyond, and dealt directly with my insurance company. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Toronto Medical Centre.

Being in an accident for the first time was really difficult for me. I’m so grateful I was referred to Alex by one of my really close friends who’s experience was also positive. I’ve been in for treatment once a week and was given the necessary information to continue my rehabilitation at home in between appointments. The staff is always friendly and welcomed my complaining with a great attitude. Solutions and guidance always helped! Thank you!

I just want to say that this place went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I had a fracture which did not show up on my initial X-ray due to a lot of swelling and my insurance company was refusing to cover my treatment because they claimed it wasn't caused by my accident. I had a terrible roll-over accident, where else did that fracture come from?? thanks to this amazing team not only did I receive all the attention I needed to heal from my injuries, but they actually took away all the stress of dealing with my insurance company! I've since recommended my father to go there for physical therapy after his hip surgery and he's also very happy with all the services! Highly recommend to everyone!

Very professional medical doctors, with the highest qualifications in very specific fields. Really helped when it came time to testify in the court of law, because a board certified psychiatrist is able to get past what others are not able to see e.g., psychology.

My brother got into an accident a few months ago and we attended Toronto Medical Clinic. It was hard to find a good clinic to provide my brother the therapy he needed, this was the third clinic we went to and it was the perfect fit. We met with Amar and he was very patient with my brother and addressed all of his concerns and treatments. We have had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend people who have been into accidents to go here for treatment. Not only are they providing excellent care but they also helped us find an amazing and competent lawyer to help us. Thank you to the entire team at Toronto medical centre !

I had gotten into an accident and was referred to Toronto medical. The staff are very kind and professional. I had a really bad back injury and was treated with nothing but respect. The doctors did an amazing job and as time went on my aches and pains became better and better. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has gotten into an accident. They will go above and beyond to make sure they do best job possible and were very accommodating if I had to reschedule. They take their time to figure out what the best treatment will be for you. Wonderful and caring staff. The massage therapist and chiropractors really put in the time and effort to alleviate my pain. The manager Alex dealt with my insurance company appropriately and made the process very easy. Will definitely recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family!

Alex and Amar are phenomenal.. they are super helpful in explaining treatments and their staff are amazing when it comes to the treatment being provided. As someone who has gotten treatment from other clinics in the past .. I can confidently say they are the best and I couldn’t recommend a better clinic!

The best clinic in the city. I been with them for a year now and everything is just on point. They will get you back to your normal life as soon as possible and they treat you like family in the clinic!
