The four-day tour with you was very spectacular for us, especially in this "post COVID-19 time", and we know that your recommendations and suggestions allowed us to see twice as much as we could see on our own. We have visited many places that we would never have found ourselves. The daily schedule you prepared for our group was perfect, and your knowledge and information about the area has added so much to our appreciation of Quebec. Your ability to find the right spots for our photos has been remarkable, especially the hilltop villages, the mountains and green fields views, and "Wale Watching" show was just spectacular. We were so lucky to meet these miracle creatures. We were also very happy and felt safe with our brave bus driver Jack :) By the time we finished the tour, we felt like you were a friend and not a guide. Our Sourh Italy trip by Irina International Tours was amazing! We had exceptional service from every tour guide in Caserta, Pompei, Sorrento & Amalfi Coast, Ischia, Capri and Naples! The tour guides were super responsive during our trip when we had questions and needed help. Irina, our tour lead, was attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to help us. She was so kind and communicated with us daily to make sure our vacation was going well and to review our itinerary for the following day. Our transfers from city to city were easy and stress free. Our luggage was taken care of. It is not my first trip with II Tours and I knew from the moment we arrived that we were in good hands and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend the II Tours and will definitely use them again! Loved everything about this trip - we had quite aggressive schedule to see the most of highlights of the beautiful and delicious Italy and since the organization was exceptional we enjoyed our busy schedule. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Caserta was the first city we visited. Our trip to Pompei, Sorrento, Amalie Coast drive, Capri and 2 full days of natural thermal spas in Ischia were the highlights! The city of Naples was beautiful and historic. All of the transitions between cities by bus or ferry were seamlessly planned and organized. Our accommodations were all good for the locations we were in. There were plenty of great recommendations for places to visit and eat in each city. If you get the chance to work with II International you won’t be disappointed!

My mother and I decided to go for a little getaway and booked a tour with Irina International Tours to New York City and Washington, D.C. It was a 5-day trip. I would like to highlight our tour guide Andrew. He is such a wonderful and talented man. He made our experience unforgettable. He knows New York, Washington and many more places inside out. Thanks to Andrew I learnt quite a lot of new things about NYC and Washington, D.C. In terms of prices - great. Customer service - excellent. Our family would like to thank Irina International Tours for the outstanding experience, exceptional customer service, and professional manner in which everything was planned and handled. It started from the moment we were picked up at the airport on time, with a driver waiting for us with a sign, and a car parked outside. We booked day trips from Toronto and four days of French Canada. The tour guide in Toronto, Svetlana, is an exceptional speaker and historian; she knows so much about the history of Canada and her poetic delivery of her knowledge left a fantastic impression on us. All drivers on the tours were professional and knew their way around. I would like to separately highlight the tour to French Canada, that was lead by Irina herself. We felt that the company is centered around its customers, that what people think is very important to Irina, and that she is constantly thinking how to improve things and often fix issues on the spot. Irina is exceptional at handling different personalities highly professionally, and we felt that all of us were very important to her as clients. It is very rare these days to experience exceptional, well balanced customer service. My sister and I have just returned from a tour of Switzerland (June 2-10) and would like to express our gratitude for organizing and hosting this tour to both companies: Irina Tour and Open up We were very pleased with this trip! Everything went according to the program! Both guides who accompanied us on this tour (Valery and Alexei) turned out to be very erudite and knowledgeable about the history and political structure of the country, the sights of the places where the excursions took place, and in general everything connected with Switzerland! We were very pleased with the hotels in which we were settled, and their breakfasts were generally delicious! Switzerland greeted us with good weather that continued throughout our tour! A very picturesque country, with many interesting places and magnificent landscapes! We highly recommend this tour to everyone!

We went to NYC for Christmas. The excursion by itself was fine, but the comfortable bus was absolutely NOT comfortable! We are not the picky persons, but after first day of traveling my back was so sore and even 3 weeks later I still have the issues and continue my appointments with massage and physio treatments.

I strongly recommend the Whale Watching tour with "Irina International Tours" company. It was interesting, exciting and memorable 4-day trip. We visited many beautiful places and cathedrals. Irina provided us with a lot of information not only about the history of Quebec and Montreal, but also about cultural and geographical aspects of French-speaking province. We have visited breathtaking Canyon Sainte-Anne. On day 3 we went to Saguenay River and saw whales and grey seals over there. We were staying at a decent hotel. The bus was comfortable.
