Excellent personal gym. Boutique location, very private. For personal training only. Clean, with all brand new equipment. Trainers are very polite, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. They offer free assessment to try the gym.

Supportive, humble and knowledgeable staff. Clean and homey environment. I have lost 14 pounds in 5 weeks and ALL aspects of my life have improved. My one on one coaching with my trainer Sina has been progressive, respectful, fun and educational. I highly recommend joining . I have been on many diets and cardio regimes and nothing has worked like this. I have a weak knee which we also work on and I truly appreciate it. Before I looking for some gym who can help me to lose the weight. Accidentally I see this gym when I go to bank but I can say thanks God .they help me for first 5 weeks I lose 25.6 Ib. So my goal is 200 Ib and we work on it .I love to work out with them.

I had joined ENX Fitness on November 16, 2022 with the hope of losing the excess weight I had accumulated over years due to sedentary lifestyle. The ENX team have shown great support, patience and expertise in working along with me by providing the required training & meal plan along my with daily efforts to hit the gym , be it personal coaching or cardio sessions which has so far resulted in loss of 25 lb ( from November 16 to December 21 ). Feel great , light on weight while walking and doing my daily routine, could observe that it’s a combination of eating the right food and fitness training that has resulted in achieving this weight loss, the journey continues until I attain ideal weight for my height, stay positive !!
