Would've
love
to
visit
again
but
probably
never
will.
The
groomer
was
very
nice
though.
I
live
very
close
to
the
area
and
my
girlfriend
was
visiting
with
her
dog(bichon
frise
and
poodle
mix),
so
we
went
in
to
get
her
dog
groomed,
hoping
that
we
can
keep
coming
back
since
it
was
so
close.
They
informed
us
that
the
the
fee
was
$90(without
tax),
which
was
a
bit
pricey
but
we
didn't
have
a
problem
with
it.
She
also
told
us
that
the
fur
on
the
body
is
too
knotted
so
they
have
to
shave
it
off.
We've
had
other
groomers
de-matt
her
fur
when
it
was
worse
at
a
cheaper
price,
so
I
thought
it
was
weird
but
I
decided
to
go
ahead
with
shaving
her
body.
After
about
an
hour,
I
got
a
call
saying
that
since
the
back
of
her
ear,
head,
and
tail
is
matted,
she
would
have
to
de-matt
them
which
would
cost
an
additional
$10-$20.
Since
the
other
option
would
be
to
shave
them
off,
I
decided
to
give
a
go
ahead
to
de-matt
her
fur.
And
she
told
me
that
she
was
going
to
take
care
of
the
tail
and
some
parts
of
her
head
free
of
charge.
When
she
was
ready,
I
do
admit
that
the
groomer
did
a
very
good
job
grooming
her.
She
did
look
really
nice,
considering
a
lot
of
her
body
was
shaved
off
(which
I
agreed
to).
However,
I
was
a
bit
taken
aback
when
the
cashier
lady
charged
$20
to
de-matt
her
head,
ear,
and
tail.
I
told
her
that
the
tail
was
supposed
to
be
free
of
charge
but
she
stood
her
ground
saying
that
it's
what
the
groomer
said.
The
groomer
came
out
and
explained
that
the
fee
would
be
around
$10-$20,
which
made
it
seem
like
it
wasn't
the
groomer
charging
that
price,
but
the
cashier.
The
groomer
even
said
that
some
parts
of
the
dog's
head
and
tail
was
free
of
charge
so
I
wasn't
sure
why
the
cashier
decided
to
charge
the
highest
quoted
fee.
So
in
the
end,
it
ended
up
costing
$110.
The
groomer
was
very
nice
but
we
are
going
to
go
elsewhere
even
if
we
have
to
walk/travel
more.
The
whole
experience
and
inconsistency
with
the
cashier
made
me
not
want
to
do
business
with
them
again.
