This store is so clean and aesthetically pleasing! I had the coffee milk tea and black sugar milk tea and it was delicious. My friend had the taro milk tea and original which the staff suggested to her and she said it was very rich in flavour. They also use real fruit crushes for their fruit tea which is amazing. I am very happy with the experience here and will come back. Turns out they also sell ice cream, can't wait to come back to try that.

Happy to have found this gem! The owners are so sweet, the customer service is beyond amazing. They give you recommendations that are surprisingly good and something you may not normally try! We got three drinks but my boyfriend liked his maple black tea with red bean so much he finished it before we could even get home! They sell a variety of food and drinks and are kind enough to explain them to you! I can't say enough good things about this place, so just do yourself a favor and go for yourself!!

It was such a great experience , Their Tea are so refreshing They have the finest bubble tea in Toronto and specially I just love their TIRAMISU tea Highly Recommended its Better then any drinks from Starbucks. Their treats are super delicious. They also had BTS collection of Tiny Tan and Best place for ARMY so grab it .It was nice meeting Jayson and his team they are so kind and friendly, it made my day I wish to rate 100 Star for you guys and Thank you for your suggestions. Great drinks to great service to great treats! The overall experience was redefined and very pleasing! The drinks had a nice tea flavour and thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the drinks. The service every time I have been has been wonderful. Staff are always attentive, try to strike some quick convos while customers wait and suggest promos that are currently happening! Had the fat macarons as a treat and really loved them! Super tasty and they keep it in the fridge to maintain freshness and I didn’t let it warm up to to room temp but had it while the cream was still cold and the texture of the cream was amazing! Wonderful, friendly tea/smoothie place at Yonge and Finch. The prices are really reasonable, especially for the area. Lots of variety, including bubble tea, ice tea, smoothies, milk tea, ice cream, cookies, and coffee. The owner is really cool, and the staff are super nice. They speak English and Korean. Highly recommend.

Honestly not a fan - unfortunate, the people super nice! Tapioca was not good. Got a classic milk tea drink - was also not great. I might try again one day if I’m feeling I have $10 to potentially waste… unlikely though. Better luck with other bubble tea in the area.

I went there with my girlfriend once, and I noticed they didn't offer my favorite boba flavor (yogurt mango slushie) on the menu. When I pointed it out, the owner was very understanding and charitable enough to make a yogurt mango slushie just for me, proving he and his business prioritize customer satisfaction.

Hello, It was my first time buying a bubble tea at Palgong Tea. It was an absolute great experience, the employees where very friendly, nice, and gave me some good advice of which macaroon was good and looking at there special offers. I really liked how modern, clean, and aesthetic. I would definitely recommend to someone else I know to go there. I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake milk tea with grass jelly. I would definitely come again.

The vibe when you walk in is so inviting, and you can smell the deliciousness in the air. Their menu is off the charts, with a crazy variety of boba flavors. The people working there are so so friendly and kind, always down to suggest flavors. If you want to experience boba like never before, you gotta check it out. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! I loved it!

I have gone to Palgong before and I've been to this location when they first opened. I decided to give it another try yesterday and I ordered a lychee green tea. I don't know if there was something wrong with the syrup or what, but it tasted absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even drink it, and ended up throwing it away. $7 down the drain!

My favourite place and location to satisfy my bubble tea craving! The inside area is a bit small however their drinks are amazing! The staff is also very friendly and gave me recommendations on drinks I should try based on my personal taste. Overall a wonderful experience!

We were visiting TO this weekend and had Korean/Taiwanese tea at many places but this was our favourite. This location was amazing. The owners are so attentive and the drinks are delicious.

Fantastic coffee/tea shop! I’ve been looking for a simple modernized coffee shop like this for a while around the Finch station area which can provide me affordable daily refresher. Their Coffee Milk Tea is definitely my go to! Love it! Hope this store could open a bit earlier in the morning, so I can grab a drink during my morning walk. Haha.

excellent customer service. really took the time and care to understand my needs and provide great recommendations. gentleman at the front counter I believe he's the owner he was very helpful along with his coworker. gave me a free ice cream and they we're both very friendly. The tea itself was not too sweet and was at the right price. hopefully they can expand to Markham. thanks guys

Such a clean store and such rich flavours in their bubble tea! This is a must-try for everyone around the Yonge/Finch area — much better than the watered down teas from other stores!

I’ve been eyeing to try Palgong tea out for a long time. They didn’t disappoint! I ordered an original black tea milk tea and a matcha milk tea, and they were tasty just the way we wanted it to be. The two staffs were extremely friendly and kind! I would visit here often.
