Dont go The food sucks and the service is even worse. Went there for mothers day brunch and the food was horrendous. I really think that the chef did not show up that day or if he/she did, I recommend that they should really consider going back to culinary school!!!! As for service, it was extremely poor. Every time I went to the buffet station,when I got back my dirty plates were still there and I would have to call on a waitress "which took forever" to remove the plates. All in All "don't go" it sucks!!

Would not recommend. Food was tasteless and horrible. Terrible staff. The server had to come back to ask what we, table of two, ordered TWICE. When food arrived, it was "dropped off" like a fast food restaurant rather than placed down and stating which dish is which. FISH WAS VERY DRY AND TASTELESS. Highly suggest to just eat around the area and avoid this restaurant.

Went there for Summerlicious 2019 dinner menu, turned out their food was ok, the pork chop actually surprised me coz it was juicy and tender…

Pretty good place for a meal. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good food.

Went there for winterlicious with a dozen friends. Salad was good. Chicken was dry and tough. Apple crumble was suppose to be hot but it was cold. Had to pay tax on the gratuities.

I go here during winterlicious/sunmerlicious, and am always satisfied with the food and service. I always sit by the windows because I like being near the sunlight. Nice interior and decor.

Jin was exceptional. Such great service! The food was great too! We enjoyed our Winterlicious experience.

My family stayed one night at Novotel and had the breakfast buffet at the hotel’s restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Adam , our server, went above and beyond to host us and did a fantastic job entertaining our two small kids. His professionalism, demeanour and customer service was very appreciated. I must say he was the cherry on top of our family weekend getaway. Make sure you have Adam as your server as you will leave feeling the same way we did ;)

Reasonable food for a hotel restaurant

As a restaurant in a hotel, the service and the food was disappointing. Especially the communication with the staff is lacking in quality. There was event called summerlicious once when I was staying at the hotel. They apparently had a set menu based on the event which I thought was way overpriced. So I asked if they were serving anything else then they first don't understand such a simple question then they keep telling me they have an event called summerlicious like I didn't hear them the first time or I can't read those words on the menu they provided for me. In this way, I felt that they were lacking in customer service and knowing our needs. It really a type of restaurant I would typically find on the streets of the suburbs, not inside a hotel. The food is inexpensive and good enough to just have an occasional lunch with someone. But besides that, I would not go there for any other reason.

Went for Winterlicious during lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed the experience. We absolutely will come back for sure!

The general ambience of Trio is kind of relaxed. Seems like a place to meet up with a colleague. I actually went there for winterlicious this year and found the food okay. The appetizers and entree were good but felt like it was missing something. However the cannolis were amazing! The servers were pleasant as well. Cocktails were pretty mediocre.

5 stars for the service and 4 for the food. I had breakfast but the server went way over and above to make everything perfect. Had dinner there last winter and enjoyed it as well. Service at that time wasn't great, which is why I am giving a full 5 stars.

Trio restaurant is absolutely amazing! The staff are outstanding, and the food is so delicious and of high quality. Chef Joseph went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and special dietary needs for a private event that we held in the restaurant. Special thanks to Andrea, the Food and Beverage Manager and Kimia, the Events Co-ordinator, for their exceptional service. They were so wonderful in every way. Our server, Peth, took fantastic care of us on the day of the event. The whole team was so wonderful, and I would not hesitate to book another event at Trio. Thank you Trio team!!
