This was an amazing experience! The staff, elves, Mrs. Claus, Santa, the lights, the games and fantastic performances were all top notch. You get a fun, joyous ride through a magical trail and the tidbits in between were the icing on the cake. We got milk and cookies, photo op with Santa, and even a gift card at the end. Highly recommend - and don’t forget to play their curated Christmas Trail playlist! Well worth the money! Be on time (online) to get your tickets - they sell out FAST (within seconds). It is worth it. Only including a few photos because I don’t want to ruin the experience for anyone! Edit: I’m seeing so many negative reviews because tickets sell out fast. I’d hope people have the ability to reflect that this is not the organizers fault or problem, it’s completely out of their control. People are waiting just like you to get tickets and your anger ‘should’ be geared toward that and not rating the organizers (who are doing this for charity…) poorly when it’s completely out of their control.

Absolutely the best damn interactive Christmas drive through I've ever seen!!! Highly recommend. Cookies and mike, carolers, story time, games, Santa... all from your car. They even took a pic and emailed it to me real time!!! WOW WOW WOW!

An amazing experience! The elf’s were amazing, especially blinky at the start! Everything was amazing and got us in the holiday spirit. Tickets are hard to get because triangle reward members have early access. But just keep refreshing and tickets will appear as people time out. I would go again next year just for the experience

It’s good but don’t expect some cirque du soleil type show. The people working here are dedicated to making the experience as enjoyable as possible for the kids. Each stop they have a little show and each one they put effort into making as real as possible. The people working here have to do that every single time a car comes past. My son loved it and for the ticket price nobody should be complaining.

So charming and tons of fun. Much better than the other drive through we went to. Less expensive and the fee goes to their Jumpstart charity. Gorgeous setting in Black Creek Pioneer Village. Highly recommend.

After 3 years trying to get tickets and a crazy weekend, we completely lost track of time and missed our entrance time! We threw the kids in the car, drove across the city and hoped for a Christmas miracle, arriving 30 minutes late. After apologizing profusely, the staff was just awesome and let us take our spot in line. We had a fabulous time. The characters were great, the scenes were fantastic, the lights were beautiful and the kids just loved it all! We had a really great time and highly recommend it- but we also recommend arriving on time!! Merry Christmas!

This was truly a magical trail. The whole set up was so well organized, colorful and beautifully created. Throughout the trail, we were greeted by and entertained by elves.. from being sung to by a choir by the mill, to Mrs Claus reading us a story to two really excited elves taking us through a game show. The most amazing part of all was Santa’s workshop which went across the bottom of the Jane and Steeles bridge. Because I am a local, I was marveling at the fact that I drove over the magic of Santa’s North Pole toy shoppe every single day. Amazing! I wish the tickets were easier to come by.. unless you have a special code, it is next to impossible to secure tickets. As the driver of the vehicle, I had hoped to return as a passenger so I could fully enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, I was unable to book tickets again, even after spending hours on three separate Mondays trying to access the online ticket site.

Amazing experience! Super interactive and so much fun for kids and adults! It’s not that long but it takes about 30-40 min to go through the whole trail. Amazing displays and lights—super magical for the holidays. Tickets are impossible to get but totally worth all the effort! I would come back next year for sure! Loved the special treat they give of milk and cookies!

I got on the website extra early and kept refreshing until the tickets were up at exactly 10:30 am and got the time and date I wanted. Went there today and it was a very magical and welcoming experience! My family loved the friendly elves, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, the ballerina and the singers. You also get a photo sent to you which was the cherry on top! Overall highly recommend it to anyone!

My friend and I had a blast taking her nieces to experience the Christmas trail. There was magic around every turn as we were surrounded by beautiful lights and displays, and greeted by cheerful elves. The highlight of our night was definitely the milk & cookies and meeting Santa Claus. Also, the Christmas playlist that was provided was an awesome bonus and really put us in the festive spirit. It's truly a magical experience for all ages!

This was an amazing experience. Although tickets are limited and sell out very fast, it makes it worth it, since there’s no waiting in line. Super interactive. The actors really made it a magical experience. This is by far one of the best Christmas drive thru’s I’ve been to. Extremely detail oriented. Definitely would recommend!

The event was very well organized from beginning to end. Although the ticket purchase is time sensitive, all questions via e-mail was responded to within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone at the trail was pleasant and communicated directions clearly. The characters in the show displayed great enthusiasm and dedication. The display of lights was orchestrated beautifully and truly represented the Christmas spirit! Wonderful that the proceeds support the Jumpstart program!

Honestly, I’m so disappointed that people are complaining about the ticket wait time! If you actually get to visit the trail it makes complete sense as to wait they only have a certain amount of tickets (and naturally if lots of people are buying them it’s a luck system - you either get them or you don’t.. better luck next year!) but rating this trail 2 ⭐️’s just because you waited for tickets (and maybe didn’t get any) is doing it a complete disservice. It’s 1/2 hour per car because it’s an interactive event! You stop at checkpoints and the actors interact with you, first we got delicious cookies and milk, then we went through the trail, met additional elves, Mrs.Claus and eventually got a pic with Santa too! Such a beautiful and fun experience!! Would definitely recommend to visit if you can! Great job Canadian Tire and staff!!

Such a fun experience & appreciate that it is driveable (verses all the walking trails that are so overly crowded and cold!) the tickets are hard to get but that’s what happens with any event in Toronto that is high in demand, will definitely try again next year as it’s organized so well. I appreciated how kind all the staff were; from the workers letting you into the trail to the actual elves working inside. The extra bonuses for the trail were a great surprise ( spoiler - has been mentioned below but reiterating the cookies/milk were delicious & the end picture was a great way to finish the night)

👍👍 I tried this place at the recommendation of my friends, and I would love to visit it again. Everyone at the restaurant was nice, and they gave me a little dessert because it was my first time there! The food was of high quality and just as expected. The server we had came by often to check if we we...
