Wanted to visit a Doctor for me and my husband, but had to change my mind due to the receptionist that picked up my phone. Rude behaviour and the way she talked to us was upsetting. If the authorities are seeing this message, train her to behave cordial or just replace her. She sounds like we are asking for a favour from her and she is the owner who will permit me if i will get help or not. Now I have understood why some doctors has no place to accept new patients and this place has spaces to have more. Also asked for some information if the Doctor speaks my language and she refused to give me any information in a bad manner. No words to say.

I have been a patient here for a short time (since last summer 2021) and my experience so far has not been the best. Dr Rahman is kind and I'm grateful to have a family doctor I can at least see for basic (and I mean basic) treatment, but I'm not fully confident with the service especially in terms of more concerning issues. I was connected to this office via Health Care Connect but as soon as I find elsewhere I just may leave. I got a Pap test by Dr Rahman this past January and it was.. complicated. She had to redo the test twice in 1 sitting (brutal!) because she claimed she could not see my cervix. After we finally finished she said "I scraped what I could for what I could see. in case results don't come up properly I'll refer you elsewhere" for a THIRD Pap test good grief. Luckily it worked out but this has never happened to me before. It's always been seamless. I was under a lot of distress during the whole thing. Couple months later I was told I needed another one scheduled for August. I eventually phoned in to schedule and doctor was on vacation so it was set for this September. I check in on the scheduled day and reception didn't even have my appointment on file. Luckily I was able to get one after only waiting 5 mins or so. I go in to meet with Dr Rahman and she tells me I do not need a pap till 2024. Okay. So the pap didn't happen. Speaking of reception.. very slack. There's about 2 or 3 women who work the front desk and communication does not seem to happen regularly. I missed a call from them so I return it about an hr later. The lady claims she does not know why I was phoned. This has happened twice now. The second time this happened I mention I was waiting on blood test results so maybe that was the reason I was contacted. She said "I'm not sure." Eventually call ended so I went about my weekend. I ended up discovering a voicemail from the one who originally phoned and it was in fact, for my blood test results. There is no reason why a whole weekend should pass without me knowing my lab results due to one person on the team unable to figure out why I was phoned. You ask me for my health card #, full name and DOB to verify who I am in order to see my file but can't pull up a single note written down in it? No call backs scheduled? The team is small. It's at least 3 people total in the office at a time (2 receptionists, 1 doctor). You can't contact your colleague to figure out why I was phoned? I would've been satisfied with "I don't see a note here for why we called but let me figure that out through the other receptionist. Is it okay if I phone you back or email?" It's health care for goodness sake. A lot of these cases are time sensitive and should be treated with reasonable urgency. It also feels like the doctor does not even try to remember KEY details about me (it's written on my file!) or at least act like it and skim through notes as we go. There has been 1 main health issue I've ever really come in to speak to her about over several months, which I've shared to her continuously. She still asks me the same questions as if she's learning about it for the first time. Mind you this does not happen every visit, but it's been a few times after seeing her for a fair amount of time. I promise you can find better and deserve better than here. Myself included. This practice should be visited if options are scarce

Never ever choose to select Dr Aram as your family doctor or don't even go for a walk in. She has no empathy and will discuss only one issue in an appointment. For ex., If you have headache and knee ache she will discuss only about headache. And I gotta wait for days to get another appointment to discuss about my knee ache. Such a money minter!

If I could give less stars I would. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have ever encountered. I was never introduced she just started talking about the test I needed. She seemed to only care about the money and not the issues I was having. She argued with me about why this was needed and wouldn’t listen to my explanation, even calling it lame. On top of everything, I requested she put gloves on when she went to administer the shot I needed (this was after she touched my dirty phone), she refused and argued with me about it. I ended up leaving and will never be going back.

Their online hours indicated they would be open but when I arrived there was a note taped on the door indicating that they were closed until 1:30 for lunch. We waited the half hour and when they were open the receptionist said there weren't any doctors in the clinic but she could book a phone consultation several hours from now or go to the hospital emergency room. I'm not impressed.

Terrible place hardly pick up the phone and if anyone does answer the phone they hang up no call backs and voice messages go ignored. Not such professional, ethical or knowledgeable physicians. I do not recommend. Dr. Rahman is not nice and her sidekick Sonya is rude, ignorant she has no manners on how to talk to patients and disrespects them.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Aram Zakerzadeh. She not only falsified medical documents but lost other medical documents that I was able to retrieve again back at the hospital thankfully. She is very rude and degrading based off how you look although I am sure this is prejudice behaviour. Non professional and incompetent to say the least. If you have a serious health condition I advise you not to go here if you need quality medical care, because you will not receive it under this doctor.

Dr Mahfuza Rahman was terrible. She was not soft with the pap test at all. She was harsh and in a rush and didn't answer my related question because there were walk-in patients waiting! She said she would answer me if the clinic were empty. Suggested to make an appt again for my short question. I'll never go again.

Excellent Service from Dr. Zakerzadeh and her team at the Cliffwood Clinic. I transferred my medical file to my new family doctor (Dr. Aram Zakerzadeh). She is extremely polite, professional, and does a very good job with you necessary laboratory, diagnostic imagining and specialist referrals. The clinic is small, but the staff do their job very well, this includes setting up the appoitments, sending text message reminders, and sending out the referral and requisition forms. I short, my past few months experience has been a great one, and I recommend Dr. Aram. 100%

Do not go here! Unless this is your absolute LAST RESORT. The office has a layout from the 80s, additionally the doctor was very unprofessional, she came in my room and left the door open while asking me private questions, with someone else sitting right outside the room. In addition the doctor was not patient and instead of trying to identify the root cause of my symptoms she pretty much told me to take over the counter medications. I pretty much wasted my time going here and will be going to a next doctor in hopes of getting better help.

I had pap smear test with Dr Rahman. She was so kind. Unlike my previous family physician she hears patient and spend time. Since it was my first time she kindly take my hand and ease my mind before test.

Dr. Aram Zakerzadeh has been our family doctor (my husband and I). She is not only very kind, polite, and caring but very professional in the sense that she takes time to explain the issue to her patients carefully, in simple terms, and understandable. If you need to refer to a specialist, she definitely would do it without any delay. She is very compassionate. We are so appreciative of her works. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mahfuza, Rahman is so amazing. She always makes sure to call me asap if i have any problem. She is amazing. She had prescribed me all medication and gave me requisitions and referrals to make sure my health is followed closely especially because I am pregnant and high risk. I thank Dr. Rahman for being such a patient and understanding doctor.

The doctors license should’ve be canceled horrible people came to take TDAP for my wife the doctor said they are not interested in giving this vaccine. When you are not interested in giving a simple vaccine please give up your license and stay home as soon as i told I don’t have health card they didn’t want to help me i said i can pay for it but still did not help i would recommend not to go to this walk-in clinic in any circumstances. I Would definitely report them to doctors association.

I had great existences each time I went there, and also over the phone consultations. Dr.Mahfuza Rahman is very knowledgeable. I must mention about the staff of this clinic, it’s a good team. Specifically, her assistant Ms. Sonia is so polite, caring, comfortable talking, and fully patient focused. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Rahman. Thanks.
