Staff is super rude! They almost lost my swab test. The doctor had to call me to calm me down since my surgery is the next day and needed the PCR test result. The staff needed some training and be more patient as it reflects the whole team when one of the staff started yelling and calling me names. Super disappointed with their staff!

Reliable service and quick result! I initially went to another place and was told that I needed a serology test to travel to the US. Even though I did research prior and did not believe that is what I needed, I trusted what I was told. It turns out that the information I was told was wrong and I could not make my flight. When I came to Rapid Clinic, everyone was very helpful. I got the my result as I was heading back to the airport. The report was even reviewed and signed off by a physician. The other place I went to did not even have a doctor's name anywhere on the report or at the clinic. Highly recommend Rapid Clinic.

Great service - the nurse was very kind and friendly during the process. With an appointment made ahead of time online, we were in-and-out in 7 minutes for $149 tax included. We went in around 3PM, and got our results back before 1PM the next day. The swab itself was processed by Mount Sinai Hospital for PCR testing.

Highly recommend this clinic for a rapid covid test, especially on short notice. This was the only location I could find in all of Toronto with open appointments on a Sunday. I received my test results in 2 hours and 10 minutes. Registration is free online and you pay a reasonable rate at the clinic. Staff was very kind and professional.

I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and they were so kind and accommodating when I called! They picked up the phone almost immediately both times I called. Truly was in and out within 5 minutes, the quickest COVID PCR test I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!

If I can give more than 5 stars, I will not hesitate to do it. This team is professional, they went beyond all my expectations. I was on a tight position in a need of a 36 hr PCR and they kept communicating with me over hours to meet all my deadlines. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

For Japanese travellers who need a PCR test for back to country, this is the place you are looking for. Most of the drugstores way of PCR test or way of taking a sample, Japan gov won’t accept it. The location isn’t in downtown but their service and attitude are great. Also you can get the result right on time.

I went to the downtown location on 17 Stephanie St. I arrived for my 9am appointment, and no one was there,no lights, nothing. Emailed them and they didn’t provide any kind of apology.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Booking the appointment online was easy and I was able to get in the same day. The staff were highly professional and well organized. The person who took my sample patiently explained what I could expect, and the entire process was made very comfortable by her kind demeanor. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 10 minutes - they already had all of my information from the online application, so it was simply a matter of checking that everything matched the data in my passport. I paid the extra $20 to get same day results. I was promised that I would get my PCR test results before 9:00 p.m. - they arrived in my inbox at 8:30. Even with the extra $20 charge, this was still less expensive than any other place I could find, and offered a MUCH faster turnaround time. The only downside for me was that I had to drive 2 hours to get to the clinic, but the treatment I received made the trip well worth it. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
