I’ve
been
a
member
of
the
Apex
Training
Center
for
over
1
year
and
during
that
time
I’ve
completed
over
175
group
fitness
classes
and
approximately
20
personal
training
sessions.
The
Apex
Training
Center
is
a
highly
equipped
and
high
performance
gym
that
focuses
on
increasing
the
strength,
mobility
and
conditioning
of
its
members.
Since
joining
Apex
I’ve
learned
an
immense
amount
of
knowledge
on
proper
form,
lifting
and
strength
developing
techniques.
I
also
gained
approximately
10-12
pounds
of
lean
muscle
and
I
progressed
from
being
able
to
do
just
6
to
13
consecutive
chin
ups.
After
completing
9
personal
training
sessions
over
a
4
month
period
the
Apex
coaches
helped
me
achieve
a
muscle
up
on
a
straight
bar.
Completing
a
muscle
up
was
a
goal
I
had
for
myself
for
many
years.
I
would
not
have
been
able
to
learn
a
muscle
up
without
the
facilities,
support
and
personal
attention
from
the
Apex
coaches.
The
Saturday
mobility
classes
at
Apex
are
my
personal
favorite.
During
the
Apex
mobility
classes
I
dramatically
increased
my
flexibility.
I
learned
how
to
do
the
pistol
squat
and
even
learned
how
to
hold
a
headstand.
The
Apex
group
classes
schedule
and
the
MindBody
booking
application
is
really
convenient.
I
was
able
to
easily
fit
in
3-6
group
classes
in
a
week
without
compromising
my
work
/
life
balance.
The
group
fitness
classes
also
gave
me
an
opportunity
to
build
friendships
with
other
healthy,
talented
and
strong
people
that
believe
in
physical
fitness.
These
friendships
gave
me
a
sense
of
accountability,
commitment
and
encouragement
that
made
training
very
enjoyable
and
rewarding.
The
group
fitness
classes
was
something
that
I
looked
forward
to
after
work
every
day.
The
group
fitness
class
follow
expertly
created
programming
that
maximize
the
training
value
of
every
second
of
the
one
hour
session.
The
strength
class
programming
target,
isolates
and
strengthen
specific
muscle
groups
and
the
conditioning
class
programing
test
and
push
cardiovascular
limits
and
endurance.
I
would
not
be
able
to
train
as
effectively
or
consistently
alone.
I
would
strongly
recommend
a
membership
at
the
Apex
Training
center
to
anyone
willing
to
commit
to
strengthening
their
body
and
improving
their
health
and
wellbeing.
