    The gym here is the cleanest and neatest of all the gyms I've seen in Toronto. Not only is the environment high-end, but the equipment is disinfected every time it is used. The boss is very nice! Personal trainers are very responsible! I am an international student, and I have personally tested that as long as you persist, there is no reason why you won’t lose weight! I highly recommend everyone to come here for fitness!

    The club is so amazing. The training is so professional and helpful. They help me lost 4kg fat and my BFR reduced to 24%. I will keep going on this club

    This gym has been asked on numerous times to not bang their weights as it affects the units above it which are residential. They have no respect or considerations for their neighbours!!!! Please do not go here unless you know how to respect others.
