go
to
this
metro
for
my
daily
groceries
(or
went
I
should
say),
as
it
is
the
closest
to
me.
I
wouldn’t
say
they
were
good
or
bad
up
until
today
as
there
has
been
some
minor
issues;
but
not
to
the
extent
where
I
would
shop
else.
I
can
be
seen
there
nearly
every
weekday,
and
sometimes
and
weekends
getting
the
same
chicken
combo
with
two
items.
It’s
been
part
of
my
daily
routine.
There
has
been
the
odd
inconvenience
in
relation
to
culterly,
and
sometimes
the
food
being
dry.
I’ve
noticed
the
food
has
become
drier
and
direr,
to
the
extent
where
the
rice
is
crispy.
This
particularly
happens
when
the
manager
with
the
black
hair,
who
wears
a
cross
is
working.
Today
the
food
was
intolerable,
but
worse
the
service.
He
refused
to
refund
chicken
that
was
insanely
dry.
There
was
no
mosture
in
this
chicken
at
all,
it
was
almost
like
sandpaper.
He
said
because
I
abd
eaten
some
of
the
sides.
Excuse
me?
I
still
have
to
drive
back
to
get
the
refund,
that
should
never
had
been
required
anyway.
No
apology
or
anything,
poor
dismissive
body
language
and
domenour.
Even
if
he
has
offered
me
half
my
money
back
I
wouldn’t
had
made
this
review,
although
I’d
argue
that
would
not
be
ideal.
It
seems
the
food
inspectors
should
visit
this
place,
so
I
will
be
contacting
the
city
as
this
food
was
honestly
concerning.
It’s
really
astonishing
that
this
person
is
the
manager.
Incredibly
frustrating,
do
not
go
here,
and
do
not
use
their
food
bar.
This
is
the
second
time
I’ve
had
signifant
concerns
about
their
food,
which
is
to
a
greater
extent
of
the
food
being
dry.
The
1/5
stars
for
this
‘manager’
is
generous,
the
service
was
far
lower.
