    100% the worst Bell store in Canada. Borderline terrible, mean people here. Most unprofessional "workers" I've ever met. Went to return my device early (Device Return Option). Immediately met with eyes looking around at each other (meaning no-one wanted to do it, since it's not a sale / no commission for them). One employee pulled up my profile, and said: "Oh hmm, I don't think I can return it before the agreement ends". She turned to her co-worker, asked for a fake clarification, and they both said: "Yeah it's true, unless you upgrade your phone, then we can't do it. What's your phone model? Oh yeah that phone? Sell it on Kijiji". I'm not dumb. I know I can return the phone and pay the remaining balance. Aw, boohoo, you didn't make a sale? You didn't make that commission? Cry me a river. Do your job instead of being stuck up and rude at people over lost money. Manager needs to put their staff in some basic manners classes. Clearly not competent enough to deal with the general public. Pathetic.

    Got phone deal with 75GB of data at $65.00 unlimited data. Mr Fernando was very helpful suggested new plan and offers.

    One of the most memorable experience I have ever had getting a new cell phon. Tony not only made this experience hassle free but has renewed my faith in bell. With customer service experts like him, Bell can only get better

    LIARS.. Amir made me pay extra money twice. I pre ordered pixel 8 pro, then without informing he cancelled my pre order-and charged 60$ for activation,It was on my bill later but it should not be there. Then next time I returned the phone I saw in the bill 60$ extra again....So in total it's 120$. He closed my line and opened new again.And other manager whispered to him to open the new line! Amir good luck working there making extra cents lying to people like that..

    Absolutely useless. Waited in line for 45mins only to be told I could not drop my phone off for warranty until the other 6 people ahead of me showed up to make a claim. I was literally at the front of the line. Funny thing was there was a single employee at the service counter waiting on a large lineup while 3 employees stood doing nothing at the checkout counter. Absolutely pathetic service.

    I was assisted by Tomas! What a fantastic Rep, loved how patient and accomodating he was with our questions and confusion on deals. Absolutely loved purchasing from Bell and from a CSR like that. I got a decent deal as well, thanks for the best service!

    I am so happy with the excellent customer service from the guys Amir and Waqar. Both did an amazing job to switch me from Fido to Bell. I highly recommend them for any Bell products they give you the best deals.

    Fortunately, during my last visiting there weren't phones which I wanted to buy. Therefore, I couldn't transfer my number to their line. However, the staff were polite. To sum up, my recommendation is checking information before visiting

    I was at this location last year to change my internet service provider, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I interacted with an agent who was friendly and caring and helped me choose the best package that suited my needs. His name was Waqar. He also listened to me carefully and answered all my questions with patience. He seemed very knowledgable and nice. I enjoyed my visit to Bell Yorkdale thanks to Waqar and his professionalism. I recommend everyone, if you go to Bell Yorkdale, make sure you ask for War as he won't disappoint you.

    Tony Giang from the Yorkdale store is deserving of 10 stars and two thumbs up for the exceptional customer service he provided in guiding us through the daunting task of upgrading 4 phones and transferring them from another carrier over to Bell! He went above and beyond any service I’ve ever experienced within the Canadian retail telecom market. He transformed a traditionally anxiety provoking, at times tearful experience (literally) task for the consumer, into a smooth process, even making himself available on his day off to answer our questions and ensure the porting of each line happened flawlessly. Thank you!!!

    Terrible store, after trying to upgrade my devices (2) this store was just unprofessional and gives other bell stores a bad reputation. You would think every store would follow the exact protocol, but they don’t and these guys are rude and didn’t want to help. Been a customer for over 5y and I don’t mind the service but when it comes time to upgrade or exchange this store always seems to be the worst. They could make you walk over to the other service providers really quickly. Sad Walked over to Tbooth and got what I needed to be completed in a timely manor…… BELL MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

    Smooth experience from Canada’s biggest provider. Hitesh helped me to find out what is the best option for me and I ended up bundling couple of services to benefit most. He didn’t even just helped but he took extra steps to get me the best offers and all the possible discounts. If you are trying to find the products that suit your needs the most, he is your guy.

    Great experience yesterday! The sales representative Ranga Fernando helped my husband and I to get the best deal and after our purchase (the store almost closing) he didn’t dismiss us before being sure we understood everything about the device and all aspects of our Bell’s new choice plan. Also Realisa helped another customer beside us to get solution in his phone. Same attention, same nice person. I’m so thankful for all of these nice customer service - so rare to see it nowadays.     Im giving a 5 star rating not to Bell but to one of it's exceptional young agent that went far above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in getting a new cell phone. His name his Brendan Morris and he works at the Yorkdale Bell Center. Brendan spent practically his entire sift on the phone, calling one department after another to resolve my issue; even when they gave him the run around he stucked with it. It took me the entire day to get my phone, but if it wasn't for Brendan patients and persistence, I would have walked out of the store without a phone. This is one customer service agent that Bell should be thankful to have in their employment.

    EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE So I was in the process of getting telephone services with Bell. I was asked by another department of Bell to come into a store to bring a piece of ID and a proof of address. I walked into the store and explained my situation to two of the associates working there. A guy by the name of Tomas and lady who’s name I didn’t get said they couldn’t help. So I called the bell number that told me to go into the store and after they validated me they asked to speak to someone in the store. I approached the other associate Tomas and asked “can you help me? They need to speak to someone from the store” and he said “ I can’t help you” and I was so shocked to hear that. He (Tomas) then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help me because he needed to go to the front to not let more people in. I thought the store reached capacity even though there was only 3 clients in the store. The lady who’s name I didn’t get was at this point helping someone else. There was another associate but he was also helping someone. As I stood in the store on the phone waiting for an associate, Tomas the person who told me he COULD NOT help because he couldn’t let more people in had no problem assisting another customer who came to the door 5 minutes later despite me being there before waiting for some assistance. I was shocked and couldn’t believe my eyes that he had refused to help me, then gave me some excuse and just went about helping someone else even though I had been there for almost 30 minutes. Thankfully another associate came from the back (lunch room or bathroom) and happily asked how he could help me. Ragan his name is was super friendly and helpful. I explained the situation to him and he agreed it was unprofessional. Once I was done I was about to leave the store and saw Tomas wasn’t doing anything and I approached him to ask for a simple explanation as to why he refused to help me and he just gave me the excuse that he had to watch the door so therefore couldn’t help me, but he had no problem helping someone else even though he had to be at the “front”. I asked him about it and he got all defensive and said “I’m not doing this with you” I left with such a sour taste because I’m switching companies to come to bell and all I get is people not wanting to serve me. I felt super uncomfortable with the way I was treated by that Tomas associate. They only reason im even giving 1 star is because of that associate who helped me. If you choose Bell take your business to another store.

    Our visit to Bell superstore at Yorkdale Mall this morning was beyond my greatest experience. Our sales representative was the person who made our visit, very very pleasant. He was absolutely amazing in all aspects. He knew how to sell the product, not to mention ,how to make sure his customer was getting the best deal possible on whatever it was they're looking for. He deserves 10 stars 🌟, not 5. God Bless him!

    The sales rep David! I cannot say how much we loved having him help us. He was so efficient at what he does and how much helped my husband and I. And bonus saved us a lot of money. We were dreading how long it would have taken us to get everything sorted over the phone but David managed everything so perfectly. No hassle and no long wait. The store was clean, Covid protocol was enforced and best of all they had the best employee ever! Thank you David for helping us.     Today I went to Bell Yorkdale for a new iPhone. Had my old phone for 6 years so I was a little anxious - luckily David was the sales consultant who helped me. He showed me the iPhone 12 which was a big move up but I love it! Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable and professional but very patient and explained everything slowly. He saved us quite a bit by going over our Bell bill. We are very loyal customers and David is an exceptional staff member. My experience was great - five stars David!

    I am posting this review because of my 1st rate customer experience with Eshu. ( I think last name Paul) at the Bell store at Yorkdale Plaza in Toronto. Eshu is extremely smart, knowledgeable, logical and used his brain to solve a phone problem that no one else has been able to solve for 2 years. He has the added bonus of setting the absolute Gold standard in customer service. Thank you so much for your assistance today Eshu . I will be returning to Bell Yorkdale only to deal with Eshu. Thank you Bell and especially for the excellent service today.

    After Rogers network issues and decided to port out my 3 numbers to other carriers. Visit the Bell store today and unprofessionally looked at me and no word to say Hello or Hi. Their eyes are on there phones and it seems like just tried to kill the time to finish their shift. At the end of the day, went to Tbooth and activate 3 lines. Please compare with Tbooth before making a decision to activate the lines.

    We were trying to open an apple watch standalone plan for our son but ended up with very bad experiences. Staffs were very poor at explanation and they had a very bad service attitude. it was very disappointed compared to other supplier just beside them.

    The staff members here are absolutely clueless and don't seem knowledgeable about anything Bell sells. I returned my defective internet modem (that I figured out). Then, I had to assemble a missing dongle at the store. This is after I drove home 25km away and back to to Yorkdale mall (Because Bell's support insist I go back to this Yorkdale store). They all just stand around checking their phones just counting the minutes before punching out. Please avoid this place if you value your sanity and peace of mind. Go to a local Kiosk - or better yet support another local internet service provider that will treat you with respect. You've been warned.

    I went in to get new mobility plans for my phone. I was reassured 3-4 times that the number would be transferred in 10-15 mins, you guessed it that never happened. I waited nearly 2 hours for the "manager" get to this working. At the end of the they had no choice but to either "go back to rogers" or cancel. Definitely quoting that back to Bell Corporate Honestly my own fault for waiting and giving a benefit of doubt , so beware that these guys have no idea what they are doing, if you find yourself waiting for 30 mins plus just walk out, they don't have an answer and wont until "servers from rogers" stop erroring out. Don't be like me, don't waste an evening here ITT: went in with a working phone number, and after 60 bucks and 2 hours walked about with a phone that didn't work
