Staff were fabulous!!! The decor is beautiful and the food delicious! I can't wait to go back! I want to eat everything on the menu. The service was quick, the staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The only problem was picking what to have!

One of best cafes to visit in Jesmond. We took: 1. Spiced Chai: it was superb - the cinnamon was particularly fantastic; 2. Raspberry Iced Tea: it was good and refreshing, but not the best in the World of course 3. Nutella Crêpe: be aware that it is not listed in the menu, but they still serve it. Personally I prefer it, and it was good enough. I would like also to thank the staff for being welcoming.

Had a fantastic visit here with my daughter and dog. The staff were amazingly friendly welcoming us in and moving things about as they were busy and full with a nice table outside in the sun We were both served very quickly with our crepe and frape which were very nice and could easily of had a second 😀 My dog was fussed over, brought a fresh water bowl and some treats of her own. I couldn't fault them and will definitely be back again

Well, all we were after was to try an iced coffee and Google maps led us here. The staff were incredible and squeezed us in ..out table was booked for a hour ahead in time from when we arrived. They are attentive and friendly. Our coffees arrived quickly and so did our food. My food was so good I started chuckling. I tasted my partner's eggs Benedict and it also blew my mind. I live for finding surprises and good adventures. If you want good food ...the choices are extensive. The coffee is bang on. You won't regret it.

This place is amazing! The menu is lovely with a huge variation of food and drink! They’re so creative and I’ve honestly never seen the savoury crepe elsewhere. It’s soooo delicious. I highly recommend this cafe, you’ll never regret! I’d recommend that if you feel starving, just come by the cafe as their food portions are large and 🤤

What an amazing hidden gem! I absolutely love little finds like this. My best friend recommended this place and I think it’s safe to say it was one of the best recommendations! The menu is absolutely massive with such a huge variation of drinks and dishes to choose from, you are completely spoilt for choice! I ordered the Eggs Florentine in a crepe with smoked salmon, something I’ve never had nor seen anywhere else but it was incredibly delicious and made to perfection! (The only constructive criticism I would give is, please use bigger plates!) I would highly highly recommend this wonderful cafe, you will not be disappointed.

Can't wait to return! The 2 stack of American pancakes with strawberry and Nutella were divine, my celiac friend ordered the gluten free banana and Belgian chocolate crepes and both of us have remained full the entire day. I also had a teacake but truly had to squeeze this in! The owner was chatty and welcoming, you truly felt valued as a customer.

Awesome experience, choices were great food was amazing. Staff were lovely, will definitely be visiting again. Dog friendly with a doggy menu too. Peanut butter latte, Stars and Stripes breakfast but swapped the hash browns for black pudding. Kids loved the pancakes. Not open Mon-Tue.

What a find! Firstly- book a table if you're going on Saturday. Secondly- get a variety!! Kind, accommodating staff mixed with a cosy cafe and great food. The Healthy One granola featured below was light and tasty. The Ploughmans sandwich was filling and the eggs florentine gallette was creamy. Then the crepes were light, rammed with filling and all that with drinks was £40!! For 3 of us! What a perfect little place, especially after a walk down the Dene

It was busy and ate outside but it was worth it! My gluten free crepes were really good. I had a savory and a sweet one. The selection of teas is also great.

Visited Monsieur Crepe Cafe for the first time Friday 16th September. Definitely won't be the last! It was busy, but managed to get a table (will book for next time). Staff were all lovely. Great atmosphere, so chilled and friendly. Our cooked breakfasts did not disappoint. Every item was cooked to perfection! Coffees lovely too. Great experience and can't wait to visit again. Have come for breakfast on a nice peaceful Saturday morning. Entering, we are warmly greeted by the lovely staff and led to our reserved table, as its such a popular venue. There is a wide variety of options available for breakfast and the food was beautifully cooked. I'll come for dinner time one day but I'm sure it will be of the same high quality all round no matter the time of day. Everything is very clean and our young daughter has been catered to very nicely.

Awesome place, we didn't make a reservation because we just searched for a cafe on the spot. They were so nice to accommodate us on a very busy sunday. Food is absolutely delicious. First time having a galette, loved the pastry. The chef choices are also the best on the menu. Will definitely visit again whenever I am in Newcastle.

We had breakfast at the weekend and I cannot give high enough praise! The food was exceptional (we all had different and delicious breakfasts as well as crepes). The staff were just outstanding. They engaged with our children and bent over backwards to make our time with them enjoyable. You will be hard pushed to find a friendlier set of staff. The owners were great and their staff really are a credit to them. You get the feeling that they are all so happy at work. Will definitely be back and soon!

Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly and on top of things. Stars and stripes: Hash browns, bacon and sausages were lovely. Pancakes seems like they had been left out on a hot plate for too long so they were super dry. Poached eggs: The ratio of bread to eggs was completely off. Way too much bread considering the tiny size of eggs. Eggs were also overcooked so quite disappointing.

Another fabulous Yoga Social at Monsieur Crepe. Such a gorgeous cafe, food is amazing, menu is fab & staff are so friendly & helpful. This really is a hidden gem, if you have never been get yourself along. When it’s warm enough you have the option of sitting outside. Huge bonus that also dog friendly, dogs welcome inside and out.

Myself, my mam and sister visited today for Christmas afternoon tea which was amazing! Whenever we are wanting to book afternoon tea the first place we go to to book is Monsieur Crepe - we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The food is amazing, the staff are so polite and helpful and Marc and Gary are so welcoming to all of their customers!

Booked for a bite to eat before an event at benfield sports centre and really pleased we did. Beautiful cafe, warm inviting atmosphere, excellent service and the food was delicious. It was excellent that they cater for gluten and dairy free so one of our party could enjoy their meal with us. Would absolutely recommend
