After
visiting
your
store
on
22.09.23
with
the
intention
of
purchasing
the
Modern
Flame
1400
inset
fire.
Reason
for
choosing
your
store
was
due
to
the
fact
we’re
local
and
would
much
rather
“see
before
I
buy”
and
also
get
the
service
I’d
expect
buying
a
£800
fire
as
well
as
support
a
small
business.
To
be
honest,
we
are
completely
appalled
with
the
greeting
and
service
we
had
when
we
arrived.
I
arrived
with
my
mum
and
2
children
who
were
being
very
well
behaved
considering
they
are
2
and
under!
We
walked
in
and
felt
like
a
complete
inconvenience
and
not
good
enough
to
be
your
in
store.
The
female
who
approached
us
had
a
bad
attitude
and
made
the
whole
situation
just
awkward.
I
felt
a
pain
asking
questions
about
the
fire
because
it
would
mean
she
would
have
to
find
the
answer
which
came
across
a
problem!
The
one
I
wanted
you
didn’t
have
in
the
showroom
which
is
fine,
however
there
was
no
“oh
it’d
be
the
size
of
this
one”
or
“this
is
similar”
Nothing!
I
was
prepared
to
purchase
the
fire
upon
my
arrival
but
to
be
honest,
I’d
rather
just
take
my
chances
and
order
online
elsewhere
as
I’ve
learnt
now
that
paying
a
little
bit
more
for
the
service
isn’t
worth
it!
I
must
add
the
ladies
in
the
lounge
were
fabulous
and
your
baby
changing
facilities
are
amazing
(so
it
does
show
you
don’t
mind
children
in
your
store!)
I’d
like
you
to
please
pass
this
feedback
on
to
the
relevant
manager
as
it’d
be
very
interesting
to
see
if
you’re
aware
of
what
service
your
staff
are
providing
and
seem
to
only
want
one
kind
of
audience
in
your
store!
