Lovely service from Gosia. Great with recommending products. Very knowledgeable. Prefer Floreat management to Mullalloo. Much more friendly and welcoming. Also Krysia and Gosia advised about points. Never advised about points usage at Mullalloo. Shame as Mullalloo is closer, but I just love Floreat so much more. Krysia and Gosia are just beautiful xx

It was my first derma pen appointment and was really nervous. In fact, I wanted to stop the procedure the moment I heard the needle sound, you know. But Krysia, she made me feel so comfortable, beautifully distracted me with her sense of humour, and explained carefully where the pain points are. I ended up going back again despite the fear of needles because I was confident Krysia gonna make me feel comfortable. And she did it beautifully again. Shout out to you Krysia.

I went to Skin Deep yesterday for a facial. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by all the polite staff. I eas booked in with Christina and immediately she made me feel very welcome and very comfortable throughout the session.
