I couldn’t find any local jewelry stores with decent reviews to have some of my high end designer watches resized. I found Roberto’s Jewelers after a google search and, their great reviews compelled me to do the drive to them. I am so glad that I did as their service was quick and fair. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was helped with what I needed. I will definitely keep coming here for any of my jewelry needs!

I went to Roberto’s Jewelers so they could set a moissanite stone into a semi mount. Leo executed this flawlessly. He also turned an old gold ring into a simple wedding band. I was able to pick up my items the next day! I am so happy I found such a trustworthy and reputable jeweler and I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

Exceptional customer service and repairs: Roberto replaced a white gold post to one of my diamond earrings, soldered a silver bracelet that kept coming undone, and added a jump ring to a charm for a beautiful silver necklace that we bought there. He even polished all the repairs so they looked brand new. Professional and very nice, we will definitely bring all our needs there and tell everyone we know.

So helpful!! I have gotten my necklace shortened, ring re sized as well as had a stone fixed on a bracelet and a bracelet fixed. It is prices you cannot beat here as well as such friendly people. I have also had my bracelet break again after being fixed because it was caught and he fixed it for free right on the spot.
