    I love KickHouse! I started in February and it has definitely been kicking my butt— but that’s exactly what I was looking for: a challenging but fun workout that isn’t too repetitive. Each instructor has their own flavor in the way they lead their classes and they are all so great! They make me feel welcomed and push me towards my goals. And the people you meet there are so kind and supportive!

    Amazing, fun but hard-core and I loved it!! Coach John really takes the time out to teach you on form and just shows that he cares to do it right. Can't wait to do it again

    After being curious about KickHouse for months, I finally decided to give it a try in March. I was so nervous because I’d never tried kickboxing before. Coach John made me feel comfortable right away, helped me every step of the way through my first class and from there, I was hooked (pun intended 🥊)! All the coaches are fantastic and the community is so welcoming and encouraging. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Now, only a few months into my kickboxing journey, I feel more confident, capable, and stronger. Thank you KickHouse coaches for making my workouts fun again!

    KickHouse workouts are a full mind and body workout. These workouts are engaging and fun. The time flies and the results are noticeable after a few weeks. For us older ladies, it really helps keep our joints looser. Also a great mood booster. Everyone is very friendly from the coaches to the other kickboxers. I highly recommend giving it a try!!!!

    If you're looking for a challenging workout but still have fun, KickHouse is the place. It's a great way to work off some calories, get fit and get rid of stress by punching and kicking a bag. The coaches are awesome, knowledgeable, encouraging and will help you modify any moves if you need to. Come give it a try. You won't be sorry, sore, but not sorry. :- )

    I was so scared to invest in myself but with John's patience and answering all my questions, I signed up for the 8week challenge to start my 2023 year and I was blown away and impressed with the support, welcoming and just haveing a good time with all the different coach's ❤️ that all have great energy! It could be a bad day but show up and you walking out in a good mood! 100% invest in yourself when you have a team who wants to see you succeed as much as you do! 💪

    Other than my coffee fix, Kickhouse is the best 45 minutes of my morning! *Could be yours to, try it out. The coaches motivate you, and fellow members make it a great community to join. The music selection varies and is top notch. Never forget the added benefits of hitting or kicking the bag: stress relief, cardio, toning, the list goes on! 🥊💪🏼

    I absolutely love KickHouse Park Ridge! As a longtime Orange Theory Member, I wanted to change up my routine and KickHouse came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I’ve only been coming for about a month and a half now and I’m obsessed! The classes are great if you want to learn kickboxing for fun, strength or even self-defense. The coaches are experts at their craft and are patient and thorough as they walk you through each of the routines. The classes are always different as each coach adds their own personal touch and the playlists are fire! The coaches are also invested in the health and fitness goals of their members and do whatever they can to help you achieve them. You won’t be doing a disservice to yourself if you go, but you will be doing a disservice to yourself if you don’t.

    I love it here. As a former ILKB member, i wanted to find another kickboxing gym. I love the set up of the classes. It is similar but there are different types of classes to take, I think it’s more diverse which I like the most. The staff are very friendly and inviting. You can try a class for free to get a feel for it before purchasing any class package. Once a member there is an easy app to use to sign up for class. Honestly give it a go and enjoy!

    Time flies when you're having fun! It's been almost a year since I joined Kickhouse and decided to invest in my health and wellness. My only regret is that I wish I started sooner. The music playlists are spectacular and the instructors are absolutely phenomenal! The team is highly skilled, incredibly supportive, and very creative. I never know what to expect walking into a class session, but always leave feeling empowered and better than I when I walked in. Thank you Kickhouse Park Ridge!

    I joined Kick House about two months ago. I haven't been a part of gym for over decade and haven't been really exercising. I am truely a beginner. With that being said I am enjoying my experience at KickHouse. The community of members are nice, the coaches are engaging, and workouts are great! They have fun new activities to keep you engaged! If you are on the fence, check it out. You won't be disappointed!

    I’ve been going to Kickhouse in Park Ridge for over a year now. John and his team of coaches have created a fun and inclusive environment with classes that can be modified for people of all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and play great music! They also host fun events that help build the sense of community there. I would highly recommend Kickhouse to anyone looking for group fitness classes in the area!
