So so so yummy. No bad parts! I keep coming back for this expensive sandwich gosh darn it! I get the medium spicy because I don’t want to eat and sweat at the same time. Ugh it’s so good. Need to try their Mac and cheese next :D Plain fries are no good and so far I’ve been too chicken to try the donut sandwich. Ha. Get it. Chicken. Update: 2 years later this is still BY FAR the best chicken sandwich I have ever had AND one of my favorite things in the world to get. Saying a lot I know. But every bit of this thing is perfection and worth every penny. Here’s some new beautiful pictures too. You can even see improvement in the bun!!!!!!!!! And my order this time around was doordashed to me so this is an hour after. Absolutely incredible. You can mostly skip everything else but the loaded fries are tasty. This sandwich is from another world though.

First time eating here and I had a great experience. They were pretty busy so he told me I would have to wait about 10 to 12 minutes for my food which was spot on. I had the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and it was great. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves fried chicken! Clean restaurant 👍🏻

I had a fantastic experience at Fry The Coop in Prospect Heights, Illinois! The spicy fried chicken sandwich and fresh-cut fries were delicious. The manager on duty, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure customers enjoyed their meal. I opted for the medium-hot chicken, which struck the perfect balance between heat and flavor. If you're a fan of spicy food, I highly recommend checking out this place!

The only thing I didn’t like about this sandwich is that I didn’t buy two!!!! Wow this is the first time I’ve came and just got the mild, I usually come here for my monthly sadomasochistic chicken induced face melting which I love! But this mild sandwich… the flavor is absolutely out of this world! So if you’re crazy and like to hurt yourself this is your place however, if you also love tasty crunchy chicken perfection…this is really your place! Loved it.

I personally loved it! I’m a big fan of the huge chicken breast they give you in the sandwich. I went with a medium spice, they have 5 levels of spice and honestly, I probably could take on their extreme spice. I didn’t really find the medium spicy at all. Great taste though! I wouldn’t mind coming back to try the extreme spice.

My wife & I have heard good things about this restaurant, so we decided to give FTC a try for lunch today. I tried the Nashville Chicken Sandwich & my wife had the Honeybutter Chicken Sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we're craving a chicken sandwich.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The interior decor was very reminiscent of Nashville chicken places in Tennessee, but I found the chicken here and the "seasoned" fries to be very bland in comparison. I knew I should have ordered at least a medium spice level. I was hoping for more.

Ordered the donut fried chicken sandwich with seasoned fries and it was delicious. It was messy but worth it. The service was good too. Our order was ready quickly and everyone was friendly.

This review is solely about the food, I order the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, seasoned fries, and the tenders. The chicken sandwich is always, and I mean always, the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I have also tried all their spice levels, I love having the ability to make it more or less spicy, and yes, those last 2 are a different level of spice, I mean sweating profusely, lips and tongue dying but the sandwich was still fantastic. I appreciate that they are always improving and boy their changes make my favorite meal even better. The fries have improved drastically, and the tweaks they made to the medium and hot spice levels are *chefs kiss*. Please continue to stay in the area and keep being you!

Been driving past it for years but never got to go it (in the morning, not open yet) but this past Thursday was THEE day! I ordered the Nashville Hot w/haberero heat and house fries and because this is respectable place...they serve Coca-Cola products. I didn't have to wait long and it was good thing because my sandwich was awesome! They put coleslaw on it, pickles and some sauce and altogether...INCREDIBLE!! This combo isn't cheap compared to Popeye's or Chic-fil-et but worth the extra money IMO. I'm going to get a hotter version next time because although the Habenero was good I wanted more "kick" but will get that flavor once again after trying the hotter stuff.

We are SO grateful for this location. We have an office of 30 people and they do a phenomenal job every time with our order. Everything is always correct and labeled with names. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s an office favorite :)

Easily my favorite chicken and waffles. The staffing is short, which can lead to a little longer wait sometimes. But it’s not the employees fault. They’ve always been accommodating. The manager one time (I forget her name) made sure to find my son a cup of milk when he asked for one. She didn’t have to do that. Their rewards program is cool too. Adds up fast.

This place is amazing! Love the different spice levels. The sandwiches are huge! I got the butter chicken both times I’ve been there and the seasoned fries. Wish they’d open one of these in Baltimore.
