We were suitably impressed with the facility, despite it being a weekend and the place being absolutely packed. They were still fairly organized in getting people in, getting waivers signed, and set up to play. The equipment was pretty clean and well maintained, which is tough with this much activity all the time. I'd say there is a good assortment of equipment, from trampolines of various sizes, to climbing walls, to foam pits. There are a few special areas with swings, jumps and obstacles as well. It's nice that they have a smaller kid area to make sure they can play with those of similar size. A concern we had was the various ages of kids when they interact in the same play areas. It wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, but if you have younger kids they will need to be constantly supervised (most people understand this, but some clearly don't). We had a private room, which was definitely an added perq for a birthday party. The open area has lots of tables, mostly full of parents on phones and laptops. We didn't use the snack bar, but the food provided for the party was above average, and seemed to be enjoyed by all. Our biggest issue with this place is the parking situation. The lot is far too small, and very tight. Most people end up parking on the street, but even this is quite difficult. Plus the amount of broken glass on the roadsides and sidewalks tells me this is a prime area for vehicle break-ins, so valuable need to be kept out of sight. We will likely come back on a less busy day (and no doubt many other birthday parties).

My family loves Altitude! We’ve hosted a few birthday parties and attended several birthday parties. My kids always have a blast! For parties, the biggest highlight is the private dodgeball game. As a parent, I love the physical activity and large indoor play space. Thank you Altitude for offering such a great play space to the community.

Great place for party just 2 hours not enough time. Clean place, safe environment, parking available. Staff are young but they do a great job. I just got a membership but more should be included. Parents SHOULD not be charged to go in and supervise their child especially if they are young. Overall I do recommend.

This place used to be great when it first opened. Overtime they have let the condition of everything get really gross. The trampolines/pads are always stained and dirty now. The Wipeout, Trapeze, and Performance Trampolines have all been closed for a long time but they still charge the same prices. Wondering if they went through a change of ownership, or had some kind of injury that prompted the closures. Sad they let it go into this condition because we really enjoyed it here back when it first opened.

Amazing place to host a birthday party! Our party was 10-noon. I could come at 9:45AM to decorate my table. Just plan on getting wristbands for adults AND kids (includes socks). You need a wristband to get into the jumping area itself, from what I understand. 11:30 they made an announcement and did pizza and then 11:40ish we did cake. We had 20 kids and 20 adults and ended up being about $1000 for everyone to jump, 4 pizzas, 2 cases of water and a case of sodas. We probably should have ordered another pizza or 2, but everyone got a piece. You can bring your own cake and party favors, but everything else must go through them. David was our party coordinator who was very helpful the day of. He helped me get set up and everyone checked in. I struggled to find him during cake time, but I'm not sure if that is typical. He was very attentive until then. I should have brought a knife for the cake but we were able to track him down and get one. One tip for planning is to remind people the address, time and send them the link to sign their waivers in advance. We had an issue where a friend ended up at the wrong location and they told them they had to wait an hour for "Eli's party" instead of asking if it was potentially another location. I would suggest Altitude employees consider confirming the full name before telling them they have the wrong party time. That friend wasn't able to jump at all but made it in time for cake 😢.

This place is the go-to place for kids (and adults) who just want to jump and run a lot and burn the sugar off. It is also perfect for gymnasts to practice their flips and somersaults. Cartwheels are also good to do here. Been here many times and the kids just have so much fun.

Went to the trampoline park with the kids on their day off school. Fun for the kids, fun for me, an adult, until I banged my knee and could no longer jump. 4 stars because it smelled like kid BO (which is fine & to be expected, but I would think they’d have better ventilation) and because they had a few of the more fun parts of the park (wipeout, the high jump into the foam) closed for long periods because they didn’t have staff to work them and today was so busy because it’s a day off of school it would’ve been wise to prepare for that. There’s a cafeteria that’s pretty chill and has wine, beer, canned cocktails, and dark matter coffee. There are multiple single-user, gender neutral bathrooms.

Altitude is great for my son and daughter. Much needed during the long chicago winters. We prefer weekdays because the weekends are absolutely jam packed with birthdays

Love Altitude! Affordable membership, has WiFi so I can work while my kid jumps, snacks available if you'll be here a while.
