I
came
in
with
my
kids
early
on
a
Saturday
morning.
It
had
just
opened
but
there
were
already
a
few
families
there.
Although
there
were
quite
a
few
staff
and
it
wasn't
overly
busy,
it
did
take
awhile
to
get
served,
but
I'll
chalk
that
up
to
getting
things
set
up
for
the
day.
The
staff
was
very
friendly
in
welcoming
us
and
checking
in
during
our
meal.
The
kids
had
pancakes,
but
it
was
a
bit
of
a
challenge
getting
them
to
add
chocolate
chips
(it's
not
a
standard
offering,
but
many
of
the
nearby
similar
restaurants
do
have
them).
I
had
the
eggs
Benedict
which
was
okay,
but
highly
unusual
with
crispy
strip
bacon,
and
the
potatoes
were
not
that
great
if
I'm
honest.
We
also
got
the
fruit
plate
which
had
a
lot
of
what
I
presume
was
chopped
mint
on
it,
which
really
didn't
add
anything
and
naturally
didn't
appeal
to
my
kids.
Since
it's
nearby
and
has
good
reviews
otherwise,
we'll
definitely
be
back
to
try
other
things.
I'm
glad
this
is
a
local
option
with
people
who
care
running
it.
We
maybe
just
got
an
off
day.
