Mr. Dennis (educator) kind, conscious, well versed among his coworkers and students. My experience with Anabelle (student) was great. Annabelle was open to learn and Mr. Dennis very helpful with explanation of hair color & cut. All the educators greet and welcome me back each and every time. I went to get a balayage done this student had no idea what she was saying or doing. I ask questions she kept giving me the run around. The teachers had no idea what they were doing as well. She also did a test strand and all she had to do was color it and she didn’t even do that. This is what I was left with. This student didn’t want to do anything she kept on dropping everything she was holding, her phone was way more important then taking care of a client. The worst.

About a month and a half ago as I was in Rush hospital to have part of right lung due to Cancer. But the moment came all the staff was calling my hair Cowboy Red. With my. Beautiful color and I recommend Pivot Point I have been going 9 year's some of the best day's of my life there beautiful hair and happy. I hope other's find the happiness I have at Pivot Point. I just had the BEST experience with student, Brianna. She is fantastic at her craft. She’s extremely intricate when coloring, cutting hair, & washing, & on top of it all, she really makes sure you love it. Loved having her do my service. ❤️ Definitely WILL be back soon!😁

I love every visit here, for spa or salon services. The students are so eager to learn and the educators take time for each client to feel understood and make a clear plan with the student stylist. My recent trip was amazing with Melba and my hair looks better than I thought it could! I had dark brown hair with old bleached and colored ends. She helped me get closer to my final hair goal in one session!

Nelly is the best and my go to girl. other salons I have tried always cut my hair too short for my curly wavy hair. where she always ask questions and inform me on my hair texture and everything. i felt like i can trust her with my haircuts and i'm never disappointment with the results. Trust me when i say go to Nelly always !!

I really enjoyed getting my haircut at Pivot Point. Melba did an incredible job and gave me one of my favorite haircuts of my life! This is a school, so your services will take a bit longer than at a traditional salon as these are students still perfecting techniques, but your patience will be worth it - they are well trained and the price is unbeatable!
