Had a great lunch today at Cubanito Express. First time here and dined in, though the seating is a bit limited. Food was excellent, the steak jibarito was really solid. Iced Cafe con Leche on point, got a 2nd one to go. Thank you will be back again soon

This is my new favorite place to eat in the entire Chicagoland area. This place has some of the most delicious sandwiches you can ever try! Flavorful, fresh, delicious. Ate here three times in one week, and twice in the same weekend!! Plus, the people and the service are incredible ⭐️ the kind of place you want to be a regular and try everything on the menu

The food is a delicious experience here😋🤤 they have the flavors down! They are also very kind people both the service and cooks! A definite must try😊I ordered the Jibarito ropa vieja, a coconut shake and the guava and queso empanada. All of it was delicious! just know that the area has limited seating and they are tall stools.

First time dining here. We stopped in for lunch and ordered the Trio Empanadas to try their variety, the Cuban sandwich, and P.R. rice. We were not disappointed. The sandwich was excellent, and I highly recommend it. The Empanadas were also good, but needs just a bit more seasoning for my taste. They have a variety of sauce to choose from. Also very good. You order at the counter and can sit inside or at the outside patio. The dessert Empanadas are like a warm cheese Danish, very good! The service was great. It's definitely a must try and a return visit for us.

My belly is happy and full tonight! Great little place. We ate in, barstool-type seating (something to consider if you prefer lower seating). We had a cup of Cuban coffee while we waited for our order. Very smooth and great flavor! We ordered the Cubano and Chimichurri Steak Sandwiches, Puerto Rican Rice, and a variety of Empanadas. Lechon, Ropa Vieja, and Spinach/Onion. Everything was served hot and tasted great. The steak sandwich was our favorite of the two sandwiches. As we were finishing the staff brought us two guava and cream cheese empanadas to have for dessert, because they learned we were first-timers, and wanted us to try. It was the perfect dessert for our meal! Will definitely return to try more of their menu!! Our thanks to the friendly staff for a great evening!

Amazing vegan options. Absolutely love this place. I would eat here every night if I could. Everything is delicious. I usually just get one of everything vegan and then have leftovers. Great service, would recommend to anyone!

This place has some Amazing flavors going on in their food!! I had the Cubanito Express, Tostones, a Cuban iced coffee and had to say yes to some Flan. If you are lucky enough to be in the area this place is a must have. My first time here and I am lucky enough to be working in this area for another 3 days... I will definitely be back for more

This place is amazing. The food is always delicious and on point. I’m big on customer service and Brenda took great care of me. She was very attentive and made sure that all my food was included on my to go order. Also, their coffee was very tasty. My family loved the food and we’ll come back for sure.

This place is fantastic! My dad and I tried the cubano, steak chimichurri sandwich and fried plantains. Everything was a 10/10. Can’t wait to go back and try the other menu items!!

I went in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Jackie. She was very kind, smiley, and patient while I looked over the menu. It was my first time there I placed an order for Jibarito and some Tostones. Well, I was waiting for my order. She offered me some amazing, hot coffee. Gabriel then provided me with my food and stated that they threw in an extra side order for an appetizer. Everything was delicious. The only thing I would have wanted was more garlic and onion on my meat. But that’s just the preference that I have. 9/10

I had the pavo club, my partner got the Cuban. Oh my gods, genuinely some of the best food I've ever had in my LIFE!!! 10/10 Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! The sandwiches are phenomenal, the empanadas where out of this world, and the rice was to die for! Can't wait to come back!

Food is good, only issue i have is that the Relleno de papa was the size of small meatballs, never ever in my life have i seen or had some thx2at small, the description should say mini relleno de papa. Just saying. the service was great, they greeted me as soon as I walked in to pick up an order I placed thru gubhub, the food was nice and hot. I also order patellios de pollo, ropa beja, and beef. All were good but ropa beja was the best of the three meats. The maduros were okay had better but still good enough to eat. I also order 2 side of Arroz con gandules and it was an 8 out of 10.I wouldn't order rellena de papa for adults but would order for kids. All and all I would return to taste other dishes. I rated 4 stars due to mini potato balls.
