Horrible communication! Waited hours and had to call them for an ETA. Horrible business. Carpet installer installed in incorrect area and blamed us! Spoke to the manager and he blamed us and the owner supported this as well! Manager called me “unhinged” after I explained how upset we were about the issue. Had to pay extra to get this issue handled. Never again!

This is the second flooring project that we have worked with Carpetland on and we had a great experience both times! Sarah’s knowledge and experience helped us tremendously. From the moment I walked in the door, Sarah went above and beyond with her customer service, kindness and knowledge. Buying a house and installing new carpet while in the middle of a global pandemic at 7+ months pregnant sounded stressful, but Sarah made the process and installation so seamless. She kept me updated on shipment/installation dates, was extremely knowledgeable and was so flexible with changing dates. Haven't even received my carpet yet. I was told 830 am. 930 I called and I was told the installers get in between 8 am and 10. But I was the first on the schedule. I called back at 1130 I said I need an update I was scheduled at 830. I was told they are finishing up a job from yesterday they would call me when they are on the way. It is now 1:50 and no installers and no call. Need to work on communication.

Loved jenifers energy! She was very pleasant to work with and always responded quickly and efficiently we sure did appreciate her! Installation was perfect and the men that were installing did an amazing job! The carpet looks amazing and brings our home to a whole new level. Will be shopping here for more flooring in the future. Sarah, was my sales lady and she was excellent. She knew her product and she helped us picked the right product for our needs. The installers were fantastic adding our flooring. Both Sarah and the installers were knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely use them again.

Had Tracy help us with re-carpeting our house about 6 months ago. Thanks to Tracy the whole process was smooth and seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the job the technicians did laying the carpet.
