I absolutely love Walker Bros. Original Pancake House! It has been my all-time favorite breakfast spot for years now. Their banana french crepes are very delicious and always leave me wanting more. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service is top-notch. The only downside to this amazing place is that it's extremely popular, especially on weekends, so you might have to wait in line for lunch. But trust me, it's totally worth the wait.

From my understanding all their omelettes are backed. The fresh vegetarian omelette is as big as your head so to speak. It appears that everything is served with a side of pancakes! The pancakes taste like grandma's recipe! The Veggie Omelette was amazing my wife and I split it. Walker Brothers featured coffee is a special blend of coffee roasted to their special specifications it is dark, rich and nutty. The interior is a wood workers dream with Dental molding, cove and cornice molding, panels and paneled archways! Setting all of the beautiful architecture off is this glint of Tiffany and art glass all around!

Had a nice midweek breakfast with my wife at Walker Brothers! The omelets and pancakes a excellent! It was a nice pleasant and quiet environment. It wasn't packed for a Wednesday but enough people that you didn't feel crowded since then seated everyone apart from others. The food was excellent! I wish the server was a little friendlier!! Overall would return.

I've been coming here with my grandparents since I was a kid. Of the 52 years he has lived in the area, this has always been our families favorite breakfast place. Food is excellent, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Happy 92 years Grandpa.

We do not set foot in highland park without visiting our favorite pancake place! We love everything - from the giant Omelettes to the cutie little pancakes. We’ve been coming here for years and it is always delicious!

I’m from Canada and i thought it was near to go to one of the original pancake houses here. Makes me feel just at home. Basically the same though some things seem a lot more calorie Dense from its Canadian counterpart. 1900 calories in the apple pancake. Food coma coming up 😝

First but not last time visit. Had late breakfast on a Sunday. Wait time less than 15 minutes. Excellent menu choices of pancakes plus warm maple syrup and delicious butter. Beautiful surroundings and attentive staff.

The food is always great! Unfortunately, this location (as well as most of the northern locations) lack diversity and it showed thru the service, especially on this past Sunday morning...We were seated right near the washroom/kitchen which is understandable if the establishment were packed however, on this date there were plenty of open tables (that was a 1st)...The hostess didn't even speak a word to us she just put the menus on the table and walked off quickly. I was actually uncomfortable because this was my favorite location and even though I'm usually always the only dark skinned person in the restaurant this time felt different, maybe because during the week I'm dressed in scrubs and not dressed down...
