MUST VISIT! Lost of holiday decor and tons of great home decor too. I came for my Christmas shopping and left very happy with the items I bought. With items at deep discounts, this is a place you want to visit! Of course during the holidays there’s a lot of people shopping so I figured I’d wait in line a little bit. Great floral selection and plenty to look at for arts and crafts too. Great layout and plenty of employees to ask for help, all friendly.

It is always a pleasure to shop hobby lobby. Organized, clean, fair priced store. Good to employees. Sales !! Great merchandise. Plain extra time to Browse the isles.

Love this store. Everything is always well organiZed and clean. Staff are usually more than willing to assist you find things. Only thing I do not like is they stopped their coupon what gives hobby lobby!

Worst customer service out of any chain of stores. This one is particularly bad in Tinley Park. If you ask anyone for help, it's like you asked them to donate blood. Nobody is happy to help you or would even consider going out of their way to do more than their base job. Their inventory is good though.

I cannot believe how long it takes to check out. In this day with computers and barcodes it could be so much more efficient. I left after waiting over 10 minutes to purchase 1 item when I realized they were not going to open any more than the 1 checkout. Sad. It could be so much more efficient. Don't know if I'll ever go back

This is the first time I go to hobby lobby. It is a lot bigger than Michael. They have everything you need for art. The items are well organize in the store.

They have what I'm looking for always but their payment methods are out dated and so are their registers. The cashiers are forced to memorize the weeks sales and the girl who was ringing me up was softly repremanded for almost giving me a discount on something that wasn't discounted. They need a systems update.

Fully stocked , well organized store. Very helpful staff. Many options in endless craft projects possible. Huge expanded scented candle section. Fully stocked on textiles and ribbons. Fully stocked on paper crafts. New decor options. Very updated styles. Highly recommend. Got what I was looking for on sale at 50 percent off.
